The present invention provides a recycled plastic article obtained by modifying the surface of a molded article formed from a collected plastic with a colored film which comprises an acrylic resin containing an ultraviolet absorber and has a thickness of from 50 &#x3bc;m to 600 &#x3bc;m. Plastics which are used widely in domestic electric products, automobile parts, industrial parts and the like and have various tones are modified with an acrylic resin film so colored to an extent as to provide color shielding of the ground collected resin, to collect the plastics and produce an article without being influenced by the color of the original materials.

The present invention provides an acrylic resin laminated film comprising a soft layer formed of an acrylic resin incorporated with rubber particles and having a flexural modulus of about 1,300 MPa or less, and a hard layer formed of an acrylic resin having a flexural modulus of about 1,800 MPa or more on at least one side of the soft layer, wherein the hard layer has a thickness of about 0.1 to about 30 &mgr;m and a ratio of the thickness of the hard layer to the overall thickness of the laminated film is about 50% or less. This acrylic resin laminated film has moderate surface hardness and flexibility and hence is capable of providing for a molding with less whitening when subjected to a molding or forming process including bending or stretching.

The present invention provides an acrylic resin laminated film comprising a first layer comprising an acrylic resin and a second layer comprising a resin composition comprising (a) an acrylic resin and an olefin-based copolymer obtained by copolymerization of an olefin and at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acids, unsaturated carboxylates, unsaturated carboxylic anhydrides and vinyl acetate, or (b) an olefin-based copolymer obtained by copolymerization of an olefin and a monomer having glycidyl group in a side chain, which has excellent melt-adhesion to both of an acrylic resin and a polyolefin-based resin and additionally, and a laminated article which, due to the use of this acrylic resin laminated film, has excellent transparency, ornamental property, surface hardness, weather-resistance, oil-resistance and the like which are characteristics of an acrylic-resin constituting the most outer surface, and additionally, manifests excellent molding processability, recycling property, punching and bending processability, heat-resistance, cold-resistance and the like which are characteristics of a polyolefin-based resin which is a substrate.

Acrylic resin laminated film and laminated article

An acrylic resin film made from a composition having 95 to 50 wt. parts of an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of 60 to 110&deg; C. and a weight average molecular weight of 70,000 to 600,000, and 5 to 50 wt. parts of a multilayer-structured acrylic polymer containing an elastomeric layer, and a multilayer film having the above acrylic resin film and other resin film. These films have better thickness accuracy, surface smoothness and surface hardness than conventional acrylic resin films, with excellent properties as films for use in simultaneous injection molding and lamination, agricultural films, display films, masking films, paint-substitute films, and the like.

Acrylic resin film and laminated film comprising the same

The present invention provides an acrylic resin laminated film comprising a layer comprising an acrylic resin composition containing an acrylic resin and acrylic rubber particles and a layer comprising an acrylic resin containing no impact-resistant material, which has excellent flexibility and can maintain transparency even after coloring treatment, and is suitable for uses such as, for example, interior materials of automobiles, exterior materials of domestic electric appliances, construction materials, exterior materials and the like.
