Provided is a fuel supply control device that performs power supply control of a shut-off valve including a first valve body that is disposed at a fuel supply path ranging from a gaseous fuel tank to a regulator and is opened in advance during power supply, and a second valve body that is opened due to a decrease in a differential pressure between upstream and downstream after the first valve body is opened, and fuel injection control. The fuel supply control device includes a control unit that sets a delay time from an initiation time of power supply to the shut-off valve to an initiation time of fuel injection in correspondence with a first fuel pressure upstream of the shut-off valve and a second fuel pressure downstream of the regulator, and initiates fuel injection after the delay time has passed after the initiation of the power supply to the shut-off valve.

Fuel supply control device and fuel supply system

Provided is a shut-off valve fault diagnosis device that performs fault diagnosis of a first shut-off valve that is disposed immediately after a gaseous fuel tank and a second shut-off valve that is disposed immediately before a regulator in a gaseous fuel supply system. The shut-off valve fault diagnosis device includes a diagnosis processing unit that performs a valve-shutting control of the first shut-off valve, performs a valve-shutting control of the second shut-off valve after a predetermined time has passed since the valve-shutting control of the first shut-off valve, and performs fault diagnosis of the first shut-off valve and the second shut-off valve based on a variation tendency in a fuel pressure between the first shut-off valve and the second shut-off valve after performing the valve-shutting control of the second shut-off valve.

Shut-off valve fault diagnosis device and fuel supply system

A pressure-reducing valve is provided in which a diaphragm rod connected to a valve body of a valve mechanism is connected to a central part of a diaphragm having its peripheral edge part clamped between a body and a diaphragm cover, wherein the diaphragm () is formed from a disk-shaped rubber sheet for which the sheet thickness of at least its peripheral edge part is uniform in the natural state, and in a state in which the diaphragm cover () is fixed to the body () so that the peripheral edge part of the diaphragm () is compressively held between a collar portion () of the diaphragm cover () and a clamping face () of the body (), a portion having, of the gap between the collar portion () and the clamping face (), a minimum gap is positioned further inward in the radial direction of the diaphragm () than a portion having a maximum gap. This enables the sealing properties and the pull-out resistance for the diaphragm to be guaranteed while achieving a reduction in weight and a reduction in cost.

Pressure-reducing valve

A pressure reducing valve for gas is provided in which a valve mechanism having opening in a central part a valve hole that communicates with a low pressure passage and a low pressure chamber and including a valve body that is capable of being seated on a valve seat facing a valve chamber communicating with a high pressure passage is housed within a body such that the valve body is connected to a pressure receiving member operating in response to pressure of the low pressure passage and the low pressure chamber, wherein the body () is formed by joining a plurality of body members () having different strengths, the entirety of the high pressure passage () being formed, among the plurality of body members (), within the body member () that has a high strength, and at least part of the low pressure passage () and the low pressure chamber () being formed, among the plurality of body members (), within the body member () that has a low strength. This enables the cost to be reduced.

Pressure reducing valve for gas

A solenoid-operated cutoff valve for use with fuel cells has a movable member disposed in a guide housing for displacement upon energization of a solenoid. When the movable member is displaced, a pilot valve is unseated from a pilot valve seat. A fluid in a communication chamber flows through a pilot passage into an output port. The communication chamber is divided into a first communication chamber and a second communication chamber by a diaphragm. Under a pressure difference developed between the first communication chamber and the second communication chamber, a main valve of a valve head is unseated from a valve seat of a valve housing, opening the solenoid-operated cutoff valve.

Solenoid-operated cutoff valve for use with fuel cells

A diaphragm is clamped between a solenoid unit disposed in a casing and a second valve body in which hydrogen is introduced. A filter comprising a bottomed cylindrical mesh member is mounted in a first passage defined in the first valve body. A restriction having an orifice for restricting the flow rate of hydrogen supplied to first and second communication chambers is mounted in a first port that is disposed upstream of the filter. The restriction and the filter are disposed coaxially in line with each other.

Solenoid valve for fuel cell

A gas pressure-reducing valve includes a pressure-reducing chamber for generating a gas pressure that acts on one surface of a diaphragm, a valve body that can sit on a valve seat having in its central part a valve hole communicating with the pressure-reducing chamber, and a spring biasing the diaphragm in a direction that detaches the valve body from the valve seat. A valve housing is formed by conjoining a body, a partition, and a cover. The partition forms the pressure-reducing chamber between itself and the body and forms a pressure action chamber between itself and the diaphragm. The cover forms the spring chamber between itself and the other surface of the diaphragm and has the peripheral edge of the diaphragm clamped between itself and the partition. The partition has a through hole for allowing the valve stem to run through in an airtight and axially slidable manner and a communicating hole for providing communication between the pressure action chamber and the pressure-reducing chamber. The structure of the body can thus be simplified thereby enhancing the machining precision, and the diameter of the pressure-reducing chamber can be determined regardless of the diameter of the diaphragm.

Gas pressure-reducing valve

A gas pressure-reducing valve in which a valve member to be seated on a valve seat having a valve hole opened at its central portion and leading to a pressure-reducing chamber between a body and a diaphragm is fixed on a valve stem connected to the central portion of the diaphragm and arranged coaxially with the valve axis. A bottomed mounting bore which is aligned with the valve axis and opened toward the pressure-reducing chamber is formed in the body. A cylindrical valve seat member forming a valve chamber between itself and the closed end of the mounting bore for accommodating the valve member and inserted into the mounting bore is fixed on the body. A valve seat facing the valve chamber is formed on the inner surface of the end portion of the valve seat member on the side of the pressure-reducing chamber. This arrangement makes it possible to reduce the number of parts and to enhance the degree of freedom for the arrangement of the parts in the body.

A gas pressure-reducing valve in which a valve member to be seated on a valve seat opened at its central portion with a valve hole leading to a pressure-reducing chamber between a body and a diaphragm is fixed on a valve stem coaxially extending through the valve hole, and in which the valve stem is fastened to a fastened member fixed on the central portion of the diaphragm. The fastened member is provided with a fitting bore opened at its one end on the side of the valve stem and a bottom threaded bore having a diameter smaller than that of the fitting bore and coaxially leading to the other end of the fitting bore. The valve stem is provided at its end portion on the side of the diaphragm with a fitting stem portion to be fitted in the fitting bore and an externally threaded portion capable of being screwed in the threaded bore and coaxially leading to the fitting stem portion. The externally threaded portion has a shorter axial length than that of the fitting bore. This arrangement makes it possible to confine the chips, as produced by screwing the valve stem into the fastened member, within the fastened member thereby to eliminate the chip removing work and to improve the assembling efficiency.
