A preform is easily and speedily sterilized. A number of preforms (), each having a bottomed tubular shape, are laid on a conveyer () in a scraggly overturned manner, these preforms passes inside a chamber () together with the conveyer, and hydrogen peroxide water mist is sprayed from both sides of the conveyer in a direction crossing the conveyer in the chamber, thereby adhering the sprayed hydrogen peroxide water to inner and outer surfaces of the preforms () on the conveyer ().

Method and apparatus for sterilizing preform

A preform is easily and promptly sterilized. Superheated steam (S) generated from water, and having a temperature of 200&#xb0; C. to 500&#xb0; C. and a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure is blasted to entire inner and outer surfaces of a preform () including a mouth portion () thereof.

Preform sterilizing method and content filling method and system

An A/D converter for converging an input analogue signal to a digital signal includes a reference voltage generator, a comparator and an encoder. The comparator comparing a plurality of reference voltages with the input analogue signal includes a first switch to which the analogue signal is input, an array of second switches connected between the reference voltages and a charge capacitor, and a comparator having an input connected to the charge capacitor and an output connected to the input of the comparator, and an encoder for encoding an output signal of the comparator.

A/D converter

A current switching type switch circuit is constructed with a constant current source, a switch group consisted of a pair of P-type MOS transistors and a current mirror circuit consisted of first, second, third and fourth npn bipolar transistors. The sources of the P-type MOS transistors are connected in common and to a first power source via the constant current source. Complementary clock signals are input to the gates of the P-type MOS transistors. Collectors and bases of first and second npn bipolar transistors are respectively connected to drains of the P-type MOS transistors, and to bases of third and fourth npn bipolar transistors. Collectors of the third and fourth npn bipolar transistors are respectively connected to first and second load circuits. Also, emitters of all of npn bipolar transistors are connected to a second power source.

Current switching type switch circuit

In a differential sample-hold circuit used in a serial-parallel type A/D conversion circuit containing a current-added type D/A converter, a pair of differential analog input voltages Vin1 and Vin2 are supplied to a non-inverting input and an inverting input of a buffer amplifier. An non-inverted output and an inverted output of the buffer amplifier are supplied through a pair of switches to one end of a pair of voltage holding capacitors having their other end connected to ground, respectively, and also to an input of a pair of closed-loop buffer amplifiers having their outputs for outputting a pair of differential sampled-and-held voltages.

Differential sample-hold circuit

A carton is formed by rolling a sectorial piece of sheet material, preferably a lamination of at least paper and a plastic that is impervious to fluid, into the shape of a flattened cone. The lapping side edges and apex end of the cone are both sealed, whereas its base end is to be closed and sealed after placing a desired food product into the carton therethrough. The overlapping edge of the sealed side seam has a tab protruding therefrom, which tab is to be pulled for opening the carton by tearing same along a loop of tear-off strip around the cone. The cone is flattened along a pair of opposite indented lines preformed in the sheet material so as to extend between the apex end and base end of the cone. Each indented line is bifurcated at a midportion thereof into a pair of spaced apart branch lines to impart thickness to the carton.
