A brake control device includes a brake operation member, a pressurization unit, a master cylinder unit, a connection path connecting a separation chamber and a reaction force chamber, an electromagnetic valve at the connection path, and a control device. The control device includes a specified control section configured to, when the brake operation member is operated in a closed state of the electromagnetic valve, execute activation-time control in which the pressurization unit supplies fluid to a servo chamber based on a predetermined pattern, a determination section configured to determine whether a pressure difference between pressure in the reaction force chamber and pressure in the separation chamber, is equal to or less than a threshold value, and a valve control section configured to open the electromagnetic valve when the determination section determines the pressure difference is equal to or less than the threshold value after start of the activation-time control.

Braking control device

A brake device includes: a first pressurizing unit configured to increase a WC pressure by supplying brake fluid into wheel cylinders provided in wheels RL and RR; a second pressurizing unit connected to a reservoir tank via a fourth flow passage and configured to increase the WC pressure by supplying the brake fluid taken in from the reservoir tank into the wheel cylinders; and a brake control unit configured to control at least one of the first pressurizing unit and the second pressurizing unit based on a target WC pressure. The brake control unit is configured to, when the WC pressure is to be increased by operating the second pressurizing unit, execute an auxiliary brake control in which the first pressurizing unit is operated to assist the second pressurizing unit to increase the WC pressure.

Brake device for vehicle

A vehicle braking device includes a first supply unit supplying fluid to main flow channels connected to wheel cylinders of a vehicle, a differential solenoid valve provided on the main flow channels and generating a differential pressure across the differential solenoid valve, a second supply unit supplying fluid to the wheel cylinders by drawing at least some fluid supplied from the first supply unit through branch flow channels branching off from the main flow channels upstream of the differential solenoid valve, and a setting unit setting a supply amount of fluid supplied from the first supply unit in accordance with a draw amount of fluid drawn by the second supply unit.

Vehicle braking device

A brake control device adjusts a front wheel braking hydraulic pressure of front wheel cylinders provided on front wheels of a vehicle and a rear wheel braking hydraulic pressure of rear wheel cylinders provided on rear wheels of the vehicle. The brake control device includes a hydraulic pressure generating unit configured to adjust a hydraulic pressure generated by an electric motor to an adjusted hydraulic pressure and apply the adjusted hydraulic pressure as the rear wheel braking hydraulic pressure and a hydraulic pressure correcting unit configured to adjust to decrease the adjusted hydraulic pressure to be a corrected hydraulic pressure, and apply the corrected hydraulic pressure as the front wheel braking hydraulic pressure.

Brake control device

The hydraulic pressure generating device includes a regulator (spool valve) formed by a cylinder body, a spool which slidably moves within the cylinder body, a pilot chamber in which a pilot pressure which is a hydraulic pressure moving the spool along in an axial direction is inputted and an output chamber out of which an output pressure which is a hydraulic pressure corresponding to the pilot pressure is outputted, wherein the hydraulic pressure generating device further includes a spool position obtaining portion which obtains a relative position of the spool relative to the cylinder body and a pilot pressure controlling portion which controls the pilot pressure based on the relative position obtained by the spool position obtaining portion.

A vehicle braking device performs a following control which makes an actual value of a physical quantity follow a first target value when the actual value of the physical quantity is a value outside a dead zone and a suppression control which suppresses a change of the actual value when the actual value is a value within the dead zone in order to control the physical quantity associated with the braking force to be the first target value. The vehicle braking device comprises a setting portion which sets a second target value which follows the first target value and which is smaller than the first target value, when the first target value is increasing and a control portion which performs a control to make the actual value approximate the second target value.

Provided is a vehicular brake apparatus capable of suppressing the occurrence of pedal shock. In this vehicular brake apparatus, a master cylinder forms a second hydraulic chamber neighboring to a first hydraulic chamber through a seal member. The seal member is arranged at a position facing the first hydraulic chamber and the second hydraulic chamber to be movable in the axial direction relative to the master cylinder. A first hydraulic pressure generating portion executes a movement restriction hydraulic pressure control such that when the operation information obtained by the operation information obtaining portion indicates that the brake operating member is not operated, the first hydraulic pressure which is higher than the second hydraulic pressure is generated in advance and consecutively, the larger a value relating to an operating amount in the operation information obtained by the operation information obtaining portion, the higher the first hydraulic pressure is generated.

Vehicular brake apparatus

A vehicle brake device includes a pressure adjusting device wherein as the volume of a pilot chamber is changed by the movement of a piston and the flow rate of liquid flowing in and out of the pilot chamber increases, the amount of movement of the piston increases with reference to the piston position in an equilibrium state where the force corresponding to the pilot pressure and the force corresponding to the output pressure are balanced, whereby the flow rate of the liquid flowing in and out of an output chamber increases. A control device, when judged by a limitation necessity judging portion that the gradient of output pressure should be limited, implements at least one of pressure increasing gradient limit control for opening a pressure decreasing electromagnetic valve under pressure increasing control, or pressure decreasing gradient limit control for opening a pressure increasing electromagnetic valve under pressure decreasing control.

The braking device for a vehicle includes a judging portion which judges whether the input piston and the output piston are in contact with or separated from each other and a control portion which outputs the control signal to the pilot pressure generating device so that the hydraulic pressure detected by the hydraulic pressure detecting device becomes a target value corresponding to a vehicle state, when judged that the input piston is not in contact with the output piston and outputs another control signal to the pilot pressure generating device, by which the pilot pressure becomes higher than the pilot pressure generated under a same vehicle state to a vehicle state in a case that the control signal is outputted when the judging portion judges that the input piston is not in contact with the output piston, when judged that the input piston is in contact with the output piston.

Braking device for vehicle

The brake device for a vehicle generates two master pressures by controlling one single servo pressure to accurately control braking force. The pressure increasing characteristic is set based on the first pressure increasing characteristic obtained from the relationship between the servo pressure and the first master pressure upon increasing the servo pressure and the second pressure increasing characteristic obtained from the servo pressure and the second master pressure. The pressure decreasing characteristic is set based on the first pressure increasing characteristic obtained from the relationship between the servo pressure and the first master pressure upon decreasing the servo pressure and the second pressure decreasing characteristic obtained from the servo pressure and the second master pressure. Thus, the total braking force of the brake device is the sum of a braking force generated by the first master pressure and a braking force generated by the second master piston.

The braking control device for a vehicle is adapted to be used for a vehicle brake device and it is an object of the present invention to prevent an operator of the vehicle from feeling of any an unpleasant feeling by reducing an ineffective operating amount by which no braking force increases in response to the increase of the brake operating amount. The braking control device includes a controlling portion for changing a servo performance to an ineffective operating amount reducing servo performance which is closer to the increase ratio of the hydraulic pressure braking force relative to the increase of the brake operating amount after the input piston has been in contact with the output piston when the brake operating amount reaches to the servo performance change operating amount which is smaller than the assisting limit operating amount.

Braking control device for vehicle

A hydraulic brake system includes: a brake hydraulic-pressure control device capable of controlling a hydraulic pressure in a brake cylinder of a hydraulic brake configured to reduce a rotation of a wheel, the brake hydraulic-pressure control device including (i) a piston, (ii) a hydraulic-pressure chamber provided opposite the piston, and (iii) a moving-force control device configured to apply a moving force to the piston and capable of controlling the moving force; and an air reducing device configured to control the moving-force control device to move the piston to reduce air in an air reduction target portion including the hydraulic-pressure chamber.
