A wireless power transmitter includes an antenna that transmits a radio wave, a phase shift circuit that changes a phase of the radio wave transmitted from the antenna, a control device that controls the phase shift circuit, and a backscatter signal receiver that receives a backscatter signal. The control device executes phase optimization processing of controlling the phase shift circuit so that a strength of the backscatter signal received by the wireless power transmitter is maximized.

Wireless power transmitter, wireless power receiver, and wireless power transfer system

A microstrip antenna includes a first metal layer that constitutes an antenna element, a second metal layer that constitutes a ground, and a flexible member that separates the first metal layer and the second metal layer by a predetermined distance. The first metal layer and the second metal layer each are made of a metal or a metal foil. At least one of the first metal layer and the second metal layer is not adhered to the flexible member but is in close contact with the flexible member by a close contact unit. The close contact unit is a clamping mechanism including a first plate, a second plate, and a connecting member. The first plate and the second plate are connected to each other by the connecting member. The connecting member is an elastic body.

Microstrip antenna and wearable sensor terminal

A mobile terminal is provided with a housing, a circuit board included in the housing and having a thickness direction normal to a plane of the circuit board, a battery pack included in the housing, and a non-contact charging module included in the housing. The non-contact charging module includes a charging coil formed of a wound conducting wire; a communication coil arranged adjacent to the charging coil; and a magnetic sheet on which the charging coil and the communication coil are arranged. The magnetic sheet has four edges that collectively define a rectangular profile of the magnetic sheet, and at most three pairs of adjacent edges respectively meet to form at most three corners. Electric power transmission device

A coil module is disposed inside an electronic apparatus and receives prescribed power. The coil module includes a loop coil, a plate-like magnetic body that is disposed on the loop coil, and a conductive member that has prescribed conductivity and is disposed parallel with the plate-like magnetic body and on a surface, opposite to a surface on which the loop coil is disposed, of the magnetic body. The conductive member projects outward relative to at least a portion of a circumferential surface of the magnetic body.

Power transmitting device

A underwater communication device communicates data with another underwater communication device having another first coil and another second coil in water. The underwater communication device includes a first coil configured to transmit the data to and from the other first coil via a magnetic field, a second coil configured to transmit the data to and from the other second coil via a magnetic field, a supply unit configured to supply the data to the first coil and the second coil, a first capacitor connected to the first coil and forming a first resonance circuit that resonates with the first coil at a first resonance frequency, and a second capacitor connected to the second coil and forming a second resonance circuit that resonates with the second coil at a second resonance frequency that is different from the first resonance frequency.

Underwater communication device and underwater communication system

Provided is a transmission coil which can inhibit reduction in transmission efficiency during underwater non-contact electric power transmission. A transmission coil configured to transmit electric power in water includes an annular electric wire through which an alternating current flows, and a first cover which includes non-conductive resin or non-magnetic resin and seals a periphery of the electric wire. The electric wire transmits the electric power via a magnetic field generated by flowing of the alternating current.

An electric power transmission device capable of efficiently performing contactless electric power transmission to an underwater vehicle in water is provided. The electric power transmission device, which is an electric power transmission device transmitting electric power to an electric power reception device including an electric power reception coil in water, includes one or more transmission coils including an electric power transmission coil which transmits electric power to an electric power reception coil via a magnetic field, an electric power transmission unit which transmits AC power to an electric power transmission coil, a capacitor which is connected to the transmission coil and forms a resonant circuit which resonates with the transmission coil, and a buoyant body connected to at least one of the transmission coils.

A power transmission device transmits power underwater to a power reception device including a power reception coil. The power transmission device includes: a power transmission coil that transmits power to the power reception coil through a magnetic field; a power transmitter that transmits an alternating current power having a predetermined frequency to the power transmission coil; and a first capacitor that is connected to the power transmission coil and forms a resonance circuit resonating with the power transmission coil. The predetermined frequency is a frequency between a first frequency at which a geometric mean value of a Q value of the power transmission coil and a Q value of the power reception coil are the maximum and a second frequency at which the Q value of the power transmission coil and the Q value of the power reception coil are the same.

Power transmission device

A mobile terminal is provided with a housing having a rectangular shape in a plan view of the housing defined by two short sides along a lateral direction and two long sides along a longitudinal direction. A camera, a battery, and a circuit board are included in the housing. A wireless charging coil is arranged in the housing and includes a winding portion and two leg portions. The power transmission device includes a power transmission coil configured to transmit power to the power reception coil through a magnetic field, a power transmission unit configured to transmit an alternating current voltage having a frequency a 10 kHz or lower to the power transmission coil, and a first capacitor connected to the power transmission coil and configured to form a resonance circuit resonating at the frequency with the power transmission coil.
