Provided is a scroll compressor that can prevent liquid from being accumulated, the scroll compressor including: a fixed scroll; an orbiting scroll; and a rotation shaft that extends in the horizontal direction and causes the orbiting scroll to orbit relative to the fixed scroll. Liquid is injected into a working chamber. An enclosing point of a working chamber formed near the outer end of a fixed wrap of the fixed scroll is positioned below a center of the rotation shaft and at the lowest point of the contour of the working chamber having shifted to the lowest position. The fixed scroll has an inclined wall surface that is positioned below the center of the rotation shaft, is made to face upward, and extends from the dust wrap to the outer end of the fixed wrap. The scroll-type fluid machine includes a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll, a casing provided on the outer side of the orbiting scroll in the radial direction, a drive shaft, an orbiting bearing supporting the drive shaft with respect to the orbiting scroll, and a piping supplying a lubricant to the orbiting bearing. The orbiting scroll is provided with a boss plate that is attached to the drive shaft, the piping is provided in the boss plate, and the tip of the piping faces toward an opening provided between the casing and the fixed scroll or toward an opening provided in the fixed scroll or the casing.

Scroll-type fluid machine and maintenance method for same

A compressor has a compressor body and a motor integrated with one another, with the structure in which the sub-assembly of the motor portion and the compressor body assembled by positioning centers of the motor and compressor casings with positioning pins. When the deformation of a flange surface of the motor casing is large on a side of the compressor casing, positioning pin holes may have positional dimensions where the positioning is difficult, and the rigidity of the motor casing is increased to avoid change to the dimensional positions of the pin holes of the motor casing after the sub-assembly process. Fastening seats to fasten a motor stator by use of fastening members and ribs to reinforce the fastening seats are thus provided inside the motor casing to increase rigidity of the motor casing and inhibit deformation of the positional dimensions of the positional pin holes.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a scroll-type fluid machine for which the service life can be improved by reducing the load applied to a rotation prevention mechanism. To solve this problem, this scroll-type fluid machine is characterized by being equipped with a stationary scroll, an orbiting scroll that is provided opposing the stationary scroll and undergoes turning movement, a casing provided on the outside of the orbiting scroll, a drive shaft that drives and turns the orbiting scroll, a boss plate part that is provided separated from the orbiting scroll and is connected to the drive shaft, and multiple rotation prevention mechanisms provided between the boss plate part and the casing, and is characterized in that the boss plate part has multiple rotation-prevention-mechanism-side boss plate parts connected to the rotation prevention mechanisms, and a drive-shaft-side boss plate part connected to the drive shaft, and spaces are provided between the rotation-prevention-mechanism-side boss plate parts and the drive-shaft-side boss plate part.
