A surface-treated steel sheet includes: a steel sheet; and a coated layer which is formed on one surface or both surfaces of the steel sheet and includes zinc and vanadium, wherein the coated layer has a vanadium content of 1% or higher and 20% or less and a coating weight of 3 g/mor higher and 40 g/mor less, and has a plurality of dendritic arms that are grown in a thickness direction of the steel sheet, and a ratio x/y of a content x of vanadium that is present outside the arms to a content y of vanadium that is present inside the arms is 1.1 or higher and 3.0 or less in terms of vanadium element.

Surface-treated steel sheet and method of manufacturing the same

This surface-treated metal includes a metal, and a coated material on a surface of the metal, in which an outermost layer is a photocatalytic film that contains particles showing photocatalytic activity and an organic-inorganic composite resin, a volume ratio of the particles to the film is in a range from 0.5 to 50 vol %, the resin contains a siloxane bond and at least one group selected from the group consisting of an aryl group, a carboxyl group, an amino group, a hydroxyl group, and an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, the coated material has concaves on a surface thereof on the outermost layer side, an area of the outermost layer is 50% to 98% of an area of a surface of the metal, and a surface area of the outermost layer is 101% to 5000% of the area of the surface of the metal.

Surface-treated metal and method for producing same

The present invention provides a composite coated zinc-containing plated steel material different from the plated steel materials treated by conventional chromate replacement technologies and superior in all of corrosion resistance, blackening resistance, coating adhesion, and alkali resistance. The composite coated zinc-containing plated steel material of the present invention is characterized by having a composite coating formed by coating and drying on the surface of a plated steel material a treatment solution containing a basic zirconium compound, vanadyl (VO)-containing compound, phosphoric acid compound, cobalt compound, organic acid, and water and having a pH 7 to 14, the composite coating containing, with respect to the Zr element as 100 parts by mass, V in an amount of 10 to 45 parts by mass, P in 5 to 100 parts by mass, Co in 0.1 to 20 parts by mass, and an organic acid in 10 to 90 parts by mass.

This surface-treated metal material includes a composite film obtained by applying a metal surface treatment agent on a surface of a metal material and drying the metal surface treatment agent, the metal surface treatment agent containing: an organic silicon compound (W) obtained by combining a silane coupling agent (A) containing one amino group in a molecule and one glycidyl group in a molecule, at a solid content mass ratio [(A)/(B)] of 0.7 to 1.7; at least one kind of fluorine compound (X) selected from titanium hydrofluoric acid and zirconium hydrofluoric acid; a phosphoric acid (Y); a vanadium compound (Z); and at least one kind of lubricant (J).
