A highly integrated selector valve aggregate of a compact size, by which it is possible to reduce the length dimension thereof and which includes a plurality of selector valves arranged in a connecting direction. A composite type selector valve thereof includes a plurality of selector valve mechanisms interconnected in a valve body wherein a plurality of the composite type selector valves are joined in a lateral direction and are connected together.

Selector valve aggregate

Provision of constrictions imparts to a sealing ring for spool valves both needing flexibility and sufficient strength to remain undetached from the spool in the spool valves. The constrictions to impart flexibility are provided on the outside of the center of the band width of the sealing ring. The ring is of a greater axial thickness on a radially inner side thereof than at the constrictions so as to be firmly fitted in a groove of the spool.

Sealing rings for spool valves

An electromagnetic pilot type selector valve which can serve as a double-solenoid type selector valve or a single-solenoid type selector valve by merely increasing or decreasing the number of solenoid mechanisms and by providing a few component parts. This selector valve includes large and small pistons having different pressure receiving areas for driving a main valve disc. When two solenoid mechanisms are mounted, the main valve disc is switched over by pilot fluid pressure alternately applied on the two pistons. When one solenoid mechanism is mounted, the main valve disc is switched over by switching pilot fluid pressure applied on the large size piston, while the main valve disc is constantly pushed in one direction by pilot fluid pressure applied on the small size piston.

Electromagnetic pilot type selector valve

A direct-acting electromagnetic valve which is arranged to apply balanced fluid pressures to the opposite ends of a valve body 10 while ensuring smooth and stabilized movements of the valve body 10 in switching operations. For these purposes, a couple of cheers 16 and 17 which are formed in association with the opposite ends of the valve body 10 are communicated with each other by way of an axial through hole 12 within the valve body, and guide rings 15 are provided on the opposite end portions of the valve body 10 to guide its sliding movements. Gap spaces 15a are formed in these guide rings 15 to communicate the two chambers 16 and 17 with valve bore portions where exhaust ports EA and EB are opened.

Balanced type direct-acting electromagnetic valve

On a bottom cover 18, which is mounted on bottom surface of a valve body 6 of selector valves 1A and 1B for the purpose of covering unnecessary holes, engaging sectors 28 are formed, and by engaging the engaging sectors 28 with engaging edges 4b and 4b of a rail 4, the selector valves 1A and 1B are mounted on the rail 4 via the bottom cover 18.

Rail-mounted aggregate valve

In a pilot-driven spool type change-over valve, a lateral width of a valve body and sizes of each port and valve hole are efficiently determined in such a manner that flow rate or fluid per unit time reaches the highest value without substantially impairing responsiveness in order to increase ability to change over the fluid. An inner diameter of the valve hole a lateral length of an opening of the port are set to substantially the highest value as determined by lateral width of the valve body, and longitudinal diameter a of an opening of each port, i.e. length in axial direction in the valve hole, is set to such a size that a characteristic value given by a/W.sup.2 is 1.5 to 2.2.times.10.sup.-2.

Spool type change-over valve

In order to prevent wearing caused by collision when a movable iron core is drawn to a fixed iron core and also to prevent wearing caused by contact when the movable iron core slides in an iron core hole of an electromagnetic valve, a cap mounted on a forward end of the movable iron core and made of an elastic material is provided with a guide tube unit to be engaged in an iron core hole and with a flange unit located on outer side of the iron core hole. Outer diameter of the guide tube unit is designed slightly larger than outer diameter of the movable iron core, and it is slidably engaged in the iron core hole. Distance between the flange unit and outer wall of the iron core hole is designed slightly shorter than distance between the movable iron core and the fixed iron core so that, when power is turned on, the flange unit is brought into contact with outer wall of the iron core hole before the movable iron core collides against the fixed iron core.

Electromagnetic valve

A double-solenoid type electromagnetic valve having two solenoids integrally connected is disclosed. The solenoids of the electromagnetic valve have the same structure and the same external shape and have connecting mechanisms with engaging rims and engaging grooves on the sides. By connecting the connecting mechanisms with each other, the solenoids are closely connected and overlapped without any gap between them.

Double-solenoid type electromagnetic valve

A tube coupling for fluidic apparatus connects flexible hose or other tubes to ports of different sizes and shapes provided in fluidic apparatus. The tube coupling comprises a base to be attached to a port in a fluidic apparatus, a tube connector to connect a tube, and a metal holder that keeps in position the tube connector attached to the base.

A changeover valve has a valve body formed on a valve rod in such a manner as to be detached from forming molds and easily and securely mounted on a projection formed on the valve rod. The valve body is bisected at the center of the projection on the valve rod and has a mechanism for effectively preventing the downward penetration of compressed air from the edge of the bisected segment. The changeover valve has a valve rod carrying a valve body that switches the flow of fluid between individual ports by coming in and out of contact with two opposite valve seats. The valve rod has an annular projection on which the valve body of elastic substance is to be fitted. While a first annular groove is provided on each side of the annular projection, a second annular groove is cut at the center of the annular projection. The valve body is bisected into two segments that are individually mounted on both sides of the second groove. Each valve body segment has an integrally formed first and a second fitting projection adpated to fit in the first groove and the common second groove. The second fitting projection on the bisected valve body segment has an annular flange extending inward toward the valve rod. The flange has a bore whose diameter is reduced to a minimum within such a limit as will not interfere with the detachment of forming molds.
