To provide an electromagnetic valve where an end cover can easily be fitted into a valve hole, and a valve body can be small-sized. In an electromagnetic valve, an end coverfor closing a hole endof a valve holeformed in a valve bodyis constituted by a lid plate, a plurality of arm piecesprovided so as to extend from a peripheral edge of the lid plate, engagement resilient piecesprovided on a side of an inner face of the lid platefrom the arm piecesin a standing manner, respectively, and which are formed at their distal end portions with engagement clawsexpanding in a taper shape, and a fitting cylindrical portionwhich is provided in a projecting manner on an inner face of the lid platesuch that its height from the inner face is lower than those of the engagement resilient piecesand which is disposed on its outer periphery with a seal member, the fitting cylindrical portionis tightly fitted into the hole endopened in the valve body, and the engagement clawsare engaged with stepped portionsin engagement groovesprovided in a recessed manner in the vicinity of the hole endof the valve body

Electromagnetic valve

To provide an electromagnetic valve where constitution and assembling of a current conduction system to a solenoid portion is simplified to improve assembling easiness and an insulation performance of the current conduction system can easily be secured. In an electromagnetic valve provided with a valve portion having a valve body switching flow paths according to approach to/separation from a valve seat in a housing and a solenoid portion driving the valve body, the housing is formed from electrically insulating synthetic resin, a current conduction terminals constituting a current conduction system of the solenoid portion is inserted into a terminal insertion hole opened on a joining face of the housing with the solenoid portion so that the solenoid portion and the valve portion are fixed to each other, and an opening through which contact terminals extend front the outside to the current conduction terminals in the terminal insertion hole to be electrically connected thereto is provided in the housing.

To make it possible to easily produce a solenoid for a solenoid valve at low cost by reducing the number of parts and assembling steps. In a solenoid for a solenoid valve, a pole face is formed on an end wall portion of a magnetic case which covers a bobbin around which a coil is wound, thereby allowing the end wall portion to function as a stationary core, an end surface of a moving core inserted in center holes of the bobbin and the magnetic plate is set opposed to the pole face, and the moving core is adsorbed by the end wall portion by energizing the coil.

Solenoid for solenoid valve

An electromagnetic valve having a high coupling strength between a valve portion and a solenoid portion is secured at a low cost without large-sizing the solenoid portion. Recessed portions positioned on one end side of a valve body and having inner wall faces formed by inclining faces that incline from the one end side of the valve body to the other end side towards its depth are provided on a valve body side face positioned on one end side of the valve body to be opposed to each other. Cuttings for forming caulking pieces are positioned corresponding to the recessed portions on the side wall on an opening side of a magnetic case. The valve and solenoid portions are coupled such that they are biased in directions they are fitted to each other by abutting the caulking pieces on the inclining faces to caulk them in the recessed portions

A magnetic body case in a solenoid for an electromagnetic valve has a cylindrical skirt portion which surrounds a side face of a bobbin and a cap portion which covers one end face of the bobbin in an axial direction thereof, these skirt portion and cap portion are respectively formed individually, and the magnetic body case is assembled by coupling the cap portion to one end of the skirt portion in the axial direction.

Solenoid for electromagnetic valve

A solenoid for an electromagnetic valve is provided with a bobbin on which a coil has been wound, a movable iron core fitted into an iron core hole of the bobbin and a fixed magnetic pole member attracting the movable iron core, the movable iron core has a main body portion with an even section fitted into the iron core hole, and a flange portion with an even section formed on a portion extending from the iron core hole of the main body distal end, and the ring has a first portion which is positioned on a distal end side and which has a large diameter hole in which the flange portion is fitted and a second portion which is positioned on a proximal end side and which has a small diameter hole in which the main body portion is fitted.

A cover for preventing misoperation is easily and certainly attached/detached to/from an operating piece for manual operation provided for a fluid pressure control device. It is attached so as not to be lost even when the cover is detached for manual operation. For this purpose, retaining grooves,and,are formed on the outer face of a plunger-type operating piece,provided on the top face of the body,so as to be projected. A cylindrical cover,is provided with a hook,which is resiliently retained by the retaining groove,or,and a string-shaped connecting member,which is connected to the operating piece,, thereby preventing the cover,from being lost. The height of the cover,is set to be equal to or higher than that of the operating piece,in a non-operating position.

Fluid pressure control device with cover for preventing misoperation

In a fluid pressure control device such as a solenoid-controlled valve having an operating piece for manual operation which is a selector-type operating piece, a cover for preventing misoperation is attached to the selector-type operating piece. Consequently, a cover 6 for preventing misoperation comprised of a base part 10 having an attaching part 14 to be fixed to the casing and a lid part 11 which is integrally connected with the base part 10 via a bending part 12 which can be bent and stretched is attached to a selector-type operating piece 5 having a handle 5a for manual operation at the top. By bending the bending part 12, the lid part 11 can be closed between a closed position covering the handle 5a and opened an open position to release the handle 5a.
