A heat detection line includes a twisted pair wire composed of a pair of heat detecting wires being twisted together. Each heat detecting wire includes a conductor and an insulator covering a periphery of the conductor. The conductor is non-magnetic and composed of a copper alloy with a tensile strength of 900 MPa or more. A multi-core cable includes the heat detection line, a plurality of electric wires, and a sheath covering the heat detection line and the plurality of electric wires together. A melting point of the insulator of the heat detection line is lower than a melting point of an insulator of each of the plurality of electric wires.

Heat detection line and multi-core cable

A cable includes a cable core including one or more electric wires, a shield layer covering around the cable core, and a sheath covering around the shield layer. The shield layer is composed of a braided shield including a plurality of first metal wires composed of aluminum or aluminum alloy and a plurality of second metal wires composed of copper or copper alloy. The plurality of first metal wires and the plurality of second metal wires are cross-braided.

Cable

A high frequency signal transmission cable includes a conductor, an insulator provided over a periphery of the conductor, a plating layer provided over a periphery of the insulator, and a sheath provided over a periphery of the plating layer. A crack suppressing layer includes a non-cross-linked polyethylene is provided between the insulator and the plating layer, in such a manner as to remain in contact with the insulator while being provided with the plating layer over an entire periphery of a roughened outer surface of the crack suppressing layer. The crack suppressing layer is unadhered to the insulator. The plating layer is adhered to the crack suppressing layer. The crack suppressing layer suppresses an occurrence of a cracking in the plating layer by bending together with the plating layer while being integral and moving with the plating layer in a longitudinal direction of the cable.

High frequency signal transmission cable

A cable includes a cable core including a linear filler, and a plurality of core wires for signal transmission, a shield layer covering around the cable core, and a sheath covering around the shield layer. The filler includes a first filler provided at a cable center, and a plurality of second fillers provided around the first filler to form a cross-shape with the first filler in a cross-section perpendicular to a cable longitudinal direction. The cable core is configured in such a manner that the plurality of core wires and the plurality of second fillers are spirally twisted around the first filler to be alternately arranged in a circumferential direction.

A multi-core cable includes a heat detection line including a twisted pair wire composed of a pair of heat detecting wires being twisted together, each of which includes a first conductor and a first insulator covering a periphery of the first conductor, a plurality of electric wires spirally twisted around the heat detection line, each of which includes a second conductor and a second insulator covering a periphery of the second conductor, and a sheath covering the heat detection line and the plurality of electric wires together. A melting point of the first insulator is lower than a melting point of the second insulator. The second conductor has a shape in a cross-section perpendicular to a cable longitudinal direction in which a width along a circumferential direction is gradually increased from a radially inward portion to a radially outward portion.

Multi-core cable

A cable is composed of a cable core including one or more electric wires, a braided shield covering a periphery of the cable core and including braided metal wires, a sheath covering a periphery of the braided shield, and a cushion layer provided between the cable core and the braided shield. The cushion layer is composed of a braid including braided linear shape fiber yarns.

A multicore cable is composed of a bunched core composed of a plurality of electric wires laid together, each including a conductor, and an electrical insulating member provided over a periphery of the conductor, an abrasion suppressing layer configured as a taping member helically wrapped around a periphery of the bunched core, a shielding layer composed of a braided shield provided over an outer periphery of the abrasion suppressing layer, and a sheath provided over a periphery of the shielding layer. An opposite surface of the taping member constituting the abrasion suppressing layer to the bunched core and an opposite surface of the taping member constituting the abrasion suppressing layer to the shielding layer are composed of a fluoropolymer resin. The taping member constituting the abrasion suppressing layer is non-adhesively lap wound in such a manner as to partially overlap itself in a width direction thereof.

Multicore cable

A cable includes a plurality of electric wires, which are laid helically around a center of the cable and along a central axis of the cable, and a sheath provided to cover respective peripheries of the plurality of electric wires together. The sheath includes an inner layer sheath made of a urethane resin, and an outer layer sheath provided around an outer periphery of the inner layer sheath to protect the inner layer sheath. The cable may further include a core member at its center. The sheath may be composed of a single layer instead of plural layers.

A high frequency signal transmission cable includes a conductor, an insulator provided over a periphery of the conductor, a plating layer provided over a periphery of the insulator, and a sheath provided over a periphery of the plating layer. A crack suppressing layer is provided between the insulator and the plating layer, in such a manner as to remain in contact with the insulator while being provided with the plating layer over an outer surface of the crack suppressing layer. The crack suppressing layer suppresses the occurrence of a cracking in the plating layer by bending while moving in a longitudinal direction of the cable relative to a bending of the insulator.

A movable part composite cable includes a plurality of power supply wires being designed for electric power supply, which respectively include a plurality of insulated electric wires being laid together and being covered by each covering member, the plurality of power supply wires being arranged in contact with each other on surfaces of their respective covering members, one or more signal wires being designed for signal transmission, each signal wire having an outer diameter smaller than an outer diameter of each power supply wire, and a jacket, which is being provided over an outer periphery of an aggregate including the plurality of power supply wires and the one or more signal wires that are laid together. The power supply wires and the signal wires are not in direct contact with each other, or the power supply wires and the signal wires are in direct contact with each other with a contact area therebetween being smaller than a contact area between the power supply wires.

Movable part composite cable

A composite cable is composed of a power supply wire, which includes a twisted wire pair aggregate, which are being formed by laying a plurality of twisted wire pairs together, a plurality of coaxial wires, and a plurality of signal wires, which are each smaller in outer diameter than the power supply wire and the plurality of coaxial wires. The plurality of coaxial wires and the plurality of signal wires are being laid helically over an outer periphery of the power supply wire, and each of the plurality of coaxial wires is being arranged in contact with an outer periphery of the power supply wire, and is being arranged at equally spaced intervals in a circumferential direction of the power supply wire, while each of the plurality of signal wires is being arranged in such a manner as to remain separate from the power supply wire.

Composite cable

A differential signal cable for transmitting high-speed digital differential signals of several Gbit/s or more is provided to minimize characteristic impedance mismatch and to repress increase in the skew, or increase in disturbance due to differential-mode to common-mode conversion. A differential signal cable comprises two insulated wires arranged parallelly in a contact, each of said two insulated wires comprising a conductor and an insulator jacketing the conductor; a fusion layer provided on the surface of each of said two insulated wires; a drain wire placed longitudinally in a recess created in the interstice between said two insulated wires; and a shield tape lapping around said two insulated wires and said drain wire together, wherein a surface of said insulator of each of said two insulated wires is partially deformed so as to have a flat portion and said two insulated wires are fused each other at said flat portions.

Differential signal cable, and cable assembly and multi-pair differential signal cable using the same

A twisted flat cable is provided which includes parallel fused portions and twisted pair portions alternating with the parallel fused portions. TPO (thermoplastic olefin) is used as an insulating material for an insulative layer that covers conductors to provide separately insulated conductors constituting the parallel fused portions and the twisted pair portions in the twisted flat cable. By virtue of this construction, the twisted flat cable has excellent transmission characteristics.
