A microphone holder includes a casing made of soft synthetic resin and formed with a recess and a sound hole open to the recess and a connector unit having conductive elastic strips partially embedded in a solid insulating lid made of hard synthetic resin; a microphone is snugly received in the recess, and the recess is closed with the solid insulating lid in such a manner that the conductive elastic strips are held in contact at inner contact portions to electrodes of the microphone and at the outer contact portions to a circuit board; the conductive elastic strips are embedded in the solid insulating lid during a molding for the solid insulating lid so that the assembling work is speeded up.

In order to provide a microphone holder which can hold a microphone tightly and the holding operation can be performed easily, a microphone holder comprises a holder casing having an opening section in one end of which a microphone can be inserted and a connecting terminal supported by the holder casing so as to connect electrically the microphone inside the holder casing and an outer section, the holder casing comprises a side wall and a bottom wall communicating the side wall , an undercut sections are provided on the upper edge of the side wall , the inside edge section of the connecting terminal is usually in the position having a space between the inside surface of the holder casing and the inside edge section ; thus, when the microphone is inserted in the holder casing , the microphone is held by being put between the undercut sections and the inside edge section

Microphone holder

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a sensor rotor with a minimum waste of material. The sensor rotor is manufactured by forming a plurality of ring pieces having outer and inner edges that are identical in curvature to each other, arranging the ring pieces in the shape of a ring, magnetizing the ring pieces to create opposite magnetic poles alternately in the circumferential direction of the ring pieces to form a magnetized ring, and fixing the magnetized ring to the inside of a press-in ring. Since the outer edge of each ring piece substantially coincides with the inner edge of the adjacent ring piece, it is possible to eliminate the waste of material between the adjacent ring pieces.
