A motor device may include a motor including a motor shaft protruded from a motor main body; a worm gear connected with the motor shaft through a transmission mechanism and is formed with a spiral groove; and a worm wheel engaged with the worm gear. The transmission mechanism may include a transmission member to transmit rotation of the motor shaft to the worm gear. One end face on the motor main body side of the worm gear and an end face on a worm gear side of the transmission member may be formed with two protruded parts protruded toward the other of the end faces, and a recessed part engaged with the protruded parts is formed in the other of the end faces. A compression coil spring may disposed between the worm gear and the transmission member between the two protruded parts.

Motor device

A motor in which drive coils are arranged in an axial direction of a cylindrical rotor magnet of which an outer peripheral surface is magnetized, the drive coils are cylindrical bodies having respectively center holes into which a rotor shaft is to be inserted, curling cases each of which is formed by bending a flat plate made of a magnetic material into a tubular shape, surround the drive coils, respectively, and surround a cylindrical surface of the rotor magnet with a predetermined gap therebetween, and portions of the surfaces of the curling cases, which face the drive coils associated therewith, serve as yoke parts, respectively, while other portions of the curling cases, which face the rotor magnet, are formed to be pole teeth, and also serve as yoke plates.

Motor and method of manufacturing the same

A stepping motor includes a pair of drive coils arranged to sandwich a magnetic rotor in the axial direction of a rotor shaft in order to decrease the motor size. The drive coils are configured to be annular around the rotor shaft that extends in both directions from the magnetic rotor. A pair of cylindrical yokes are provided to enclose the drive coils. A pair of sintered bearings that support the rotational movement of the rotor shaft are made of a magnetic material, and the cylindrical yokes and the sintered bearings are formed together.
