A laser welding apparatus is equipped with a laser head that emits a laser beam and an airflow forming unit that forms sheet-shaped airflows, in which the airflows formed by the airflow forming unit traverse an optical path of the laser beam emitted from the laser head, the airflows traversing the optical path at multiple positions which are spaced from each other in a direction along the optical path in a same direction. The airflow forming unit has an opening between the airflows at the multiple positions, the opening penetrating in a direction in which the airflows traverse the optical path.

A laser processing system having a measurement function. The laser processing system includes a processing head configured to irradiate an object with a laser beam in a scanning manner via an optical system for processing; an illumination-light emitting section provided in the processing head, and configured to cause illumination light to be emitted from the processing head toward the object along an optical axis of the optical system for processing; a light receiving section located in a predetermined positional relationship with the illumination-light emitting section, and configured to receive a reflection of the illumination light reflected at an irradiated point on the object; and a measurement section configured to process the reflection received by the light receiving section and obtain three-dimensional measurement data of the irradiated point.

Laser processing system having measurement function

An object is to provide a laser processing device and a laser processing system capable of measuring a distance between a work and a processing head accurately and simply and capable of checking the quality of processing in real time during the processing. Provided are: a photodetector that detects the intensity of a processing laser beam split by optical path splitting means, and outputs a detection signal having a signal intensity responsive to the detected intensity together with a time of detection of the intensity; a signal intensity comparing unit that compares the signal intensities of multiple detection signals received from the photodetector; and a detection time comparing unit that compares times of detection of multiple intensities. The signal intensity comparing unit measures a processing quality by comparing the signal intensity of a detection signal received from the photodetector responsive to an incident beam on a work and the signal intensity of a detection signal received from the photodetector responsive to a reflected beam from the work. The detection time comparing unit measures a distance between a laser processing device and the work by comparing times of detection of the intensities.

Laser processing device and laser processing system

To provide a galvanometer scanner that increases reliability by reducing burden on a mechanism unit. A galvanometer scanner converts a command for machining position on a machining target to movement commands for a rotary motor, a rotary motor, and a direct drive mechanism. If the movement command for the direct drive mechanism contains a weak direct drive component depending on the movement command for the rotary motor, and falling within an amplitude range not exceeding a predetermined amplitude and within a frequency range not falling below a predetermined frequency, the galvanometer scanner removes the weak direct drive component from the movement command for the direct drive mechanism, and then outputs control signals corresponding to the movement commands for the rotary motors and the direct drive mechanism. The galvanometer scanner controls the rotary motors and the direct drive mechanism based on the control signals.

To provide a galvanoscanner enabling execution of weaving welding whereby favorable weld quality is easily obtained. A galvanoscanner () includes: two galvano mirror () that is configured to be rotatable about a rotation axis (X, X), and reflects a laser beam (L); a galvano motor () that rotationally drives the galvano mirror (); an optical component () that is arranged so that the laser beam (L) incident on the galvano mirror () is incident in a thickness direction (T), is configured to be rotatable about a rotating shaft (), and has a refractive index that differs from a surrounding; and a rotary motor () that rotationally drives the optical component (), in which the optical component () is arranged so that, in a cross section (C) in a thickness (T) direction, an incident side () and an emission side () are parallel to each other, and the incident side () is sloped relative to an optical axis (L) of the laser beam (L) that is incident, and thickness (T) thereof continuously varies along a rotation direction.

Galvanoscanner

To provide a laser welding system that can correct divergence of a laser beam irradiation position with higher precision, and is capable of higher precision laser welding. A remote laser welding system () includes: a multi-axis robot (); a laser head () provided to a leading end of an arm () of the multi-axis robot (); a control unit () that controls operations of the multi-axis () and the laser head (); and a laser light source (), in which the laser head () includes: two galvano mirrors () configured to be rotatable about rotational axes (X, X), respectively, and reflect a laser beam; and galvano motors () that rotationally drive the galvano mirrors (), and in which the control unit () includes an acceleration sensor () that acquires the acceleration of the vibration; and a command correction section () that corrects a control command to the galvano motors () which rotationally drive the galvano mirrors (), based on the acceleration of the vibration acquired by the acceleration sensor (), so as to suppress divergence of the laser beam irradiation position due to vibration.

A machine learning apparatus, which learns a condition associated with arrangement positions of magnets on a core of a motor rotor, includes: a state observation unit that observes a state variable composed of data relating to arrangement positions of a plurality of the magnets arranged on the core, data relating to a magnitude of cogging torque generated when the plurality of the magnets are arranged at the respective arrangement positions, and data relating to a magnetic flux density of each of the magnets; and a learning unit that learns the condition associated with the arrangement positions of the magnets on the core in accordance with a training data set constituted by the state variable.

A stator includes: a stator core having a yoke and teeth projecting from the yoke; coils attached to the stator core so as to surround the teeth; and coil fixing members, each of which is arranged at at least one of opposite ends of the stator core in a gap formed between an end face of the tooth and an inner side of the coil facing the end face. The coil fixing member includes a locking part that projects on the opposite side from the end face of the tooth to lock the coil and a projection that projects on the opposite side from the locking part, and the projection is inserted into an insert hole formed on the stator core.

A coil fastening part in a stator of the present invention can be turned about its axis of rotation in a gap between an end face of a tooth and an inner circumferential surface of a unit coil and has a noncircular shape cross-section vertical to its axis of rotation. The noncircular shape cross-section of the coil fastening part has a first dimension which is represented by a first line segment which intersects its axis of rotation and a second dimension which is represented by a second line segment which intersects its axis of rotation, is different from the first line segment, and is larger than the first dimension. The coil fastening part is arranged in the gap in a state where the second line segment is aligned with the height direction of the gap and pushes against both the end face and the inner circumferential surface to thereby fasten the unit coil to a tooth.
