A diaper having front and rear waist regions and a waist-hole, the waist hole having a peripheral edge that is elastically stretchable in a circumferential direction and includes covering zones and elastic zones in the front and rear waist regions, which peripheral edge is adapted to be stretchable beyond lengths of the covering zones in the circumferential direction.

Disposable diaper

A packing body suitable as a portable packing body which can change the appearance under a state where an article is contained. The packing body () containing an article comprises a container main body () for containing an article, and an extending portion () extending outward of the container main body (), with the outer side face of a central region in the height direction of the container main body () as the proximal end (). The packing body () can be changed from a first mode where the extending portion () is arranged to cover the side of the first end () of the container main body () from the proximal end () to a second mode where the extending portion () is arranged to cover the side of the second end () of the container main body () by reversing the extending portion () along the proximal end (). An opening () for exposing a second end face () on the side of the second end () at least in the second mode is formed at the extension end () of the extending portion ().

Packing body

Elastically stretchable disposable pants that include first and second lateral waist regions, which are formed in at least a front waist region with substantially inelastic guide zones arranged intermittently in the longitudinal direction. The pants thus constructed can be smoothly pulled up to a desired level at which the pants are properly worn.

A disposable body fluid absorbent article includes a liquid-absorbent core. The core is provided in the vicinity of opposite side edges extending in a longitudinal direction with depressed regions tapering from an upper surface toward a lower surface of the core. A density of the core components in the depressed regions is lower then or equal to a density of the core components in the remaining region of the core.

A disposable pull-on garment has an elasticized waist-opening and a pair of elasticized leg-openings. At least one of the inner or outer surfaces of a peripheral edge of the waist opening includes a slippage resistant sheet. The sheet has a high friction coefficient so that the peripheral edge of the waist opening is easily and reliably gripped when the garment is pulled on by a wearer.

Disposable pull-on garment

A disposable garment that includes a crotch region. The crotch region has a pair of folding guides that extend transversely across a zone defined between peripheral edge portions of respective leg-openings and intersect each other in a transversely middle zone of the crotch region. The crotch region is tucked about the folding guides inwardly of the garment so that the crotch region may be divided by the folding guides into substantially triangular first and second zones defined between the peripheral edge portions of the respective leg-openings and the folding guides, respectively, a third zone extending from the folding guides into a front region, and a fourth zone extending from the folding guides into a rear region with the first and second zones being disposed between the third and fourth zones.

Disposable garment

A disposable pants-type diaper is composed of a pair of sheets each having longitudinally opposite end portions extending in a transverse direction and transversely opposite side edge portions extending in a longitudinal direction. The pair of sheet are bonded together in desired zones including the transversely opposite side portions to form a disposable pants-type diaper. The pair of sheets are placed upon each other so that one of the transversely opposite side edge portions is destined to lie on a belly side of the diaper and the other thereof is destined to lie on the rear side of the diaper.

A disposable pull-on diaper includes a topsheet, a backsheet and an absorbent core disposed therebetween. In any one of front and rear waist regions of the diaper, second elastic members are disposed between the core and the backsheet to extend under tension circumferentially of the waist region and secured to the inner surface of the backsheet only at their portions extending outward beyond transversely opposite side edges.

A disposable garment is provided with leg-hole elastic members, which include first elastic members extending along transversely opposite side edges in a longitudinally middle zone of the garment, second elastic members extending in continuity with the first elastic members toward a front end of the garment and third elastic members extending in continuity with the first elastic members toward a rear end of the garment, and these elastic members have their values of stretch stress in the relationship of the first elastic members>the third elastic members>the second elastic members.

A disposable diaper that includes a topsheet, a backsheet and a core disposed therebetween to define a front waist region, a rear waist region and a crotch region extending therebetween. A first elastic member extends longitudinally of the diaper across a middle zone of the core between the front and rear waist regions and is disposed between the backsheet and the core and secured to the backsheet. Second elastic members extend longitudinally of the diaper across the transversely opposite side zones of the core between the front and rear waist regions and are disposed between the backsheet and the core and bonded to the backsheet.

A disposable garment includes an elastically stretchable outer panel and a body fluid absorbent inner panel. The two panels are connected to each other along front end portions as well as along rear end portions of the panels by means of elastically stretchable connector sheets extending between the front end portions and between the rear end portions of the two panels so that the outer panel may be stretchable together with the connector sheets.

An absorbent article having a pair of side flaps along transversely opposite side edges of the article. Each of the side flaps is formed on its upper surface with a plurality of pleats that extend longitudinally of the side flap. Each of the pleats contains an elastically stretchable/contractile member that extends along its distal edge so as to operate longitudinally of the pleat.

Disposable absorbent article

A pants-type disposable diaper includes a pants-type outer cover and an absorbent pad attached on an inner surface of the outer cover, the outer cover having first elastic members which circumferentially extend in the vicinity of a waist-opening of the outer cover and second elastic members which circumferentially extend in the vicinity of the uppermost points of a pair of leg-opening of the outer cover, the pad having an elongate pad body provided with a pair of barrier cuffs, the barrier cuffs having third elastic member at distal edges of the barrier cuff and fourth elastic members between the distal edges and proximal edges of the barrier cuffs, the fourth elastic member intersecting the second elastic members in front and rear waist regions of the outer cover.

Pants-type disposable diaper

An absorbent article having a pair of side flaps along transversely opposite side edges of the article. Each of the side flaps is formed on its upper surface with a plurality of pleats that extends longitudinally of the side flap. Each of the pleats includes an elastically stretchable/contractile member that extends along its distal edge so as to operate longitudinally of the pleat.

A disposable diaper includes a liquid-permeable topsheet, a liquid-impermeable backsheet and an absorbent core disposed therebetween. The core has its transversely opposite side edges curved inwardly of the core. Portions of the topsheet and the backsheet extending outward beyond the side edges of the core are put flat and bonded together. Such extensions are folded inwardly of the diaper along straight folding lines extending longitudinally outside the respective curved side edges of the core so as to form a pair of leak-proofing cuffs. First and second elastically stretchable/contractile members are bonded under appropriate tension to the respective leak-proofing cuffs along its inner side edges and the straight folding lines.
