A sheet material container includes a container body that surrounds a containing portion for accommodating a content. The container body is formed of a container body-forming sheet member formed by layering a plurality of base material films. The container body-forming sheet member includes the plurality of base material films, an attaching layer by which the base material films are attached to each other, and a filler enclosed portion that is formed between the plurality of base material films and into which a filler is to be filled. The plurality of base material films are made from the same type of resins.

Sheet material container

The present invention provides a sheet material container being made of a sheet material and including a body portion and a bottom portion that is to be disposed on a placement surface, and the sheet material including a plurality of film layers. A body portion sheet that constitutes the body portion includes a bonding portion where peripheral edge portions of the sheet materials are bonded. In a bottom surface sheet that constitutes the bottom portion, a non-adhesive region is provided in the plurality of film layers. The non-adhesive region forms a bottom filler-filled portion. The bottom filler-filled portion extends annularly around a non-filled portion, and includes at least three protruding leg portions that are to be placed on the placement surface so as to allow the container to stand by itself. The protruding leg portions protrude toward the placement surface past other portions in the bottom filler-filled portion due a leg forming portion.

Provided is a sheet for container to be used in a flexible container, the sheet for container having a plurality of films layered in the sheet for container, the sheet for container including: a first film including a first base-material layer, which is coated with a first applying-type gas barrier layer and made of a single type of material having a heat-sealing property; and a second film including a second base-material layer, which is coated with a second applying-type gas barrier layer and made of a single type of material that is a same type of material as the first base-material layer, in which: the first film and the second film are attached to each other by heat sealing; and a gas enclosing portion, which is partially non-attached and in which gas is able to be enclosed, is formed between the first film and the second film.

Sheet for container

A sheet container has, formed in the bottom face of the container body, a non-attached part where the film layers are left partially unattached to each other. An filled part is formed by enclosing a filler between the film layers at the non-attached part. A side part of the filled part is a side bulging part bulging toward the skirt part. The side bulging part presses a pressed part above the lower edge of the skirt part from the inside toward the sideward. The lower edge of the skirt part is disposed inwardly from the pressed part.

Provided is a foam discharger including: a mixing portion for mixing a liquid agent and a gas to foam the liquid agent; a discharge opening for discharging the foamed liquid agent; and a flow path in communication with the discharge opening, and for supplying the foamed liquid agent from the mixing portion to the discharge opening. The discharge opening is provided with a first porous member. On an upstream side of the first porous member, a cross-sectional area of the flow path on a cross section orthogonal to a supply direction in which the foamed liquid agent is to be supplied increases along the supply direction. The cross-sectional area of the flow path at the discharge opening is at least 1.2 times the minimum cross-sectional area of the flow path.

Foam discharger

A container has an inner container that accommodates an article, with an opening through which the article can be discharged; and a cover that is composed of a cover-forming sheet member given by lamination of a plurality of film layers, and covers the inner container; the cover-forming sheet member has a film region in which the plurality of film layers are attached to each other, and filler enclosing parts in which a filler is enclosed between the plurality of film layers, and bulges in the thickness direction of the cover-forming sheet member than the film region; and, the inner container has an outer air introducing part through which the outer air is introduced between the outer surface of the inner container and the inner surface of the cover.

Container

A container body of the sheet container is composed of a sheet member given by lamination of a plurality of film layers, and has a plurality of surface-like parts; the plurality of surface-like parts include a first surface-like part and a second surface-like part that adjoin and cross each other; the sheet member has a filler enclosing part in which a filler is enclosed between the plurality of film layers; the filler enclosing part includes an intermediate extending part laid across the first surface-like part and the second surface-like part, and a first adjoining part and a second adjoining part that individually adjoin both sides of the intermediate extending part; and the intermediate extending part extending more further from the second surface-like part than the first adjoining part and the second adjoining part extend.

A method for manufacturing an intermediate material for a soft packaging container according to the present invention includes: a first overlaying step Pof laying a second raw film sheetover a first raw film sheet; a confining portion forming step Pof forming a filler confining portionfor confining a filler, the filler confining portionbeing constituted by a non-joined region between the first raw film sheetand the second raw sheet, by joining a portion of the first raw film sheetand a portion of the second sheetto each other; a folding step Pof folding the first raw film sheetand the second sheetwith the first raw film sheeton an outer side, such that the filler confining portionis present in a state where an inner portion thereof is continuous on two sides that are connected via at least one folding position; an accommodating portion forming step Pof forming an accommodating portionby joining a plurality of portions including at least one of the first raw film sheetand the second sheet; and a cutting step Pof forming an intermediate material Afor a soft packaging container by cutting at least the first raw film sheet. This configuration makes it possible to more readily and reliably manufacture a soft packaging container that has a filler confining portion in more regions.

Method for manufacturing intermediate material for soft packaging container, method for manufacturing soft packaging container, and method for manufacturing soft packaging container packaging body

A sheet material container (C) includes a containing portion () that contains contents () and is formed of a layer sheet (). The layer sheet () includes an inner sheet (), an intermediate sheet () covering an outer side of the inner sheet (), and an outer sheet () covering an outer side of the intermediate sheet (), and is arranged on opposite sides with the containing portion () between the opposite sides. At least parts of the outer sheet () and the intermediate sheet () include light transmitting portions () that can transmit visible light. The inner sheet () or the contents () can be visually recognized through the light transmitting portions () from outside the sheet material container (C).

A sheet material container (C) comprising a containing portion () that contains contents () and formed of a layer sheet (S). Among a first inner layer sheet (Sa,Sa), a first outer layer sheet (Sa) and a second inner layer sheet (Sb,Sb), a sheet on one side of the sheet material container Cwith respect to a decorative portion () has a light transmitting portion () capable of transmitting visible light. The present invention provides a foam dispensing unit () that dispenses a content liquid in a foamed state by causing the content liquid pumped out via a liquid flow channel () to pass through a porous member () provided in a foaming flow channel () together with air, the foam dispensing unit including a mechanism for variably positioning a passage surface (), the mechanism rotatably holding the porous member () in the foaming flow channel () to variably position a content liquid passage surface of the porous member (). The mechanism for variably positioning a passage surface () includes a loosely holding region () formed in the foaming flow channel () and the porous member () loosely mounted in the loosely holding region (). The porous member () has a spherical shape, and freely rotates inside the loosely holding region () due to an action of a stream of the content liquid passing through the loosely holding region (), so as to replace a surface thereof in a pass-through direction.

Foam dispenser

A squeeze container () that includes a container body () including squeezable/deformable press-deforming portions (), and that discharges a content contained in an inner bag () inside the outer container () by squeezing (pressing) the press-deforming portions (). The outer container () has a tubular body portion () including: the press-deforming portions (); and longitudinal-direction reinforcing portions () molded integrally with the press-deforming portions (). A pair of longitudinal-direction reinforcing portions () is provided, the longitudinal-direction reinforcing portions extending in a longitudinal direction at respective two locations opposing one another in a radial direction of the tubular body portion (). A pair of press-deforming portions () is provided, the press-deforming portions being arranged in respective sections between the pair of longitudinal-direction reinforcing portions () so as to oppose one another, and each preferably having an arcuate cross-sectional shape so as to form the overall circular hollow cross-sectional shape of the outer container ().
