The present invention provides a building material in which a coating is applied to a front surface and a side surface is sufficiently adhered to a sealing and method for manufacturing thereof. In a building material in which a coating is applied to a front surface, a coating film on a side surface is removed or reduced by laser irradiation. The part of the side surface in which the coating film has been removed or reduced by laser irradiation has a width of at least 5 mm from a front surface side toward a rear surface side of the building material, or extends over the entire side surface from the front surface side toward the rear surface side of the building material, or is formed more than a part in which coating film is formed.

Building material and method for manufacturing thereof

The present invention provides a throating that enables temporary affixing and facilitates construction work. The throating of the present invention includes a rear plate part that is fixed to a building frame, a throating plate part bent obliquely downward and frontward at a lower end of the rear plate part, and a front plate part bent downward from a front end of the throating plate part. The throating has an adhesive layer on each of a front face and a rear face of the rear plate part, and has a release paper on the surface of the adhesive layers. A top end portion of the rear plate part is covered by an adhesive layer and/or release paper. Preferably, the release paper has a cutting line.

Throating

A building material and a method for coating a substrate for the building material with a coating film having a variety of functions relating to an environment such as mildew resistance, deodorization, antibacterial activity and air purification in addition to the anti-staining effect by having an excellent hydrophilicity. The method for coating the substrate for a building material comprises the steps of; coating a coating material comprising a hydrophilic polymer and a photocatalyst on the substrate, and drying the coating material to form a coating film containing the photocatalyst, wherein the hydrophilic polymer is at least one selected from the group consisting of methyl silicate, liquid glass, colloidal silica, poly(meth)acrylate, and polytetrafluoroethylene graft-polymerized with sulfonic acid, and the photocatalyst is at least one selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide coated with zeolite, titanium oxide coated silica and titanium oxide coated with apatite.

Coating film for building material

Provided is a building board having non-flammability and being excellent in designability. In the building board, an impregnated coating film, an aqueous coating film, a solvent-based clear coating film and a top clear coating film are formed, in this order, on a surface of a base member. The aqueous coating film is formed of a synthetic resin and a fireproofing agent; the top clear coating film is formed of a UV-curable type resin and a fireproofing agent; the amount of fireproofing agent in the aqueous coating film is 10 to 50 wt % with respect to the solids of the aqueous coating film; the amount of the fireproofing agent in the top clear coating film is 5 to 20 wt % with respect to the solids of top clear coating film; and the total calorific value measured in accordance with ISO 5660, for 20 minutes using a cone calorimeter, is smaller than 8 MJ/m.

Building board

A wall structure is provided, which, despite having a surface that is covered with elastic coating material and that is jointless, has an uneven pattern in the surface, and which does not require any great effort in the coating process and exhibit little variation in the finished design. The wall structure has a wall material, an elastic joint material, a mesh-shaped material and an elastic coating material. The surface of the wall material bears an uneven pattern in which the height difference between deepest portions and highest portions is 2.0 to 4.0 mm and a pattern loss ratio is 15% or less, and furthermore, the wall material is fixed in a state where a side end portion of the wall material is abutted against a side end portion of another wall material. The elastic joint material covers the surface of the abutting portion of the side end portions of the wall materials, and the elastic coating material covers the entire surfaces of the wall materials and of the elastic joint material. The uneven pattern in the surface of the wall is formed by coating the uneven surface of the wall material with the elastic coating material, and the amount of the elastic coating material is 2 to 6 kg/m.

A coating apparatus for coating an entire surface of a building board without forming uncoated area, while conveying the building board, having: an application device for applying a coating material to the surface of the building board; a removal device for removing an excess coating material applied to the surface of the building board and forming a coating liquid film; and a pressure device for blowing air to the coating liquid film on the surface of the building board, wherein the pressure device is provided in a step posterior to a step that uses the removal device and has an air outlet which is wider than the building board and which covers the surface of the building board, and wherein the surface of the building board is applied with pressure of the atmospheric pressure or higher, while the building board is conveyed from the removable device to the pressure device.

Coating apparatus for coating a building board

Coating method of building board

Provided is a high manufacturing method of the production efficiency for a wood cement board that has a pattern of recesses and projections. The method for making a wood cement board having a pattern of recesses and projections on its surface, comprising: dispersing a raw material mixture onto a template provided with recesses corresponding to the portions of the wood cement board on which projections are formed, while conveying the template, thereby forming a mat; pressurizing only a section of the mat raw material mixture that is layered on the recesses of the template from above; leveling the surface of the partly pressurized mat; and pressing the resulting mat and the template together, followed by hardening and curing.

Production method of wood cement board

A building boards loading structure which loads plural building boards, being similar sheets, on a pallet. The building boards loading structure has plural packages, and the packages have plural building boards and plural bands. The plural building boards are banded at plural locations by the plural bands, and the plural packages are stacked vertically, to provide an upper and lower package in regard to two packages, and loaded on a pallet. The locations of bands in each upper and lower package which is loaded on the pallet are different from each other in relation to the lateral direction. The location of bands in a lowest package which is loaded on the pallet is different, in relation to the lateral direction, from the location of the stringers and an entry in the pallet for inserting a fork of a fork lift truck.
