A panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus includes: an X-ray generating unit; an X-ray detecting unit; a support that supports the X-ray generating unit and the X-ray detecting unit; a drive mechanism that turns at least the X-ray generating unit and the X-ray detecting unit by driving the support; a displacement mechanism that adds movement including a displacement component in a direction different from the turning to the X-ray detecting unit; a subject holding unit that holds an imaging subject; a turning controller that controls the turning by a drive mechanism and the displacement mechanism. The turning controller controls the drive mechanism and the displacement mechanism so as to add the movement avoiding the contact with the shoulder of the imaging subject during the turning of the X-ray generating unit and the X-ray detecting unit by the drive mechanism during the panoramic X-ray imaging.

Panoramic X-ray imaging apparatus

An electronic component handling apparatus handles a device under test (DUT). The electronic component handling apparatus includes: transfer units that each include a DUT transfer part that mounts the DUT on a first tray and removes the DUT from the first tray; contact units that each press the DUT mounted on the first tray against a socket disposed on a test head connected to a tester; and a tray transporter that transports the first tray between the contact units and the transfer units. An electronic component handling apparatus handles a device under test (DUT). The electronic component handling apparatus includes: contact units that adjust a temperature of the DUT independently from one another and press the DUT against a socket independently from one another. A medical X-ray CT imaging apparatus includes an X-ray generator that generates a cone beam, an X-ray detector, a support that supports the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector while the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector are opposed to each other, a turning drive unit that turns the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector, which are supported by the support, an imaging information receiving unit, and an X-ray output condition setting unit. The imaging information receiving unit receives an imaging area setting relating to at least one of a size of an imaging area, an imaging purpose, and an imaging region. The X-ray output condition setting unit automatically sets an output condition of the X-ray generator according to at least one of the size of the imaging area, the imaging purpose, and the imaging region, which are received by the imaging information receiving unit.

Medical x-ray CT imaging apparatus, medical x-ray ray CT imaging condition setting method, and non-transitory computer readable medium

The present invention has an object of providing an X-ray CT imaging device which can direct X-ray to an area of interest appropriately even when, for example, the height of the area of interest with respect to the X-ray detector, which is revolving, varies with respect to the revolution direction, and thus can reduce the amount of unnecessary exposure to the X-ray and can perform X-ray imaging of the area of interest with certainty. In an X-ray CT imaging device for performing X-ray CT imaging of a CT imaging area of a subject, during the X-ray CT imaging when a revolving arm is revolving, the expansion in a length direction of an X-ray cone beam, which is to be restricted by length direction blocking plates, is adapted to the shape of the CT imaging area in accordance with the revolution position of the revolving arm.

An image processing device acquiring pseudo projection data by calculation when a virtual metallic body having a predetermined X-ray absorption coefficient is set in a photographic region of X-ray CT photography in a pseudo manner based on projection data, and the image processing device reconstructing the pseudo projection data to acquire pseudo CT image data. The image processing device acquires luminance (virtual metallic body luminance) of a virtual metallic body in the pseudo CT image data, and specifies a position of a metal equivalent region having luminance corresponding to the virtual metallic body luminance in normal CT image data. In an X-ray imaging apparatus that performs X-ray CT imaging, an X-ray generator () that generates an X-ray cone beam (BX) and an X-ray detector () that detects the X-ray cone beam (BX) radiated to an object (specifically, image object (OB)) are revolved for 180 degrees to be opposed to each other with the object being located therebetween. Further, the X-ray generator () is moved such that a revolution reference point (CP) that is set on an optical path (CB) of the X-ray cone beam (BX) goes round of a predetermined oval shape while the X-ray detector () and the X-ray generator () are revolved for 180 degrees. Setting is made such that a CT image area (CA) to be imaged by the irradiation of the X-ray cone beam (BX) has an approximately triangular shape through the above-mentioned operation.

An X-ray CT imaging apparatus includes an X-ray generating section, an X-ray image capturing section, a supporting section, a holding section, a rotation driving section, and an X-ray controlling section, wherein the X-ray generating section generates an X-ray cone beam, the X-ray image capturing section detects the X-ray cone beam having passed through an object, the supporting section supports the X-ray generating section and the X-ray image capturing section with the object positioned therebetween, the holding section holds the object, the rotation driving section rotates the supporting section relatively to the object, and the X-ray controlling section alleviates an influence of a high X-ray absorption region, present inside the object, in the X-ray image capturing section by means of a control model formed based upon information on the high X-ray absorption region.

X-ray CT imaging apparatus and imaging control method therefor

In an X-ray computerized tomography scanner, a correction phantom embedding an X-ray absorbing object is put on or around a non-vertical rotary axis between an X-ray source and a two-dimensional X-ray detector, and two dimensional imaging data of the phantom is acquired. Then a locus of the X-ray absorbing material is determined in the two-dimensional imaging data, and based on the locus an ideal locus is obtained in the direction of the rotary axis. Next, a difference between the calculated position of the ideal locus and a measured position is determined in the direction of the rotary axis. The difference is used to correct deviation in the direction of the rotary axis.

Method and apparatus for X-ray image correction

It is intended to provide an occludator whereby joint movements at occlusion being similar to the actual tempromandibular joint movements of an individual patient or ideal movements can be reproduced, and a face bow to be used for the occludator. To achieve this object, an occlusion plane against a standard plane is accurately drawn by using the above face bow F whereby the occlusion plane can be drawn at a high accuracy. A solid model of the tempromandibular joint similar to the tempromandibular joint form of an actual patient is used as the joint unit of the occludator K, while the positional relationship in the body at occlusion is three-dimensionally reproduced in the occludator I with the use of the above-described face bow F. It is also intended to provide an occlusion-confirming system and a tempromandibular joint-reproducing system with the use of an occludator whereby joint movements at occlusion being similar to the actual tempromandibular joint movements of an individual patient or ideal movements can be reproduced. To achieve this object, the tempromandibular joint of the body is photographed with a local X-ray CT device to give three-dimensional image data and then a solid model of the tempromandibular joint is constructed based on the three-dimensional image data. This solid model is employed as the joint unit of the occludator K and the positional relationship in the body at occlusion is three-dimensionally reproduced.

Occludator, face bow, occlusion-confirming system and temporomandibular joint-reproducing system

An image processing method which corrects a 3-dimensional CT data value obtained from a 3-dimensional object is provided. The image processing method comprises: a threshold setting step of setting a threshold value used for generating a correction value from the 3-dimensional CT data value obtained from the 3-dimensional object; an average calculating step of calculating an average value of a 3-dimensional CT data block comprising a 3-dimensional CT data element of a correction target and a plurality of 3-dimensional CT data elements in a neighborhood of the 3-dimensional CT data element of the correction target; and a correction step of correcting the 3-dimensional CT data value by using the threshold value set in the threshold setting step and the average value obtained in the average calculating step.

An X-ray computer tomography apparatus wherein a conical X-ray beam is radiated on a local area of an object while a rotary means with an X-ray generator and a two-dimensional X-ray image sensor faced to each other is rotated relative to the object which is disposed between the X-ray generator and the two-dimensional X-ray image sensor. The X-ray computer tomography apparatus comprises a preliminary imaging means for imaging the object under plural positional conditions wherein positional relations among the X-ray generator, the object and the two-dimensional X-ray image sensor are varied, a processing means for obtaining a three dimensional position of a target region of the object by calculating a two-dimensional positional data of a target region of the object which is determined on plural fluoroscopic images obtained by the preliminary imaging means, a position adjustment means for controlling the positional relation among the X-ray generator, the object and the two-dimensional X-ray image sensor in such a manner that the rotary center comes to the three dimensional position obtained by the processing means; and a main imaging means for obtaining a sectional image of the object while the rotary means and the object are relatively rotated after adjusting by the position adjustment means.
