A vehicular glass module () includes a vehicular window glass () having a conductive pattern () formed thereon and an on-glass connector () attached to the vehicular window glass (). Vehicular glass module

A glass antenna for a vehicle has exceptional impedance matching characteristics and makes it possible to obtain good reception sensitivity even when the area of the vehicle window glass is small. The glass antenna includes an antenna element formed on the window glass and a feeder terminal and ground terminals connected to the antenna element. The antenna element comprises parallel rectilinear conductor elements extending from the respective terminals and connecting conductor elements for connecting these conductor elements. The feeder terminal is connected to a coaxial cable, and the ground terminals are respectively connected to the vehicle body via feeder lines.

A high frequency and broad band glass antenna for automobiles has a strong directivity in one direction even if the antenna is provided near to the mental portion of a body. The antenna comprises an antenna line provided near to the metal portion of a body, one end of the antenna line neighboring the metal portion being fed; and a parasitic line positioned near to the antenna line for adjusting a directivity and a frequency characteristic of reception sensitivity of the glass antenna. The parasitic line extends in parallel with the antenna line and consists of at least one straight conductor line having the length of (&#x3bb;/8)&#x3ba;.
