A damper device includes a first rotary member, a second rotary member, a plurality of coil springs, an intermediate member and a slide spring. The first rotary member is a member into which a power of an engine is inputted. The second rotary member is disposed to be rotatable with respect to the first rotary member. The plurality of coil springs are configured to be compressed between the first rotary member and the second rotary member. The intermediate member is configured to engage the plurality of coil springs and couple the plurality of coil springs together. The slide spring is disposed axially between the first rotary member and the intermediate member. The slide spring is configured to slide against the first rotary member. The slide spring is configured not to slide with respect to the intermediate member.

Damper device

A damper device is provided with a first rotating body, a second rotating body, a coil spring and a spring seat. The coil spring is interposed in a circumferential direction between the first and second rotating bodies. The resin spring seat includes a seat portion, an overhang portion and a pair of clamping protrusions. The overhang portion extends in the circumferential direction from an outer diameter end of the seat portion and covers an outer diameter side of the coil spring. The clamping protrusions protrude from the seat portion and sandwich an attaching portion of the one of the rotating bodies. The clamping protrusions are relatively turnable in a radial direction of the rotating bodies. The clamping protrusions have a low-rigidity portion on an outer diameter direction side of the spring central axis and a high-rigidity portion on an inner diameter direction side of the spring central axis.

A damper device is provided with a first rotating body, a second rotating body, a coil spring and a spring seat. The coil spring is interposed in a circumferential direction between the first and second rotating bodies. The resin spring seat includes a metallic core member inside. The resin spring seat has a seat portion and an overhang portion. The metallic core member has includes a metallic core seat part with a metallic core exposed portion. The metallic core seat part is provided along the spring seating surface in the seat portion of the spring seats. The metallic core exposed portion is exposed so as to be capable of abutting the coil springs. The metallic core exposed portion is provided on a portion of the spring seating surface which slides against the coil springs.

A damper device is provided with a first rotating body, a second rotating body, a coil spring and a spring seat. The coil spring is interposed in a circumferential direction between the first and second rotating bodies. The resin spring seat includes a metallic core member inside. The resin spring seat has a seat portion and an overhang portion. The metallic core member has an overhang metallic core part that has a low-rigidity portion and a high-rigidity portion. The low-rigidity portion is provided on a side close to the seat portion with a relatively lower rigidity. The high-rigidity portion is provided on a side far from the seat portion with a relatively higher rigidity.

A flywheel assembly includes a first rotary member, a second rotary member, a first coil spring, a second coil spring, an intermediate plate, a first stopper mechanism and a first contact relief member. The first coil spring is configured to be compressed between the first rotary member and the second rotary member. The second coil spring is configured to be compressed between the first rotary member and the second rotary member and has a stiffness greater than a stiffness of the first coil spring. The intermediate member is engaged with the first coil spring and the second coil spring and couples the first coil spring and the second coil spring in series. The first stopper mechanism is configured to deactivate the first coil spring. The first contact relief member is movably disposed inside the first coil spring and is capable of relieving the contact in the first stopper mechanism during activation of the first coil spring.

A damper device includes a first rotary member, a second rotary member, a plurality of coil springs, an intermediate member and a positioning structure. The first rotary member is a member into which a power of an engine is inputted. The second rotary member is disposed to be rotatable with respect to the first rotary member. The plurality of coil springs are configured to be compressed between the first rotary member and the second rotary member. The intermediate member is engaged with the plurality of coil springs and couples the plurality of coil springs together. The positioning structure radially positions the intermediate member with respect to at least either of the first rotary member and the second rotary member on an inner peripheral side.

The torque limiter includes a flywheel, a clutch plate, a spline hub, a clutch disc assembly and a transmission torque limiting part. The flywheel includes a friction coupling surface. The clutch plate includes plural axial through holes. Plural friction members are respectively attached to the through holes. The spline hub can be engaged with a transmission-side shaft. The clutch disc assembly circumferentially elastically couples the clutch plate and the spline hub. The transmission torque limiting part limits torque to be transmitted from the flywheel to the transmission-side shaft while the friction members are interposed and held between the transmission torque limiting part and the friction coupling surface of the flywheel.

Torque limiter

A damper mechanism for a clutch includes a first rotary body, a second rotary body, and an elastic member. The first rotary member includes a first member, a second member, and first and second connecting sections. The second rotary body is configured between the first and second members in an axial direction and rotatably configured relative to the first rotary body. The elastic member is rotatably configured between the first and second connecting sections to connect the first and second rotary bodies elastically. The second rotary body includes first and second protruding sections being arranged between the first and second connecting sections such that the first and second protruding sections contact the connecting sections. The first member includes a pair of first holes being configured with the rotational axis between the first holes for positioning pins being inserted in the first holes during an assembly.

Damper mechanism

A damper mechanismhas an input rotary member, a hub flange, a large coil springand a friction generating mechanism. In a state in which the input rotary memberis twisted to one side in the rotational direction with respect to the hub flange, the friction member is pressed in the rotational direction against the hub flangein a state in which at least part of the friction member has been elastically deformed in the relational direction, so that the friction member and the hub flangefunction as an integral member in the rotational direction. In a state in which the input rotary memberis twisted to one side in the rotational direction with respect to the hub flange, the friction member is capable of relative rotation with respect to the hub flange.

A damper mechanism is provided to prevent wear and damage to coil springs and spring housing parts thereof. A clutch disk assembly chiefly has an input rotary member , an output rotary member , and the damper mechanism . The damper mechanism elastically couples the input rotary member and the output rotary member together in a rotational direction and includes the coil springs and pairs of spring seats that support end faces of the coils springs . Each spring seat has a pair of engaging parts having a pyramidal shape that extends in a direction opposite the coil spring , engages with seat bearing parts and formed in the input rotary member such that it cannot rotate, and engages with the circumferentially facing end part of spring housing hole
