A control valve includes a seat portion through which the fluid passes, a poppet valve portion configured to move relative to the seat portion, a guide cylinder portion configured to guide the fluid having passed through the seat portion by an inner peripheral surface thereof, a poppet guide portion which is in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the guide cylinder portion and supports the poppet valve portion, and a rectifying slit which is formed on at least one of the inner peripheral surface of the guide cylinder portion and an outer peripheral surface of the poppet guide portion.

Control valve

A control valve configured to control a pressure of a passing fluid includes: a valve seat having a seat portion where the fluid passes; a poppet valve inserted into the valve seat to regulate a pressure of the fluid passing through the seat portion; and a fluid rectifying unit provided in the valve seat to rectify the fluid having a pressure regulated by the poppet valve.

A control valve includes a poppet valve moving in an axial direction relative to a seat hole so as to change a flow-path cross-sectional area of the seat hole and a spring disc biasing the poppet valve in a valve opening direction against the return spring. The spring disc includes: a secondary-pressure receiving surface being a portion moving along with a movement of the poppet valve, the secondary-pressure receiving surface configured to receive secondary pressure introduced to the secondary port; and a pilot-pressure receiving surface configured to receive pilot pressure serving as a reference pressure. The spring disc deforms elastically in accordance with pressure difference between the secondary pressure and the pilot pressure to cause the poppet valve to move in the axial direction.

A poppet valve is provided with a seat portion which has a conical inner peripheral surface with a center axis, and a conical portion which is displaced along the center axis inside the seat portion, forms a flow passage having an annular cross-section between the conical portion and the seat portion and is supported at a position concentric with the seat portion. An effect of rectifying fluid flowing in the flow passage is thereby obtained and the generation of noise is prevented.

Poppet valve

This invention is a high pressure gas container into which a high pressure gas is charged, includes: a liner into which the high pressure gas is charged; and a reinforcing sleeve that envelops an outer surface of the liner, wherein the liner includes: a cylindrical liner trunk portion; and a pair of liner shoulder portions formed by reducing a diameter of respective end portions of the liner trunk portion, and the reinforcing sleeve includes: a sleeve trunk portion fitted to the liner trunk portion; and a pair of sleeve shoulder portions that extend from the sleeve trunk portion so as to contact the respective liner shoulder portions.

A hydrogen storage container that stores hydrogen gas using a hydrogen storage material capable of storing hydrogen gas includes: a hollow liner that stores the hydrogen gas and includes a liner opening portion into which the hydrogen gas is introduced; a hollow sub-tank disposed inside the liner to house the hydrogen storage material; a heat exchange pipe which is disposed inside the sub-tank and through which a heat exchange medium passes; a sub-tank support portion that supports an end portion of the sub-tank relative to the liner opening portion and supports an end portion of the heat exchange pipe; and a heat exchange medium passage that is formed to penetrate the sub-tank support portion and leads the heat exchange medium to the heat exchange pipe.

Hydrogen storage container

A vehicle having in-wheel motors, wherein when the in-wheel motors are mounted on the vehicle driven by the torque of an internal combustion engine, the in-wheel motors are mounted on wheels on one side of the vehicle opposite to the other side on which the internal combustion engine is mounted. The non-rotating side of the motor and the knuckle are supported by a buffer mechanism having plates connected to each other by a direct-acting guide with springs composed of a direct-acting guide having a linear bearing and a rod and spring members moving in the vertical direction of the vehicle and mated with the direct-acting guide and a damper for interconnecting the plates, moving in the vertical direction of the vehicle to support the motor to either one or both of the unsprung mass of the vehicle and the car body by the buffer mechanism. Thus, the running ability and riding comfort of the vehicle having in-wheel motors can be improved.
