A magnet-embedded rotating machine includes a rotor including first and second magnets, and a stator. The first magnet is radially spaced from a facing surface of the stator by a first distance or longer, and the second magnet is radially spaced from the facing surface of the stator by a second distance or longer, the second distance being longer than the first distance. Hco(A)>Hco(B), Hci(A)>Hci(B), Hco(A)>Hci(A), and {Hco(A)/Hci(A)}>{Hco(B)/Hci(B)}. Hco(A) represents a coercive force of the first magnet within a first temperature range corresponding to startup temperatures of the rotating machine. Hco(B) represents a coercive force of the first magnet within a second temperature range corresponding to steady state driving temperatures of the rotating machine. Hci(A) represents a coercive force of the second magnet within the first temperature range. Hci(B) represents a coercive force of the second magnet within the second temperature range.

Magnet-embedded rotating machine with magnets having different coercive forces

A rotary electrical device includes a rotor having a hollow cylindrical shape or a solid cylindrical; and a stator having an annular shape and surrounding a rotation axis of the rotor. The stator includes a winding and a stator core constituted by a magnetic powder core. The stator core includes multiple cores facing each other with the winding interposed therebetween in an axial direction of the stator. One core of the multiple cores includes a yoke contacting another core, and one or more claw magnetic poles that protrude radially from the yoke toward the rotor. The one or more claw magnetic poles are alternately arranged with claw magnetic poles of the one other core. The yoke has a yoke surface parallel to the axial direction, contacting the other core.

Rotary electrical device

A motor includes a stator having stacking coil units with a nonmagnetic body arranged between, and a rotatable rotor. Each of the coil units includes a coil, and a stator core. The coil includes an annular winding. The stator core is arranged to surround at least part of the winding. The stator core includes projections formed on axial ends of the stator core, alternately arranged in a circumferential direction, and projecting radially toward the rotor from the axial ends. The coil includes the winding and two leads extending from the winding. At least one of a first and a second of the two leads extends between stator cores of two of the coil units. A magnet pole is arranged in one of inner and outer circumferential portions of the stator core, and the first and second leads are arranged in an other one of inner and outer circumferential portions.

Motor

A rotary electric machine includes a rotor, and a stator facing the rotor with a predetermined gap interposed between the rotor and stator. The stator has a stator core formed in a substantially circular annular shape and provided with an armature slot and a field slot alternately arranged in a circumferential direction, an armature winding housed in the armature slot, and a field winding and a first field magnet housed in the field slot. The armature winding generates a rotating magnetic field to rotate the rotor by being supplied with an alternating current armature current. The field winding generates a field flux by being supplied with a direct current field current. The first field magnet changes a magnetic force by the field flux.

Rotary electric machine, compressor, refrigeration device, and vehicle

A fluid temperature control device includes a magnetic circuit portion and a coil waterproof structure. The magnetic circuit portion includes a magnetic working substance container containing a magnetic working substance, and a coil that applies a magnetic field to the magnetic working substance container. The magnetic working substance container allows a fluid to flow through it to exchange heat with the magnetic working substance. The coil waterproof structure hinders water generated in the magnetic working substance container from flowing to the coil.

Fluid temperature adjustment device

A stator includes stator iron cores stacked in a rotor axial direction, and an interphase insulating member arranged between the stator iron cores. Each of the stator iron cores includes a circular back yoke and a stator claw magnetic pole that protrudes from the back yoke in a rotor radial direction. The interphase insulating member includes an insulating portion, arranged between adjacent ones of the stator iron cores, and a support. The stator claw magnetic pole is in contact with the support in at least one of a rotor circumferential direction and the rotor radial direction.

Stator and motor comprising said stator

A rotor includes a core and two or more ribs. The core has a through hole group that includes three or more through holes arranged in a circumferential direction. The through hole group is formed through a predetermined magnetic pole. The two or more ribs are configured as portions of the core, with each rib being interposed between adjacent through holes. A first of the ribs has a first inclination with respect to a magnetic pole centerline. A second of the ribs has a second inclination with respect to the magnetic pole centerline. The second inclination is larger than the first inclination. The magnetic pole centerline is a straight line that passes through a radial center line of the magnetic pole and an axial center of the rotor. The first rib is narrower than the second rib.

Rotor, and rotary electric machine provided with same

A refrigeration cycle apparatus () is capable of performing a refrigeration cycle using a small-GWP refrigerant. The refrigeration cycle apparatus () includes a refrigerant circuit () and a refrigerant enclosed in the refrigerant circuit (). The refrigerant circuit includes a compressor (), a condenser (), a decompressing section (), and an evaporator (). The refrigerant contains at least 1,2-difluoroethylene.

Refrigeration cycle apparatus

A magnetic field application device includes a magnetic field application unit provided with a magnetic working substance, a permanent magnet, a yoke and a coil. The magnetic field application unit applies a magnetic field to the magnetic working substance. The yoke forms at least two closed magnetic circuits, each being a closed circuit that magnetically connects both ends in a magnetization direction of the permanent magnet. The coil is capable of changing an intensity of the magnetic field applied to the magnetic working substance. The coil is provided in at least one of the closed magnetic circuits. The magnetic field application unit is disposed in at least one of the closed magnetic circuits. A magnetic flux of the permanent magnet is branched to flow through two or more of the closed magnetic circuits including the closed magnetic circuit provided with the magnetic field application unit when the coil is non-energized.

Magnetic field application device

A stator core including field slots housing field windings and armature slots housing armature windings is provided. Permanent magnets are housed in the respective armature slots. Field windings face to the permanent magnets directly or via the stator core on the outer and inner circumferential sides. A coil end of one of the armature windings straddles the predetermined one of the field slots and passes over the axial end face of each of the permanent magnets in the corresponding one of the field slots over which the coil end straddles.

Rotary electric machine

A stator core including field slots housing field windings and armature slots housing armature windings is provided. Permanent magnets are housed in the respective armature slots. The armature windings are configured by a first winding and at least one second winding. The field winding passes over the permanent magnet. The second windings each have a part embedded between a coil end of the field winding and teeth around which the field winding is around.

Electric rotary machine

Disclosed herein is a method for manufacturing a rotor, the method including an injection process of injecting a bonded magnet material into a cavity of a molding die generating a magnetic field in the cavity so that the bonded magnet material is poured into each of the magnet slots in the rotor core set in the cavity through one of openings of each magnet slot, wherein the molding die used in the injection process has gates which respectively open at positions corresponding to regions, each of which ensures a view from the one of openings to the other opening of the magnet slot along an axial center of the rotor core.

Rotor manufacturing method and rotor

A rotor includes a rotor core and a bond magnet. The rotor core has core blocks and a partition core sandwiched between the core blocks in an axial direction. Magnet holes pass through the core blocks and the partition core in the axial direction, respectively, and the magnet hole is communicated with the magnet holes. Positions of the magnet holes in a circumferential direction are deviated from each other. The bond magnet fills the magnet holes.

Rotor

An electric motor includes a rotor and a stator including a stator core, a plurality of armature windings, a plurality of field windings, and a plurality of bonded magnets. The stator core has a plurality of teeth alternately defining field slots and armature slots along a circumferential direction, and a stator yoke magnetically coupling the plurality of teeth opposite the rotor. Each armature winding is wound around two of the teeth sandwiched between an adjacent pair of the armature slots. Each field winding is wound around two of the teeth sandwiched between an adjacent pair of the field slots. The magnets are individually located in the field slots while opposing the field windings in the radial direction. Each adjacent pair of the magnets along the circumferential direction respectively has an adjacent pair of pole surfaces, with the adjacent pair of pole surfaces having a same polarity.

Electric motor

A stator core and a rotor core are provided. The stator core includes field windings receiving a direct current, and armature windings receiving an alternating current. Permanent magnets, each housed in one of the slots together with ones of the field windings, and in contact with the ones of the field windings, are provided. The field windings are provided on both of inner and outer circumferential sides of the permanent magnets.
