A wire harness including: a shielded wire; a metal housing having a tubular body serving as a wire insertion path and being inserted into an outer wall body in a metal shield case, and a fixed part causing the tubular body to be fixed to the outer wall body; a tubular shield terminal being connected to a shield material; and an annular seal member disposed in the wire insertion path to fill an annular gap between the tubular body and the shielded wire, in which the shield terminal includes: a press-fitting part being press-fitted and fixed to the tubular body at a position farther on an interior side of the shield case than the seal member in the wire insertion path; and a locking part being locked to a locked part of the tubular body farther on the interior side of the shield case than the seal member.

Wire harness

A wire harness includes a cable constituted of a plurality of electric wires bundled together so as to include a plurality of cable ends and a plurality of connectors mounted one-to-one on the plurality of cable ends, wherein each of the plurality of connectors includes a connector terminal connected to an end of the electric wire, a tubular housing body accommodating the connector terminal, and a flange formed to project from an outer circumferential surface of the housing body. On a fitting side for fitting with a mating connector, the flange has a rugged shape that differs between the plurality of connectors.

A connector includes a terminal fitting, a housing, a front holder to which an engagement part of the housing is inserted along an inserting direction of the engagement part with respect to a counterpart engagement part, and a water-stopping member with an annular shape that closes an annular space between a projection part from the front holder at an outer peripheral wall surface of the engagement part and an inner peripheral wall surface of the counterpart engagement part. The front holder includes a retained part that projects toward the outer peripheral wall surface of the engagement part. The water-stopping member includes a retained part that projects inward relative to an inner peripheral surface. The engagement part includes a communication retaining part where a first retaining part and a second retaining part are provided in a communicating state.

Connector

A terminal crimping method includes covering an end portion of an electric wire with a fixing cylinder portion of a terminal including a flange portion which protrudes toward an outer periphery and which has at least one notch along a radial direction, caulking and crimping the fixing cylinder portion by a pair of dies including pressing projections, and caulking the fixing cylinder portion by the pressing projections to form crimp recess portions, in the caulking and crimping the fixing cylinder portion.

Terminal crimping method and terminal crimping structure

A terminal crimping method includes covering an end portion of an electric wire with a fixing cylinder portion of a terminal, caulking and crimping the fixing cylinder portion by a pair of dies including pressing projections each having a flat shape in which a length in one axial direction is longer than a length in the other axial direction orthogonal to the one axial direction in a plan view, and caulking the fixing cylinder portion by the pressing projections to form crimp recess portions, in the caulking and crimping the fixing cylinder portion.

A connector includes a terminal-equipped electrical wire, an inner housing, an outer housing, and a front holder. The terminal-equipped electrical wire includes an electrical wire and a terminal, the terminal having a box-shaped portion configured to fit with a mating terminal in a fitting direction intersecting with an extending direction of the electrical wire. The inner housing includes a terminal accommodating chamber. The outer housing includes an electrical wire leading-out opening and a housing fitting opening. One or more pressing protrusions are provided on at least one of the terminal and the front holder. When the outer housing is fitted to the mating connector, the one or more pressing protrusions are elastically deformed by a fitting pressing force acting on the front holder to press and urge the box-shaped portion toward inside of the terminal accommodating chamber.

A connector includes a busbar, a housing and a cover. The busbar includes a first connection part extending in a first direction, a second connection part extending in a second direction opposite to the first direction at a position displaced from the first connection part in a direction orthogonal to the first direction, and a coupling part extending in a direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction and coupling the first connection part and the second connection part. The housing includes at least one accommodation groove accommodating the coupling part, and a slit through which one of the first connection part and the second connection part is inserted. The cover covers the accommodation groove.
