A sodium-based dechlorinating agent is added to a flue gas; hydrogen chloride contained in this flue gas is removed as residue of dechlorination; the thus removed residue of dechlorination is dissolved by adding water; water-insoluble constituents are separated from the resulting aqueous solution; and after adjusting pH of the aqueous solution remaining after separation of the water-insoluble constituents, mercury, dioxin, and the like are removed and discharged. The sodium-based dechlorinating agent is mixed with a hydrophilic anti-caking agent, with an angle of repose of 40&#xb0; or more, a dispersibility of less than 50, and a floodability index value of less than 90. This permits inhibition of occurrence of a pressure drop and leakage in the filter cloth of the dust collector.

Sodium-based dechlorinating agent and waste treatment equipment

A sodium-based dechlorinating agent g is added to a flue gas G6; hydrogen chloride contained in this flue gas is removed as residue of dechlorination; the thus removed residue of dechlorination is dissolved by adding water i; water-insoluble constituents k are separated from the resulting aqueous solution j; and after adjusting pH of the aqueous solution 1 remaining after separation of the water-insoluble constituents k, mercury, dioxin and the like are removed and discharged. The sodium-based dechlorinating agent g is mixed with a hydrophilic anti-caking agent, with an angle of repose of 40&deg; or more, a dispersibility of less than 50, and a floodability index value of less than 90. A mean particle diameter of sodium hydrogencarbonate is set within a range of from 2 &mgr;m to 30 &mgr;m. The hydrophilic anti-caking agent comprises silica, and is contained in an amount of 0.1 mass % or more in the sodium-based dechlorinating agent. Further, a mean particle diameter of the hydrophilic anti-caking agent is set within a range of from 0.001 &mgr;m to 1 &mgr;m. This permits inhibition of occurrence of a pressure drop and leakage in the filter cloth of the dust collector.

In one method, a base for supporting a cured object is brought into close contact with or close to an aperture of a container so as to remove the bubbles therebetween. When one layer is formed, parts of the layer may be successively formed, wherein the base is moved back and forth to separate each part. Also, the aperture or container with the aperture may be inclined relative to the base to separate the layer from the aperture.

Optical molding method

An optical molding method includes the step of radiating a light flux onto a photocurable fluid substance while moving the light flux in such a manner as to draw a section of a target object so as to cure the irradiated portion. A plurality of light fluxes having different diameters is used in such a manner that only a light flux having a large diameter, or both a light flux having a large diameter and a light flux having a small diameter are used for a section having a thickness larger than the diameter of the light flux having a large diameter, while only a light flux having a small diameter is used for a section having a thickness smaller than the diameter of the light flux having a large diameter.

An optical molding apparatus is used for an optical molding method including the steps of radiating light onto a photocurable resin so as to cure the irradiated portion and laminating the cured objects. The apparatus comprises: a container provided with an aperture on a bottom surface or a side surface thereof; a base which is movably away from a surface of the aperture; a light radiation apparatus for radiating light into the container through the aperture; and a cured object holding plate which is freely mounted and dismounted from above the base. A movable base device for the optical molding apparatus comprises the base and an elevator erected on a peripheral edge of the container so as to lift and lower the base. The base is provided with a frame, one end thereof constituting a slide portion vertically moved along the elevator, a model holding plate removably mounted on the frame, frame supporting members with the base end sides thereof rotatably supported by the slide portion. The frame supporting members assume both a supporting state for supporting the frame when they are connected to the frame and an evacuated state when the connection is released and the free end sides are rotated upward.
