An exchanging unit for use in a printing device including a printing section to execute a printing process of printing a viscous fluid on a processing target object using a screen mask, and includes a receiving section configured to receive an accommodation rack having multiple shelf sections each configured to accommodate a frame that is capable of supporting an exchangeable member for use in the printing device, a lifting and lowering section configure to lift and lower the accommodation rack between an exchange position where to exchange the exchangeable member and a liftable position situated further downwards than the exchange position, and a moving section configured to move the accommodation rack between the liftable position where the accommodation rack can be lifted up by the lifting and lowering section and an accommodation position where the accommodation rack enters an interior of a housing of the printing device.

Exchange unit and printing device

A mounting system including a printing device that prints a viscous fluid on a processing target object using a screen mask, an exchange unit disposed in the printing device and configured to automatically exchange a printing related member for use in the printing device between the printing device and the exchange unit, one or more mounting devices including a mounting section configured to mount a component on the processing target object, and a moving work device configured to move around a circumference of the mounting device to automatically attach and detach a mounting related member for use in the mounting device between the mounting device and the moving work device. The printing device and the mounting device are disposed in such a manner that front surfaces thereof lie on the same side, and the exchange unit and the moving work device are disposed on the same side.

Mounting system

A printing device includes a printing section configured to execute a printing process of a viscous fluid on a printing target using a screen mask, and a receiving section configured to receive an accommodation rack having multiple shelf sections for accommodating frames configured to support exchangeable members for a printing process that is executed at the printing section.

A cleaning device cleans a screen mask. The cleaning device includes a cleaning sheet configured to clean the screen mask; a roll-shaped supply section configured to supply the cleaning sheet; a cleaning head configured to press the cleaning sheet supplied from the supply section against a rear surface of the screen mask; a roll-shaped winding section configured to wind a used cleaning sheet; a driving section configured to drive the winding section; a moving mechanism configured to move the supply section, the cleaning head, and the winding section in the same direction as and in an opposite direction to a supply direction of the cleaning sheet; a lifting and lowering mechanism configured to lift and lower the cleaning head; and a brake mechanism configured to allow rotation of the supply section when the cleaning head is lowered by the lifting and lowering mechanism, and to restrict rotation of the supply section when the cleaning head is lifted by the lifting and lowering mechanism.

Cleaning device

The supply unit is used in a printing device including a printing head configured to perform printing process of a viscous fluid on a printing target using a screen mask, a collection section having a collection member configured to contact the screen mask to collect and move the viscous fluid and a collecting and moving section configured to move the collection member in a predetermined printing direction. The supply unit includes a supply section having a mounting section capable of mounting and dismounting a cartridge accommodating the viscous fluid, a driving section configured to move the supply section in the supply operation direction, a detection member, and a supply section detecting section configured to detect whether the supply section is positioned in a passage space where the collection section and the supply section do not contact each other by the position of the detection member.

Supply unit, printing device, and method for controlling printing device

A printing device includes a cleaning head configured to contact a cleaning member with the screen mask to perform a cleaning process on the screen mask, a moving section connectable and disconnectable to the cleaning head to move the cleaning head between a cleaning area and a standby area, a door member configured to open and close an opening portion through which the cleaning member passes when the cleaning member is moved from the standby area to an outside of the printing device and be lockable in a closed state, and a control section configured to unlock the door member in a state where the moving section is disconnected to the cleaning head and the cleaning head is located in the standby area.

Printing device, cleaning unit, and control method for printing device

The supply unit is used in a printing device to perform a print process of a viscous fluid on a printing target to supply the viscous fluid. The supply unit includes an attachment section to and from which a cartridge accommodating the viscous fluid is attachable or detachable, a restricting wall section configured to cover the cartridge and restrict access to an inside of the printing device, and a driving section configured to move the cartridge attached to the attachment section and the restricting wall section in a supply operation direction.

A storage device is used in a printing device includes a storage section having a transfer stage for loading and unloading the exchange target object to and from the printing section, the storage section being configured to accommodate multiple placement sections, each for placing the exchange target object, and to store the exchange target object, a placement section moving section configured to move any one of the placement sections to the transfer stage, and a target object moving section disposed on the transfer stage, the target object moving section being configured to move between a retracted position allowing the placement section to pass and an abutting position abutting against the exchange target object on the placement section and to move the exchange target object in a loading/unloading direction while abutting against the exchange target object at the abutting position.

Storage device and printing system

A printing apparatus including: a squeegee fixing section configured to switch to and from a fixed state in which a squeegee used to print a viscous fluid onto a print target is fixed and a released state in which the squeegee is not fixed; and a squeegee moving section configured to move the squeegee fixed by the squeegee fixing section above a screen mask during printing by moving the squeegee fixing section.

There is provided a screen printer including: a squeegee device for spreading a cream solder over a mask having formed thereon a printing pattern configured of a plurality of through holes to force the cream solder through the printing pattern; a clamping device for holding a board that is conveyed to be placed under the mask; and a lift device for disposing the board with respect to the mask in relation to a vertical direction, wherein the clamping device includes a pair of clamping portions for holding the board therebetween from a width direction, wherein the pair of clamping portions includes individually detachable clamping members that are brought into abutment with lateral end faces of the board, and wherein the clamping members individually have two or more clamping surfaces that are brought into abutment with the board in such a way that the clamping surfaces can be converted.

A cleaning unit includes a cleaning head that moves a cleaning member, which cleans the screen mask at the cleaning position, a cleaning member holder that supports a first shaft and a second shaft, over which the cleaning member is bridged, and has an opening section allowing the cleaning head to pass therethrough, a base section that detachably fixes the cleaning member holder at a fixing position, a holder moving section that moves the cleaning member holder between the fixing position of the base section and a replacing position where the cleaning member holder is detached from the base section and is unloaded to an outside, and a cleaning driving section that has a connecting section, which is connected and disconnected to and from the first shaft in the cleaning member holder, and drives the first shaft to wind.

A printing apparatus including: a cleaning section including a cleaning member and configured to perform cleaning processing of a screen mask used in printing of a viscous fluid onto a print target; a cleaning member moving section configured to perform at least one of moving the cleaning member to and from a cleaning position and an exchange position, and unloading and loading of the cleaning member; and an exchange control section configured to control the cleaning member moving section to perform cleaning member exchange processing of exchanging the cleaning member.

A solder supply device provided with a solder cup housing liquid solder that is tubular and open at one end; a nozzle section, for ejecting solder from the solder container, that is inserted into the solder container; a flange section that is provided on an outer circumferential section of the nozzle section and that is engaged inside of the solder cup; and an outer tube that demarcates an air chamber with the bottom surface of the solder cup. Solder is supplied from the tip of the nozzle section by the solder cup and the flange section being relatively moved by supplying air to the air chamber. Solder is supplied from the solder container without using an air cylinder, electromagnetic motor, or the like.

A screen printer in which a photoelectric sensor and squeegees are fixed to a slider, when outward movement printing in which solder on a screen is rolled by an outward movement of the right squeegee is completed, the right squeegee is separated from a state of contacting a right end of a solder roll and a squeegee position pl at that time is input, and, subsequently, the slider is returned until the photoelectric sensor detects a left end of the solder roll and a squeegee position p2 at this time is input. An amount (a solder roll width) of solder remaining on the screen is calculated by subtracting a movement amount from the squeegee position p1 to the squeegee position p2 from a distance from the right squeegee to an optical axis position of the photoelectric sensor on the screen.
