A vehicle structural memberincludes a tube body having an expanded tube portion that is partially expanded, and a wall surface body having a first wall provided with a first through-hole, a second wall provided with a second through-hole, and a connecting wall connecting the first wall and the second wall. The tube body is inserted through the first through-hole and the second through-hole, and is joined to the wall surface body by being pressure welded to the first through-hole and the second through-hole. The expanded tube portion is provided only between the first wall and the second wall.

Vehicle structural member and method for manufacturing same

Transmission of vibration from an engine to a cab is suppressed. An upper slewing body includes a slewing frame, an engine deck, a cab deck, a tank deck, and a vibration transmission regulating unit. The tank deck is arranged on the more laterally outer side than the slewing frame and is fixed to the slewing frame. The tank deck is arranged forward of the engine deck and is arranged rearward of the cab deck. The vibration transmission regulating unit is provided between the engine deck and the tank deck to regulate direct transmission of vibration from the engine deck to the tank deck, the vibration occurring as the engine operates.

Upper slewing body

The vibration of a cab deck as well as the mass of a deck supporting member is suppressed. A slewing frame of an upper slewing body includes a front plate connected to a second side plate. A cab deck is disposed on a front side of an engine deck with a gap between the cab deck and the engine deck. A deck supporting member is connected to the second side plate and the cab deck. When viewed along an up-and-down direction, a connection portion of the front plate to be connected to the second side plate is opposed to, in the lateral direction via the second side plate, a connection portion of the deck supporting member to be connected to the second side plate.

The construction machine includes a floor plate, a seat and a control box provided on the floor plate, a support plate having an end portion, in a left-right direction, configuring a supporting end portion, on which the control box is mounted, a second slide rail that extends in a front-rear direction and is attached to a lower surface side of the support plate, and a reinforcing block that extends in a direction crossing the second slide rail in a plan view. The reinforcing block has a portion extending toward an end surface of a supporting end portion from a position in an area of the second slide rail in a plan view, and the portion being attached to the supporting end portion of the support plate.

Construction machine

A hydraulic tubing support that reduces noise transmitted to an operator due to pulsation of hydraulic oil in a junction tube. The hydraulic tubing support structure includes a pair of left and right remote control valves for generating pilot pressures for the plurality of hydraulic actuators in response to an input operation performed on each operating lever, pump-side tubes and tank-side tubes respectively extending from the respective remote control valves, a junction tube for allowing communication of the tubes guided to below a floor plate through a through hole and communication of the tubes guided to below the floor plate through a through hole, and a middle reinforcement beam extending in a right-and-left direction and fixed to the lower surface of the floor plate. The junction tube is fixed to the middle reinforcement beam in a non-contact state with the floor plate.
