A working machine is provided, which includes a machine body, a prime mover, a pair of traveling devices, a pair of traveling motors to be switched between a first speed and a second speed higher than the first speed, a pair of traveling pumps driven by the prime mover to supply operation fluid to the pair of traveling motors, respectively, a controller configured to automatically shift down the pair of traveling motors from the second speed to the first speed, a mode switch configured for an operator to select an ON position allowing the controller to automatically shift down the first traveling motor from the second speed to the first speed and an OFF position preventing the controller to automatically shift down the first traveling motor from the second speed to the first speed, and a display to display that the operator selects the ON position of the mode switch.

Working machine

A working machine is provided, which includes a prime mover, a first traveling pump driven by power of the prime mover to supply operation fluid through a connector fluid tube, a traveling motor including first and second ports connected to the connector fluid tube, the traveling motor configured to be switched in a first speed and a second speed higher than the first speed, a first pressure detector to detect first traveling-pump pressure near the first port, a second pressure detector to detect second traveling-pump pressure near the second port, and a controller configured, with the traveling motor switched in the second speed, to automatically shift down the traveling motor from the second speed to the first speed, when a differential pressure between the first traveling-pump pressure and the second traveling-pump is equal to or more than a deceleration threshold.

A working machine includes a first traveling fluid line through which operation fluid applied to a first pressure receiving portion when a traveling operation member is operated, a second traveling fluid line through which operation fluid applied to a second pressure receiving portion when the traveling operation member is operated, a third traveling fluid line through which operation fluid applied to a third pressure receiving portion when the traveling operation member is operated, a fourth traveling fluid line through which operation fluid applied to a fourth pressure receiving portion when the traveling operation member is operated, and a controller configured or programed to judge, first, second, third and fourth pilot pressures, whether the traveling operation member is operated in a direction corresponding to any of spin-turn, pivotal-turn and straight-traveling.

A flow rate control valve includes a first flow line to connect to a first fluid line connected to a hydraulic actuator, a second flow line to connect to a second fluid line connected to the hydraulic actuator, a third flow line to connect to a third fluid line connected to a hydraulic pump, a fourth flow line to connect to an operation fluid tank or a fourth fluid line connected to a suction portion of the hydraulic pump, a fifth flow line to connect a first control valve and a second control valve, and a spool including a first connecting portion being configured to connect the first flow line and the third flow line at a first position and to connect the first flow line and the fifth flow line at a second position.

A hydraulic system includes first and second control valves controlling a flow rate of operation fluid to be supplied to first and second hydraulic actuators, respectively, a supply fluid tube connecting the first control valve and the second control valve and being connected to a return fluid tube, and a discharge fluid tube connected to the second control valve. The second control valve is switched between primary, secondary, and tertiary positions, the primary position blocking between the supply fluid tube and the discharge fluid tube and allowing return fluid to be supplied to the second hydraulic actuator, the secondary position communicating between the supply fluid tube and the discharge fluid tube and stopping supplying the return fluid to the second hydraulic actuator, and the tertiary position communicating between the supply fluid tube and the discharge fluid tube and allowing the return fluid to be supplied to the second hydraulic actuator.

A hydraulic system for a work machine includes a first switch valve and a first return circuit. The first switch valve is switchable between a confluent position and an isolation position. The first switch valve is switched to the confluent position such that a first operation fluid tube is connected to a second operation fluid tube and a first transmission fluid tube is connected to a second transmission fluid tube. The first switch valve is switched to the isolation position such that the first operation fluid tube is disconnected from the second operation fluid tube and the first operation fluid tube is disconnected from the second operation fluid tube.
