In an upper side sealing portion, an upper side water guide groove is formed between an outer sealing lip and an inner sealing lip. In a vertical side sealing portion, a vertical side water guide groove extending to a position below a door opening/closing device is formed between a vertical side attachment portion and a vertical side sealing lip. The upper side water guide groove is disposed at a cabin inner side of an outer panel of a frame. An upper end of the vertical side water guide groove is disposed at the cabin inner side of the outer panel. A portion of the vertical side water guide groove located above the door opening/closing device extends downward from an upper end, and extends to a cabin outer side relative to an inner panel of a frame.

Vehicle door sealing member

A door structure includes an inner panel disposed closer to an inner side of a vehicle than an outer panel of a vehicle door and having an opening, and a cover member for covering the opening. A peripheral edge portion of the cover member is disposed closer to an outer side of the vehicle than a peripheral edge portion of the opening and overlaps the peripheral edge portion of the opening of the inner panel in an interior-to-exterior direction of the vehicle while contacting the peripheral edge portion of the opening.

Door structure and method of assembling vehicle door

A lower structure of a vehicle door includes a door body, a garnish, and an elastic seal. The door body is attached to a door opening of a vehicle body so as to be openable. The garnish covers an outer lower portion of the door body. The elastic seal includes a holding portion that clamps a flange portion at a lower end of the door body. The elastic seal is joined to the garnish. The garnish is supported by the door body via the elastic seal.

Regulated release preparations

A preparation containing an aluminum salt of a sucrose sulfate ester (sucralfate) and polyethylene glycol, and a process for preparation of the same are disclosed. Sucralfate is extensively used as a curative for digestive ulcers and has the capability of protecting the substrate protein. Sucralfate is mixed with polyethylene glycol to provide it with improved disintegrability and dispersibility and this renders sucralfate more useful as a medicine.

Sucralfate preparation

A slow-release pharmaceutical agent which comprises fumaric acid and/or DL-tryptophan in addition to one or more pharmaceutically active substances, and a process for preparation of the same are disclosed. Among many organic acids and amino acids, fumaric acid and DL-tryptophan are remarkably useful for extending the duration of release of a pharmacologically active substance when fumaric acid, DL-tryptophan or both is used for formulation of a pharmaceutical agent. The pharmaceutical agent may be in any solid form of formulations such as powder, granule, tablet, troche, capsule, suppository, etc., and may be used with practically all types of drugs.

Slow-release pharmaceutical agent

Slow-release pharmaceutical agents which comprise at least one adenine, cystine and tyrosine in combination with at least one pharmaecutically active substance are disclosed. The slow-release pharmaceutical agents which may be tablet, granule, implant, capsule, troche, etc., can either slowly release their active substances over time or release the active substances a predetermined time after their administration. And the slow-release pharmaceutical agent may be used with practically all types of drugs irrespective of whether they are water-soluble or slightly water-soluble, including hypotensives, antipyretic analgesic antiinflammatories, immunoregulators, adrenocortical hormones, antidiabetic agent, vasodilators, cardiotonics, antiarrhythmic agents, anti-arteriosclerotic agents, and antidotes.

A method for producing a stable preparation containing nicorandil, a saturated higher aliphatic acid or a saturated higher alcohol which is solid at ordinary temperatures, and optionally, an organic acid such as fumaric acid, oxalic acid, salicylic acid, tartaric acid or glutaric acid is disclosed. Nicorandil is useful as a curative for various types of angina pectoris. However, it is unstable in humid conditions and under the compressive pressure exerted by punching operations in tablets making and, therefore, the development of a stable nicorandil preparation has been desired.

Method for production of stable nicorandil preparation

A method for producing a stable pharmaceutical preparation containing nicorandil as an active ingredient is disclosed. The stable preparation is produced by mixing nicorandil, one or more finely comminuted sugars, and/or one or more powdery organic acids. Nicorandil which is useful as a curative for various types of angina pectoris is not stable against the compressive pressure exerted by punching operations in tabelt making or against moisture. The preparation of nicorandil manufactured by this invention is very stable and useful in clinical applications.

A non-liquid type preparation for injection that has improved stability contains N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-nicotinamide nitrate ester (generally known as nicorandil) and an inorganic or organic acid and/or an alkaline metal salt thereof. These ingredients, together with an excipient that is pharmaceutically acceptable, may be dissolved in a solvent, sterilized by filtration and freeze-dried to obtain a freeze-dried preparation, or may be dissolved in a solvent under an aseptic condition and recrystallized to obtain an injectable powder. Nicorandil preparations according to the present invention are very stable and useful in clinical applications.

Nicorandil-containing preparation for injection

A prolonged-action multiple-layer tablet having an increased rate of dissolution of the active ingredient from a given point of time onward is disclosed. The tablet comprises layer A made of an intimate mixture of a water-insoluble wax that has an average particle size of 10 .mu.m or less and which is solid at ordinary temperatures, a disintegrator and a binder, and layer B made of an intimate mixture of a water-insoluble wax that has an average particle size of 10 .mu.m or less and which is solid at ordinary temperatures, a disintegrator, a binder and the active ingredient. In the tablet, a quick-release layer containing the active ingredient may be formed on either layer A or B.

Prolonged-action multiple-layer tablets

A terephthalic acid monoamide derivative of the formula: ##STR1## (wherein R is a straight- or branched-chain lower alkyl group; R' and R' may be the same or different, and represent a hydrogen atom, or a straight- or branched-chain lower alkyl group) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are disclosed. A process for preparing such terephthalic acid monoamide derivative or its salts, as well as an anti-allergic agent containing such derivative or its salts as an effective ingredient are also disclosed.
