The rotating connector contains a first case and a second case, which are combined to be rotatable relative to each other and define an annular space inside; a ring member having a plurality of rollers arranged in the circumferential direction within the annular space, the ring member being capable of moving in the circumferential direction within the annular space; and a spirally wound belt-shaped transmission line having an inverting section at an intermediate portion thereof, where the winding direction of the transmission line is inverted by one of the rollers, one end and the other end of the spirally wound transmission line being connected to the first case and to the second case respectively. The second case has a bottom plate; the ring member contains, among the plurality of rollers, regulating rollers each having an abutting shaft to be abutted against the bottom plate, the abutting shaft controlling the face of the regulating roller opposing the bottom plate not to contact with the bottom plate.

Reduced noise rotating connector

The connector connecting device includes: a connector receiving main-part that is molded with a row of connecting terminals after inserting the connecting terminals therein, has mold extracting holes respectively formed in an upper side wall and a lower side wall of the connector receiving main-part surrounding tips of the row of the connecting terminals; and a connector receiving auxiliary-part that is molded with a row of the connecting terminals after inserting the connecting terminals therein so that tips of the connecting terminals are not molded. The connector receiving auxiliary-part having the connecting terminals that is mounted from one of the mold extracting holes into the connector receiving main-part.

Connector connecting device

A turn signal cancel device includes a body to which is mounted a bracket including an operation lever and a back plate mounted thereto. In the bracket, there are provided balls and, if the balls are engaged with a moderation member, then the bracket can be held at its right turn direction position. Also, a ratchet is disposed in the body and, if the ratchet is rotated, then the surface to be pressed of the back plate is pressed by the pressure surface of the ratchet so that the bracket is rotated and returned to its neutral position. In this case, the ratchet includes an inclined pressure surface and, as the ratchet is rotated, the contact portion between the pressure surface of the ratchet and the surface to be pressed of the back plate is moved from a point .alpha. in the ratchet to a point .alpha.'.

Turn signal cancel device

A coil-spring-supporting device includes a tension coil spring which includes two small-diameter portions near both ends which portions are smaller in winding diameter than the remaining portion, and a pair of engaging devices provided at a spring mounting region where the tension coil spring is to be mounted, the engaging devices being engaged with the two small-diameter portions in such a manner that the small-diameter portions are held by the engaging devices. Each of the engaging devices is made up of a pair of supporting cylindrical pins.

Coil spring supporting device

An object of this invention is to provide a lever operating device for a switch in which the distance between a lever and an actuating element is reduced. According to the present invention, a lever is swung, a transmission member is swung, so that an actuating element is moved to operate a switch. In this connection, arms of the transmission member are made equal in length to each other, so that, as the lever swings, an engaging pin swings the same distance as the actuating element moves. Hence, by setting the distance between the shaft pin and the engaging pin of the lever to the movement distance of the actuating element, the latter can be moved a predetermined distance required for operating the switch, even when the arm of the transmission member is short.

Lever operating device for a switch

A turn signal apparatus for returning a turn lever to its neutral position by the rotation of a steering shaft in a return direction as the turn lever is rotated at the time of making a change in the forward direction of a vehicle. A ratchet which is brought into a rotating path of a cancellation cam of the steering shaft by the manipulation of a turn lever is interposed between the turn lever and the steering shaft. The ratchet and a pair of arms are oppositely urged by an urging spring. The ratchet which is rotated by the cancellation cam at the time of rotation of the steering shaft in the returning direction imparts its rotating force to the turn lever via one of the arms urged by the urging spring. Since the arm boosts the rotating force of the ratchet in transmitting the rotating force to the turn lever, a steering shaft rotating force required for returning the turn lever is minimized.
