To obtain an integrated foam-molded product whose manufacturing cost is reduced and which makes an effective use of a property of an integration target. Foaming heat generated at the time of the foaming of a polyurethane foam raw material, whose influence has been conventionally prevented by contriving a special measure, is positively used. The integration target is influenced by foaming heat generated at the time of the foaming of the polyurethane foam raw material in a mold, to thermally deform into a desired shape along a mold shape. Consequently, it is possible to mold the integration target into an arbitrary shape in a step of integrating the integration target with a polyurethane foam layer in the mold by integrated foaming, and therefore, there is no need to work the integration target to a state closer to a final shape in a step before it is disposed in the mold, which can simplify manufacturing steps and reduce manufacturing cost.

There is provided a bio-signal detector to detect a heart rate and a respiratory rate so that the determination of a kind of a seat load placed on a seat can be made. That is, whether the seat load is a human or an object is determined, and if it is the human, then the physique size is determined to be small or large (the level of the physique size is determined). Accordingly, as compared with the means based only on a weight of the seat load, the determination result is highly reliable. Besides, with the use of the bio-signal detector, the discrimination between the human and the object is ensured. The object of the present invention is to improve the production efficiency by making its bonding process unnecessary to simplify the production process. The object of the present invention is to provide a vibration damping apparatus having 6 degrees of freedom using a magnetic circuit. Vibration transfer can be isolated by a vibration damping mechanism to set the spring constant utilizing a relative displacement of a movable magnet to a stationary magnet in an axial direction, and an elastic force of a metal spring substantially to be zero. The displacement is quickly restored to an original position by a rubber and the metal spring composing a device to restore the displacement due to vibration not only in an axial direction (Z axis direction) but also in a horizontal direction (X or Y axis direction), in a rotational direction around each axis, or in a twisting direction which is an overlapping direction of these directions and is damped as a vibration in an axial direction. Accordingly, a vibration having 6 degrees of freedom can be controlled with a simple structure.

Vibration damping apparatus using magnetic circuit

A plane magnetic sensor or a plane magnetic sensor for a multidimensional magnetic field analysis which can measure a magnetic field ever a wide area in a short time is provided. A plane magnetic sensor according to the present invention comprises a sensing layer made of a magnetoresistance effect film formed in a planar state with an arbitrary size, to pass a current therethrough due to a tunneling effect only when voltage reaches or exceeds a predetermined value, and to change its resistance value to show a giant magnetoresistance effect when directions of magnetization of magnetic fine particles change according to the strength of a magnetic field, and conductor layers laminated on respective surfaces of the magnetoresistance effect film and are made of a plurality of line conductor films formed in linear shapes along directions of the respective surfaces with predetermined intervals therebetween. The line conductor films of one conductor layer and the line conductor films of the other conductor layer are arranged to intersect to each other in plan view, with the magnetoresistance effect film therebetween.

Plane magnetic sensor and plane magnetic sensor for multidimensional magnetic field analysis

A magneto-spring structure includes a lower frame and an upper frame vertically movably mounted on the lower frame via a link mechanism. The upper and lower frames have respective permanent magnets secured thereto, with like magnetic pole opposed to each other. The link mechanism includes a plurality of links and a connecting member for rotatably connecting them via a bearing. The links are made of non-magnetic material, while the bearing is made of ferromagnetic material.

Magneto-spring structure

A magnetic circuit includes a multi-pole magnet mounted on a predetermined surface of a yoke and having magnetic poles formed in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined surface of the yoke. The multi-pole magnet is separated into two pieces, and a single-pole magnet is interposed between the two pieces of the multi-pole magnet. Magnetic poles of the single-pole magnet are formed in a direction different from the direction in which those of the multi-pole magnet are formed.

An energy converting mechanism includes at least two permanent magnets spaced from each other with the same magnetic poles opposed to each other, and a magnetic spring formed by the at least two permanent magnets. The magnetic spring provides negative damping characteristics or changes static magnetic energy by changing an opposing area of the at least two permanent magnets so that an output is extracted from one of the at least two permanent magnets by applying an input to the other.
