An electronic circuit module includes a circuit board on which electronic components are mounted, and a metal cover covering the circuit board. The metal cover includes a top plate disposed so as to face the circuit board, side plates, and mounting legs. The circuit board has lands to which the mounting legs are joined. The mounting legs each have a bent portion located on the outer periphery of the top plate of the metal cover, and a mounting leg fixing portion in contact with the lands of the circuit board. When seen from the upper surface of the circuit board, the position of the bent portion is on the inner side of the position of the mounting leg fixing portion, and the width of the bent portion is greater than the width of the mounting leg fixing portion.

A terminal mounting structure for a printed circuit board according to the present invention comprises a printed circuit board having a wiring pattern and a slit formed in an end face of the board and a terminal connected to the wiring pattern on the board, the terminal being provided with a holding portion having first and second clamp pieces and a connection piece for connection between both clamp pieces, the connection piece being inserted into the slit formed in the printed circuit board to position the terminal with respect to the printed circuit board, and the first and second clamp pieces being connected to the wiring pattern.

According to the electronic device of the invention, the convex parts formed on the case is inserted into the engagement holes provided on the thermal conduction member, and the front ends of the convex parts are caulked to eliminate the plays. Further, the tongue-form pieces are formed on each of the two sides parallel to each other, the clasps are formed upright on the case, and the tongue-form pieces are hooked by the lower sides of the clasps. Further, the two sides where the tongue-form pieces of the thermal conduction member are formed are provided with slits that make it easy to deflect the tongue-form pieces, which facilitates the work to hook by slanting the upper sides of the clasps on the case, and further eliminates the plays.

In a box-shaped molded resin body having side walls and a flat plate part in which a heat discharging plate made of a metal is embedded, a part of the heat discharging plate is exposed from a through hole in the flat plate part and the side walls, and an electronic part mounted on a printed board assembled in the molded resin body is come into contact with the heat discharging plate exposed from the through hole, thereby discharging the heat generated from the electronic part by the heat discharging plate.

Electric device

The electronic device of the present invention includes a printed wiring board having wiring patterns, a heat generating component connected to the wiring patterns, a heat radiating member formed of a metal, the heat radiating member having a base portion, a tongue piece formed by cutting the base portion and raising the cut portion, and a pair of mounting legs, and a frame for mounting the printed wiring board, the mounting legs of the heat radiating member being positioned at both opposed sides of the printed wiring board so that the base portion of the heat radiating member is located above the printed wiring board and so that the heat radiating member straddles the printed wiring board, and the tongue piece of the heat radiating member being in elastic contact with the heat generating component.
