The present invention provides high humidity gas turbine equipment including a compressor compressing air, a combustor combusting the compressed air and a fuel, a gas turbine driven by the combustion gas, a generator driven by the gas turbine to generate power, a humidifier humidifying the compressed air by directly contacting it with hot water, and a regenerative heat exchanger heating the humidified compressed air by exhaust gas of the gas turbine and feeding it to the combustor, heat exchangers generating hot water for the humidifier utilizing a factory exhaust heat medium from the outside, a boiler generating steam to be supplied to the outside utilizing the exhaust gas of the gas turbine, and a boiler generating steam to be supplied to the outside utilizing the compressed air discharged from the compressor.

High humidity gas turbine equipment

A high humidity gas turbine equipment includes a turbine; a compressor; a humidifier, which brings the air compressed by the compressor into contact with feed water to humidify the air; a regenerative heat exchanger, which causes the air humidified by the humidifier to be heated by exhaust gas from the turbine; a combustor, which burns the air heated by the regenerative heat exchanger and fuel to generate the combustion gas; a deaerating equipment including a deaerating section, a water storage tank, and a steam generating section, which causes feed water and makeup water in the water storage tank to be heated by exhaust gas from the turbine to evaporate and supplies the steam to the deaerating section; and a feed water supply pipe, through which the feed water and the makeup water in the water storage tank are supplied to the humidifier.

A fine water droplet spraying apparatus () is disposed in a suction air chamber () on the upstream side of an air compressor (), and a moisture adding apparatus () for adding moisture to high pressure air supplied from the compressor () is disposed. A regenerator () for heating the air to which moisture has been added by using gas turbine exhaust gas as a heat source is also provided. With this configuration, there can be obtain an effect of reducing a power for the compressor () and an effect of increasing the output power due to addition of moisture to air () for combustion. Further, since the used amount of fuel is reduced by adopting a regenerating cycle, the power generating efficiency is improved.

Gas turbine power plant

A gas turbine installation includes an air compressor, a combustor for burning fuel together with air discharged from the compressor, and a turbine driven by combustion gas generated by the combustor. The installation includes a spraying apparatus disposed in a suction air chamber on the upstream side of the air compressor and a water adding apparatus for adding moisture to high pressure air supplied from the compressor and which is disposed between the air compressor and the combustor. A heat exchanger is provided between the water adding apparatus and the combustor for heating air prior to the air entering the combustor.

Gas turbine Installation

A combined cycle power plant has a plurality of gas turbine units each having a gas turbine and a heat recovery boiler for generating steam from heat from exhaust gas from the gas turbine. The gas turbine of a first one of the gas turbine units is a steam-cooled gas turbine. Steam turbines are driven by steam from the heat recovery boilers. For start-up of the first gas turbine unit, cooling steam generated in a heat recovery boiler different from not being the heat recovery boiler of the first gas turbine unit is fed to the steam-cooled gas turbine to effect cooling thereof during at least part of the start-up operation of the first gas turbine unit.

Combined cycle power plant

A pressurized fluidized-bed boiler power plant comprises: a pressurized fluidized-bed boiler including a fluidized-bed boiler and a pressure vessel containing the fluidized bed; a single-shaft gas turbine including a gas turbine, an air compressor and an electric generator; and a steam turbine unit in which steam generated by the pressurized fluidized-bed boiler drives a turbine so that electricity is generated. In the power plant, an air cooler is situated on a duct for conveying the compressed air from the compressor to the boiler or at an inlet of the compressor. Alternatively, there may be provided a device for conveying the compressed air from the compressor by way of the air cooler to a space formed by the fluidized-bed boiler and the pressure vessel of the pressurized fluidized-bed boiler. During operation, the compressed air is cooled to a temperature level allowable for the pressure vessel before it is supplied to the boiler.

Pressurized fluidized-bed boiler power plant

A pressurized fluidized bed combustion combined cycle power plant has a gas turbine unit of single spindle type in which a turbine, driven by combustion gas from burning of coal in a pressurized fluidized bed combustion boiler, drives an electrical generator at constant speed and drives a compressor supplying compressed combustion air to the boiler. To permit partial load operation, a control arrangement is provided to effect, in dependence upon an operating load of the boiler, control of at least one of the flow rate of the combustion air into the boiler, and the operating pressure in the combustion chamber of the boiler. The control arrangement may be, for example, a valve controlling a by-pass flow of the combustion air and/or inlet guide vanes of the compressor.

A combined cycle power plant includes a water treatment apparatus for removing iron oxides in condensate provided in a partial condensate flow line for selectively flowing a portion of the condensate into a condenser. The partial condensate flow line recirculates a portion of the condensate from and to the condenser through the condensate feed line connected to a boiler utilizing exhaust gas from a gas turbine. A heating apparatus heats the condensate to reduce the concentration of oxygen by deaeration, and a drum blow off water recovery line is connected to the boiler and to the condenser for blowing off part of the condensate in the boiler.
