The present invention is to provide an electric display device turning base capable of stabilizing and turning a direction of a thin-screen display device. This display device turning base is provided with a first base portion; a mounting and fixing portion; a pair of arc guide rails installed in the mounting and fixing portion in such a manner that a center point of an arc thereof is arranged on a horizontal line passing through a gravity center of the thin-screen display device mounted and fixed to the mounting and fixing portion and extending in a left and right direction; a support roller for supporting the arc guide rails turnably around the horizontal line in a state that the center point of the arc guide rails is arranged on the horizontal line, the support roller being rotatably installed in the first base portion in a standing manner; and an electric drive mechanism for turning the arc guide rails around the horizontal line.

Display device turning base

The invention provides an automatically rotatable turntable for a display unit and includes: a mounting section mounted with the display unit; an electric rotating mechanism that rotates the mounting section; a reception section in the display unit which receives a wireless signal from a remote control unit; and a control section that controls the electric rotating mechanism based upon the received wireless signal. Upon receipt of the wireless signal, the control section detects a reception strength of the reception section while cyclically rotating the mounting section around a predetermined rotational position, to initially detect a rotational position at which the reception strength is maximum. Thereafter, as a main operation, the control section detects the reception strength while rotating the mounting section in a direction extending from the predetermined rotational position to the initially-detected rotational position, to detect a rotational position at which the reception strength is maximum.

Turntable for display unit and control method therefor

The invention provides a rotating table for a display device which can rotate around the horizontal shaft by a manual operation in addition to a small motor drive. A rotating table for a display device includes a rotating member arranged so as to be rotatable around a horizontal shaft, and in which the display device is arranged, a balancing device balancing with a gravity moment around the horizontal shaft in the display device, and a first motor-driven rotating mechanism rotating the rotating member around the horizontal shaft, and the first motor-driven rotating mechanism includes gear trains converting a rotation of an electric motor into a rotation of the rotating member, and a rotation allowing device allowing a rotation of the gear trains only in a case of a rotation having a torque not less than a predetermined torque with respect to the rotation from the rotating member side.

Rotating table for display device

A brake mechanism for a rotator has a brake arm rotatably supported, a brake pad, a spring exerting force to the brake arm in a direction in which the brake pad is brought into contact with the rotator, and a rotation restriction pin for restricting a range of the rotation of the brake arm. When the rotator rotates in a direction, in which force for causing the brake arm to be brought toward the pin is exerted to the brake arm, the automatic biting condition is satisfied at the rotation braking start point, subsequently the brake arm comes into contact with the pin, and the relieving condition is satisfied. On the other hand, when the rotator rotates in an opposite direction, in which force against the force exerted to the brake arm by the spring is exerted to the brake arm, the relieving condition is satisfied at the rotation braking start point, and then the relieving condition is satisfied also when the rotator stops rotating.

Brake mechanism for rotator

In a tape loading mechanism, a guide groove is formed in a main plate and a drum base that defines the path of a movable tape guide. Each of the main plate and the drum base is provided with a step portion in the thickness direction at a joining area where the drum base is joined to the main plate. These step portions overlap with each other. By using this joining method, a die cast drum base can be thinned so that the dimensional accuracy is improved and a movable tape guide can be moved smoothly along the guide groove.
