A connector includes: a tube body formed in a tubular shape having a first opening and a second opening at both ends thereof, a first opening side of the tube body being connectable to an end of a first pipe, a second opening side of the tube body being connectable to an end of a second pipe, the tube body allowing a fluid to flow therethrough between the first opening and the second opening; a temperature detection element embedded in a tubular part of the tube body and configured to detect a temperature of the fluid flowing through the tube body; and a terminal electrically connected to the temperature detection element and exposed to outside of the tube body.

Connector

A connector that is in a fuel supply system capable of supplying a high-pressure fuel, and may reduce pulsation in a low-pressure pipe with a simple structure and extend the life of a mold is provided. A valve of the connector includes a valve seat contact surface and a tapering through hole. The valve seat contact surface axially separates from an annular valve seat and forms a forward-direction flow path due to pressure of the low-pressure fuel when the high-pressure fuel does not flow in reverse, and may come into contact with the annular valve seat when the high-pressure fuel flows in reverse. The tapering through hole is formed farther radially inward than the valve seat contact surface, forms an orifice flow path having a smaller cross-sectional area than the forward-direction flow path, and allows a reverse flow of the high-pressure fuel when the high-pressure fuel flows in reverse.

A connector includes: a connector body formed in a tubular shape; and a valve body stored inside the connector body, the valve body being configured to, when high-pressure fuel does not flow back, come into a first state in which a forward flow path is formed between the valve body and an inner circumferential surface of the connector body by a pressure of low-pressure fuel, and when high-pressure fuel flows back, come into a second state in which an orifice flow path having a smaller flow path sectional area than the forward flow path is formed between the valve body and the inner circumferential surface of the connector body.

A connector includes: a connector body formed in a tubular shape; a valve housing formed in a tubular shape and provided inside the connector body with a seal structure interposed therebetween, the seal structure restricting flow of fuel between the valve housing and an inner circumferential surface of the connector body; and a valve body stored inside the valve housing, the valve body being configured to, when high-pressure fuel does not flow back, come into a first state in which a forward flow path is formed between the valve body and an inner circumferential surface of the valve housing by a pressure of low-pressure fuel, and when the high-pressure fuel flows back, come into a second state in which an orifice flow path having a smaller flow path sectional area than the forward flow path is formed between the valve body and the inner circumferential surface of the valve housing.

A fuel hose is provided, which includes an inner tube including a rubber layer and a rubber layer, a resin layer provided around an outer periphery of the inner tube and comprising a thermoplastic resin as a major component, and an outer tube provided around an outer periphery of the resin layer and including a reinforcement thread layer and a rubber layer. The inner tube of the fuel hose has a dynamic loss (Tan &#x3b4;) of 0.3 to 1.2. The fuel hose has an outer diameter change ratio of not greater than 10% and a volume change ratio of not less than 15% when the internal pressure of the hose is increased by 1 MPa. The fuel hose is less costly, and has a fuel permeation resistance (fuel barrier property) as well as a pulsation suppressing property.

Fuel hose

A fuel hose according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a tubular inner rubber layer; a resin layer formed on an outer circumferential surface of the inner rubber layer; and an outer rubber layer formed on an outer circumferential surface of the resin layer, wherein the inner rubber layer includes a rubber material containing the following Components (A), (B) and (C), the outer rubber layer includes a rubber material containing the following Components (A'), (B) and (C&#x2032;), and the resin layer includes a resin material containing the following Component (X) as a main component: (A) acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, (A&#x2032;) blend rubber containing acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and acrylic rubber, (B) a sulfur vulcanizing agent, (C) an amine catalyst to form bonding points, (C&#x2032;) an amine catalyst to form bonding points, which contains 1,5-diazabicyclo(4.3.0)non-5-ene salt (DBN salt), and (X) tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro(alkylvinylether)-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer.

Fuel hose and method for producing the same

A heat resistant air hose which is excellent in oil-bleeding resistance and causes reduced vibration noise is provided. The heat resistant air hose has an inner layer formed of an inner layer material comprising silicone rubber as a major component thereof; and an outer layer provided on an outer periphery of the inner layer and formed of an outer layer material comprising acrylic rubber as a major component thereof, and the acrylic rubber contains not less than 50 wt % of ethyl acrylate and has a dissipation factor (tan &#x3b4;) of not less than 0.09 at 150 &#xb0; C. and a storage elastic modulus (E') of not less than 7.0 MPa.

A sub sealing projection of an elastic sealing member for a fuel tank is entirely angled, and shaped so as to satisfy 20&#xb0; &#x2266; &#x3b8;(angle defined by its upper surface and a cylindrical sealing portion)&#x2266; 35&#xb0;, 50&#xb0; &#x2266; &#x3b8;(angle defined by its lower surface and the cylindrical sealing portion)&#x2266; 70&#xb0;, 0.4&#x2266; B (radial distance between a portion having a diameter corresponding to an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall portion and a leading end of the sub sealing projection)/A (maximum projecting distance of the sub sealing projection)&#x2266; 0.55, and a leading end portion of the sub sealing projection is shaped so as to satisfy a condition, 0.1&#x2266; R (curvature radius of cross-section thereof)/C(length of a base portion of the sub sealing projection)&#x2266; 0.2.
