A pole piece is placed on a lower case A pole piece has a core and a base The bobbin portion extends from the lower case toward the internal space of a case so as to surround the outer periphery of the core The bobbin portion is divided into a plurality of portions along the circumferential direction of the core The bobbin portion has basal parts and elongated parts The pole piece is pressed from the above of the lower case in a state where the bobbin portion is passed through holes of the base to be positioned on the outer periphery of the core so that the pole piece is fitted and placed into the lower case A coil is configured by winding a conductor wire around the elongated parts of the bobbin portion

Electroacoustic transducer

A case is formed of thermoplastic resin, and includes an upper case and a lower case . The case accommodates a pole piece , a coil , a magnet , a diaphragm , and so on. The pole piece includes an core and a base , and placed on the lower case . There are integrally formed on an upper face of the lower case , a wall for defining a mounting position of the pole piece , a projection for preventing a conductive wire drawn our from the coil from getting in touch with the base , and a bobbin part for the conductive wire to be wound therearound. A height of the projection is set at an equal or larger value to or than a height of a surface of the base , and a contact of the conductive wire with the base can be avoided by the projection
