In order to provide a polyethylene sealant film having great strength and good heat sealability, despite being thin, a multilayer polyethylene sealant film is produced by a method including coextruding and stretching a sealant layer formed of a low density polyethylene resin or linear low density polyethylene resin and an orientation layer including a polyethylene resin having a melting point higher than the sealant layer, by an inflation method at a temperature higher than the melting point of the sealant layer and higher than the Vicat softening temperature, but lower than the melting point of the orientation layer.

A disposable wearing article has a skin-contactable sheet moveable relative to a chassis. The chassis includes an inner sheet, an outer sheet and a liquid-absorbent panel interposed between these inner and outer sheets. The absorbent panel lies at least in the crotch region and extends into the front and rear waist regions in the longitudinal direction. In the rear waist region, a skin-contactable sheet adapted to come in contact with the wearer's skin is attached to the inner surface of the inner sheet. The skin-contactable sheet has front and rear ends extending in the transverse direction and lateral portions extending in the longitudinal direction and only the lateral portions are bonded to the inner sheet.

The present invention aims to provide a wearing article improved so that various types of nonwoven fabrics can be effectively used for target nonwoven fabric without anxiety that the target nonwoven fabric once engaged with hook elements might be readily torn. Wearing article

A disposable diaper includes a pants member and a body fluid absorbent pad lying inside the pants member. The pad is connected to elastic first and second suspender members extending in a circumferential direction of the diaper and joined under extension in the circumferential direction of the diaper to the pants member. Front and rear ends of the pad are joined to the suspender members in middle zones of these suspender members of which transversely opposite side edges are joined to transversely opposite side edges of front and rear waist regions. Inner and outer ends of the suspender members are joined to the front and rear waist regions in a joining zones arranged intermittently in the circumferential direction of the diaper.

A disposable diaper that includes an outer sheet having thigh-surrounding peripheral side regions curving inwardly in a transverse direction and an inner pad disposed to the inner side of the outer sheet. The outer sheet is provide in thigh-surrounding peripheral side regions with first elastic members. The inner pad is provided in its side flaps with second elastic members. The first and second members cross one another in front and rear regions of the thigh-surrounding peripheral side regions and free regions of the side flaps are bonded at the cross regions of the first and second elastic members to the thigh-surrounding side regions, so that the first and second members are substantially connected to one another.

A disposable diaper includes a cover member having a front waist region, a back waist region, and a crotch region and a liquid-absorbent panel disposed inside the cover member. The panel is joined to the cover member on inner surfaces of the front and back waist regions by an elastic band which extends in an elastically contractible condition in a circumferential direction of a wearer's waist. At least a portion of a clearance existing between the cover member and the elastic band is closed by a sheet material having extensibility back and forth of the diaper.

A wet sheet stacked body to be housed in one of container and package, composed of a plurality of folded wet sheets. The folded wet sheets are consecutively combined such that a lower fold of an upper folded wet sheet is sandwiched by an upper fold of a succeeding lower wet sheet. A gap is formed between a folding line forming the lower folded portion of the upper wet sheet and a folding line forming the upper folded portion of the lower wet sheet.

There is disclosed a wet tissue package including a plurality of rectangular or square wet tissues which are individually folded and are stacked in a bag-shaped or container-shaped packaging material of which an upper face is formed with an opening for taking out the wet tissues therethrough one by one. In this wet tissue package, each of the wet tissue is double-folded on a first folding line (L,), and further folded at least on second, third and fourth folding lines (L,, L,and L,). The first folding line (L,) appears in the opening of the packaging material. Alternatively, if a portion folded on the second folding line (L,) and laid over the upper side of the double-folded wet tissue is further folded on a sixth folding line (L,), at least one of the first folding line (L,) and the sixth folding line (L,) appears in the opening of the packaging material. When the wet tissue is pinched and pulled up at the first folding line (L,) or at the sixth folding line (L,), it is opened out into the double-folded state or into such a state that the double-folded wet tissue is folded on the sixth folding line (L,). Therefore, the wet tissue can be used for wiping excrements or the like at least in the double-folded state, immediately after taken out from the packaging material.

A wet tissue product composed of a stacked body of folded wet tissues and a container or package housing the stacked body in which each of the folded wet tissues is formed by folding a plane wet tissue with opposite edges thereof to the same side along folding line portions to have a first folded portion, a second folded portion and an intermediate portion between the upper and lower folded portions. The folded wet tissues are consecutively combined such that the folding line portion forming the second folded portion of the upper wet tissue is sandwiched between the first folded portion and the intermediate portion of the lower wet tissue, and the second folded portion of the upper wet tissue and the first folded portion of the lower wet tissue are in face-to-face contact with each other.

A sanitary napkin has a pair of wings extending outward from transversely opposite side edges of the napkin. The wings are folded back onto a top surface of the napkin and provided on lower surfaces of the wings with first and second adhesive zones, respectively. The first and second adhesive zones are covered with a strip of separator having first and second end portions. The first end portion is folded back onto an inner surface of the separator, an outer surface of the folded first end portion being peelably applied to the first adhesive zone, the second end portion being peelably applied to the second adhesive zone.
