A circuit assembly includes a plurality of electronic components; a plurality of control terminals electrically connected to the plurality of electronic components; and a holding member having insulating properties and holds the plurality of control terminals, wherein the control terminals serve as insert articles that form one piece with the holding member that is made of a resin, the control terminals each include: in a partial portion of the control terminal, an exposed face that is exposed from the holding member; a contact face that is located opposite to the exposed face and is in contact with the holding member; a first side face located between the exposed face and the contact face; and a second side face located between the exposed face and the contact face, and a first space formed lateral to the first side face, and a second space formed lateral to the second side face.

The present disclosure enables a cost reduction for a circuit assembly including electronic components. A circuit assembly includes: an electronic component; a conductive plate to which the electronic component is connected; and a holding member that holds the conductive plate. The conductive plate includes a mounting portion on which the electronic component is mounted, and a fiducial mark for positioning and mounting the electronic component. The fiducial mark is constituted by a hole formed in the conductive plate.

A circuit assembly includes: a first conductive member; a second conductive member; a holding member that is insulating and holds the first conductive member and the second conductive member; and an electronic component that includes a first terminal and a second terminal. Included is a first conductive portion that is plate-shaped and elongated in one direction, a second conductive portion that is plate-shaped, elongated along a lengthwise direction of the first conductive portion, and is arranged to be separated from the first conductive portion by a predetermined distance, and a plurality of switching elements that are arranged straddling the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion, and are lined up in the lengthwise direction, wherein width of the first conductive portion or the second conductive portion at one end portion in the lengthwise direction is different from a width at the other end portion in the lengthwise direction.

A circuit assembly is provided. A circuit unit includes: a circuit section including a terminal portion that can be connected to an external terminal, and a body portion to which an electronic component is mounted; a first waterproofing portion that is in intimate contact with a portion to be waterproofed located between the body portion and the terminal portion of the circuit section, and that includes a resin containing an adhesive component; and a second waterproofing portion that is in intimate contact with an outer surface of each of the circuit section and the first waterproofing portion, and that is made of a resin.

A coil assembly includes a coil unit in which a coil obtained by winding a winding wire is disposed around a magnetic core, a coil case that accommodates the coil unit, and a potting material with which an inside of the coil case is filled, and the coil case has an elastic fixing portion that is attachable to a resin member to which the coil case is to be fixed. The above-described configuration makes it possible to provide a coil assembly that is unlikely to crack and generate abnormal noises.

A circuit structure includes a circuit board mounted with electronic components, a heat release member overlaid by the circuit board and releasing heat of the circuit board, a screw screwing the circuit board to the heat release member, and a spacer on which an insertion hole is formed to insert a shaft portion of the screw and the spacer is arranged between the circuit board and the screw to receive the screw. The spacer includes a board presser pressing the circuit board and a heat release member presser pressing the heat release member when the circuit board is screwed to the heat release member.

An electrical connection box includes a bus bar, a case to which the bus bar is fixed, a terminal that is connected to the bus bar, a fixing member that fixes a connection portion at which the terminal and the bus bar are connected to each other, and a base member that holds the fixing member. The fixing member and the base member are disposed at a position at which the fixing member and the base member overlap the connection portion of the bus bar, and when the connection portion at which the terminal and the bus bar are connected to each other is fixed, the base member moves in a direction in which the base member comes into contact with the bus bar.

Provided is a circuit assembly that includes: a circuit board that has a connection opening; a plurality of busbars that are laid on one surface side of the circuit board; a coil that includes a main portion and a plurality of lead terminals, the lead terminals being connected to the plurality of busbars exposed through the connection opening; and a heatsink that is laid, via an adhesive agent, on surfaces of the plurality of busbars that face away from the circuit board. The circuit board is provided with a substrate through-hole in the vicinity of the connection opening, and the plurality of busbars are provided with a busbar through-hole at the position that corresponds to the substrate through-hole.

Provided is a circuit assembly that includes a circuit board that has an opening, a plurality of busbars that are laid on one surface side of the circuit board, a coil that has a main portionand a plurality of lead terminals, the lead terminals being connected to the plurality of busbars that are exposed through the opening, and a heatsink that is laid, via an adhesive agent, on surfaces of the plurality of busbars that are opposite to the circuit board. Cut-out portions for evacuating the adhesive agent are formed at edges of the plurality of busbars that are opposite to each other in the opening.

An electrical junction box includes: a circuit board in which a conductive path is formed on an insulating plate; a connector housing having a hood portion in the shape of a hood and an inner wall that closes the hood portion, wherein a terminal insertion hole; is provided in the inner wall; a connector terminal that is inserted from a rear face of the connector housing into the terminal insertion hole; through the inner wall and projects into the hood portion; a base member to which the connector housing is fastened, and that is different from the circuit board; and a screw that fastens the connector housing to the base member in a state where the connector terminal is inserted into the terminal insertion hole. The connector housing includes a catch portion that catches the circuit board when the connector housing is fastened with the screw to the base member.
