A reactor () includes a bobbin (). The bobbin is a resin-made bobbin, and has a pair of flanges () that face each other. Coils () are wound around the bobbin between the pair of flanges. Each of a pair of plates () is bridged from the flange on one side, which is one of the pair of flanges, to the flange on the other side, which is one of the pair of flanges. The pair of plates abuts on circumferences of the coils between the pair of flanges. A resin cover () covers one of two outer peripheries of the coils. The two outer peripheries are defined by the pair of plates.

Reactor and manufacturing method of reactor

A reactordisclosed by the present specification is equipped with two coilsthat are arranged parallel to each other, a resin coverthat adheres to the two coils to cover the coils, and a column member. The resin coverexposes lateral faces of the coils on such a side as to be in contact with a common tangential plane KL. The column memberis arranged parallel to the coilsin a space that is surrounded by the common tangential plane KL and the lateral faces of the respective coils. The column memberis exposed on a side thereof that is opposed to the common tangential plane KL, and is in contact with the respective coilson the other side thereof. Furthermore, the column memberhas a groovethat has an opening on the other side of the common tangential plane KL and extends along coil axes. Reactor

A reactor includes: a bobbin including flanges at ends of a winding range of a winding, at least one of the flanges being provided with a slit or a hole; a coil formed in a shape in which the winding having a lead portion is wound around the bobbin, the coil being molded by resin, and the lead portion penetrating through the slit or the hole; and a plate through which the lead portion of the coil penetrates, the plate contacting with a circumferential edge of the slit or the hole of the flange so as to close the slit or the hole.

A composite molded article comprising: a main body portion including, a bottom wall portion formed of an elastically deformable polymer material, and a peripheral wall portion protruding so as to surround a peripheral edge of the bottom wall portion and formed of an elastically deformable polymer material; a vent hole passing through the bottom wall portion; and a gas permeable membrane integrally connected to the main body portion and is permeable to gas but is impermeable to liquid, wherein the gas permeable membrane is arranged to the bottom wall portion so as to cover the vent hole and connected to the bottom wall portion at a periphery of the vent hole, and wherein the bottom wall portion includes at least one rigid body portion which is more difficult to be deformed than the bottom wall portion at an outer peripheral part of the gas permeable membrane.
