A circuit board includes a foil circuit provided on a synthetic resin plate formed by injection molding, made of a copper foil, and having a pattern different for the circuit board. Anchor pins projecting upward are provided on the resin plate and passed through pinholes made in the foil circuit. The foil circuit is positioned and secured to the resin plate. In a required portion of the resin plate, a terminal insertion hole is provided, and a receiving terminal is secured to the required portion of the terminal insertion hole and connected to the foil circuit.

Circuit board, its manufacturing method, and joint box using circuit board

A circuit board with a simple structure is manufactured. A circuit boardhas thereon a foil circuitprovided on a synthetic resin plateformed by injection molding, made of a copper foil, and having a pattern different for circuit board. A joint connector easy to construct and involving less fabricating cost. The joint connector comprises a housing,for accommodating a plurality of connecting terminals,in a rear-side portion thereof, a bus bar,formed out of an electrically conductive metal plate and accommodated in the housing,for jointing any individual ones of the connecting terminals,, a bus bar holder,for holding the bus bar,, and a front cover,mounted to the housing,in such a way as to cover the bus bar holder,. The bus bar holder,has a plurality of holes to be used for cutting the bus bar,to form an arbitrary circuit. The bus bar holder,and the bus bar,is mounted in the housing,so as to be movable in relation to the housing,in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the connecting terminals,being housed. When the front cover,is set in the housing,, it causes the bus bar holder,to be moved and the bus bar,to be jointed with connecting terminals

Joint connector

A connector including a reception housing which has four sector-shaped compartments defined by four radial partitions, and four sector-shaped end terminals are inserted into the four sector-shaped compartments from mutually orthogonal directions which are perpendicular to a direction in which an insertion housing is inserted into the reception housing. A number of male terminals are provided on each of the four sector-shaped end terminals, and a number of conductors of a plurality of flat cables are connected to the male terminals. On the insertion housing, a number of female terminals are provided each being connected to respective one of a number of electric wires. The male and female terminals are simultaneously coupled with each other by inserting the insertion housing into the reception housing.

A connector including a reception housing in which a number of connecting terminals connected to respective conductors are accommodated, an insertion housing in which a number of second connecting terminals connected to respective conductors are accommodated, a holding housing for holding said reception housing, and a spring member arranged between the reception housing and the holding housing. When said insertion housing is inserted into said reception housing, said reception housing is pushed toward the insertion housing and first and second connecting terminals are coupled with each other by a restoring force of the spring means.
