A mixer () includes: a pair of rotors () arranged to have a gap (SP) therebetween; a casing () in which a chamber (C) in which the pair of rotors () is disposed, an introduction port () for introducing a material to be mixed (W) into the chamber (C), and a discharge port () for discharging the material to be mixed (W) from the chamber (C) are formed; a sensor () which is disposed above the pair of rotors () and detects variation in position or pressure of the material to be mixed (W); and a control unit () which controls rotation of the pair of rotors (), based on a detection result of the sensor ().

A mixer includes: a casing having an introduction port at an upper portion and having a rotor provided with a blade portion for mixing a material to be mixed, inside thereof; a floating weight which blocks the introduction port; and a floating weight moving mechanism which has a horizontal movement unit capable of horizontally moving the floating weight in a supported state between a delivery position just above the introduction port and a retracted position being lateral to the introduction port, on the upper side of the introduction port, and can move the floating weight separately from the horizontal movement unit from the delivery position to a blocking position at which the floating weight blocks the introduction port.

Provided is a pressure vessel having a weld portion structure of a plate material in which a plate receiving a pressure or a load is attached by welding to a wall surface member such as a shell or a head. In the pressure vessel, a stress concentration on the weld portion structure is alleviated and an increase in welding amount and plate thickness of the wall surface member are suppressed. The pressure vessel includes a weld structure portion in which an end of a bolster plate () attached so as to partition an inside of a container body and receiving a pressure or a load is attached by welding to a wall surface member () of the container body, the weld structure portion having at least two sections including a weld portion (), i.e., shape displacement points of the weld portion () and a stepped portion ().
