A power supply device includes a main power supply, a sub-power supply, a main power supply path, a sub-power supply path, a power supply selector switch, and a load selector switch group. The main power supply path is connected to the main power supply. The sub-power supply path is different from the main power supply path and is connected to the sub-power supply. The load selector switch group is disposed between the main power supply path and the sub-power supply path, and the load unit, and performs switching so as to connect one of the main power supply path and the sub-power supply path to the load unit and to disconnect the other from the load unit, according to switching of the power supply selector switch.

Power supply device

A vehicle power supply system includes a power supply path, and an ECU detaching a fault occurrence portion occurring in a part of the power supply path from the power supply path based on a set value lower than a lowest operation voltage of a load and a voltage related to the power supply path. The set value is set within a normal range of the voltage related to the power supply path. The power supply path includes a plurality of electrical connection units connected to the load and a plurality of connection wirings connecting each of the electrical connection units in a loop shape. In a case that a part of voltages related to each of the connection wirings is equal to or less than the set value, the control unit supplies power to the load via another part of the voltages related to each of the connection wirings.

Vehicle power supply system

A vehicle power supply control device includes a main line unit of one system, branch line units, a vehicle power supply master, and an area power supply master. The main line unit of the one system is provided to a vehicle. Each of the branch line units branches from the main line unit of the one system. The vehicle power supply master includes a main battery that charges and discharges electric power. The area power supply master is connected to the main line unit of the one system through the branch line unit and is connected to a load unit that consumes electric power, and includes an area battery that charges and discharges electric power. The vehicle power supply master supplies electric power of the main battery to the area power supply master through the main line unit of the one system.

Vehicle power supply control device

A vehicle power supply control device includes a vehicle power supply master connected at one end of a single-system trunk line unit and including a main battery charged with power and discharging power, a plurality of area power supply masters connected with the single-system trunk line unit through branch line units and connected with load units consuming power, a first supply path supplying power from the vehicle power supply master to the area power supply masters through the single-system trunk line unit, a second supply path different from the first supply path, and an external power supplying unit provided outside the area power supply masters and supplying power to the area power supply masters through the second supply path.

A vehicle power supply control device includes trunk line units of two systems provided in a vehicle; branch line units branched from the trunk line units of two systems; a vehicle power supply master coupled to one side of the trunk line units of two systems and includes a main battery that charges and discharges electric power; and a plurality of area power supply masters coupled to the trunk line units of two systems via the branch line units, coupled to a load that consumes electric power, and each include an area battery that charges and discharges electric power. The vehicle power supply master supplies electric power of the main battery to the area power supply masters via the trunk line units of two systems, and the area power supply masters supply, to the load, electric power supplied from the vehicle power supply master or charged in the area battery.

The vehicle power supply control device includes a vehicle power supply master and an area power supply master. The vehicle power supply master supplies power charged in a main battery to the area power supply master. The area power supply master supplies power charged in an area battery to each load. The area power supply master supplies, to the load, at least either of the following: power supplied from the vehicle power supply master; and power charged in the area battery.

A vehicle power supply control device includes a plurality of area power supply slaves connected with respective different device groups configured with a plurality of different devices installed in a vehicle, and controlling power supplied to the devices in the connected device groups, a plurality of area power supply masters that are connected with respective different area power supply slaves and control power supplied to the connected area power supply slaves, and a vehicle power supply master connected with the area power supply masters and a battery of the vehicle and controlling power supplied to the area power supply masters from the battery.

A seat control system includes: a motor unit mounted on a vehicle; a switch unit; a control ECU for controlling these units; a power source box for supplying a power source to the units; a main power source line connected between the units and the control ECU and provided for supplying a power source from a power source box; and a signal line connected between the units and the control ECU. The seat control system further includes: another power source box separate from a power source box for supplying a power source to the units; and a redundant power source line connected between the power source box and the units and provided for supplying a power source from the power source box. The redundant power source line is not connected to the control ECU.

Vehicle-mounted system and wire harness

A wire harness includes a power source line and a signal line which connect a control ECU for controlling motor units disposed on each seat of a vehicle, switch units for operating the motor units and the motor units to each other. Drive connectors in which drive circuits for driving the motor units are incorporated are provided to terminals of the wire harness on a motor units side. Signal connectors for transmitting operation signals indicative of states of the switch units are mounted on terminals of the wire harness on a switch units side. The drive connectors and the signal connectors are provided as parts separate from each other, and the control ECU, the drive connectors and the signal connectors are provided that multiplex communication is possible among them through the signal line.

Seat control system and wire harness

Provided is a wire harness which does not increase in size with increase in number of electronic devices controlled by an electronic control unit and can standardize a relay connector, and an electronic device control system including such wire harness. A wire harness structure () communicably-connects electronic devices () mounted on a vehicle to an electronic control unit () controlling the electronic devices, and includes a relay connector (A,B) relaying a control signal from the electronic control unit to the electronic devices, a power wire () and a ground wire () drawn out from the relay connector, power supply units connected to the power wire and the ground wire, and sets of signal wires () transmitting the control signal to each power supply unit arranged to supply power to the electronic device and drive the electronic device according to the control signal from the signal wire.

Wire harness structure and electronic device control system

Disclosed are a battery state notifying unit readily exchangeble between battery packs differing in the number of battery cell, a bus bar module and a battery pack including the battery state notifying unit, and a battery state monitoring system including the battery state notifying unit. The battery state notifying unit includes a plurality of subunits corresponding to every battery cell, and the subunits in accordance with a cell temperature signal corresponding to a voltage outputted by a bus bar and a terminal fitting, generates a battery state data composed of a digital signal including a data indicating a state of the battery cell corresponding to the subunit, and transmits the battery state data to the external battery state monitoring unit.

Provided is a wire harness assembly configured to be lightweight while reducing burden on a first control means, and a lighting unit comprising the wire harness assembly. A wire harness assembly for connecting a plurality of lighting loads to a control unit that outputs a control signal for controlling the plurality of lighting loads independently is provided with: a first wire harness connected to the control unit and including a power-supply line, a ground line, and a signal line for multiplex transmission of the control signal output from the control unit to each of the lighting loads; a second wire harness including a first electric line commonly connected to one ends of the plurality of lighting loads, and a plurality of second electric lines connected to the other ends of the plurality of lighting loads individually; and a relay connector connecting the first wire harness to the second wire harness.

Wire harness assembly and lighting unit

A wire harness includes a standard connection circuit part which connects a standard electronic device and an ECU, and an optional connection circuit part which connects optional electronic devices and the ECU. The optional connection circuit part includes a communication connector which is provided to be connectable to the optional electronic devices, and an optional circuit which connects the ECU to the communication connector. The communication connector performs multiplex communication which multiplexes communication of the optional electronic devices and the ECU.

Wire harness and electronic device control system

A crimping terminal joined with an aluminum electric wire, in which when the crimping terminal is crimped to the wire, a conduct-purpose crimping portion and a wire-hold crimping portion are formed at a crimping portion of a wire barrel of the crimping terminal. The crimping portion of the wire barrel is formed so as a curvature thereof is projected upwardly in a direction of moving a crimping die and so as a crimp height increases and a compression ratio decreases towards an insulation barrel of the crimping terminal. The curvature is shaped to have a constant degree of curvature, and is shaped to form a quadratic curve as a result of strictly adjusting a crimping force.

An automobile door that is significantly easy to fabricate, enhanced in ease of assembling door components, and reduced in the number of parts to be mounted. The door comprises an outer panel and an inner panel. The inner panel is composed of a main panel made of metal and a resin-molded sub panel formed integrally with the main panel. The inner panel is formed with a mount on which door functional parts to be mounted on the door are mounted. The inner panel is also formed integrally with electrically connecting means for connecting these door functional parts with each other.
