The present invention relates to a risk information collection device which includes: a degree of risk calculator to calculate a degree of risk of a travel state of the vehicle based on travel information of the vehicle, a visually-recognized object specifier to combine visual line information of a driver of the vehicle and object information around the vehicle and specify a name of a visually-recognized object of the driver to set a visually-recognized object candidate, a passenger information acquirer to acquire passenger information including at least words pronounced by a passenger, a risk-inducing factor candidate setter to set a risk-inducing factor candidate for specifying a risk-inducing factor based on the passenger information, and a risk-inducing factor specifier to specify a risk-inducing factor based on the degree of risk, the visually-recognized object candidate, and the risk-inducing factor candidate.

Risk information collection device mounted on a vehicle

To improve working efficiency of mounting components in a lower part of a vehicle body, a vehicle assembly line includes a supporting unit to support a vehicle body in a position such that the front direction of the vehicle body is perpendicular to the conveying direction. The supporting unit includes an upstream supporting member and a downstream supporting member provided upstream and downstream of the platform along the conveying direction, respectively. The centers of the support columns fixed to a platform, of the upstream supporting member and the downstream supporting member, are located upstream and downstream, respectively, with respect to a center line CLb of the platform extending in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the platform, and located apart from and opposite to each other across a center line CLa of the platform extending in the conveying direction, to provide a working space for mounting below the vehicle body supported by the carrier device.

A photographing mechanism for a moving body camera, namely a slit camera, utilized for judgement of arrival order in horse race, etc. A light array 18 consisting of vertically arrayed plural LEDs is located closed to film 4. A light emission control box 17 illuminates and unilluminates the LEDs in response to dot data of characters to be recorded. Hence, as the film 4 is rewound, the film 4 is exposed by the LEDs, so that the characters are recorded on the film.

A baby carriage which can be used not only as a two-wheel-steered baby carriage but also as a four-wheel-steered baby carriage whose front and rear wheels can be swung to steer the carriage. Brackets having slender horizontally extending through-holes, through which the rear axle of the baby carriage extends so as to be swingable along the holes, are attached to the lower ends of right and left rear legs and are secured to a coupling plate extending from one of the brackets to the other. The rear axle has a length such that the axle extends from one of the brackets to the other. The rear axle is pivotally supported at the longitudinally central portion of the axle by the coupling plate so that both ends of the axle extending through the slender horizontally extending throughholes of the brackets at the ends of the axle can be swung in mutually different directions. The rear wheels are attached to the rear axle at both ends thereof. Swinging of the rear axle can be freely prevented by the brackets.

Steering apparatus for baby carriage

A video recording and reproducing apparatus comprises a line sensor camera having a line scan image sensor which is scanned along a predetermined standard line and receives an image of a moving object passing the standard line. An output video signal of the line sensor camera is converted by an A/D converter into a series of picture element data which are successively stored into a video memory to form therein a plurality of pictures. A control circuit selects in accordance with selection information supplied from a control box a desired one of the plurality of stored pictures, and reads the picture element data of the desired picture from the video memory. The picture element data thus read from the video memory are successively converted into analog video signals which are supplied through a mixing circuit to a display unit to thereby display the picture on the display unit.

Electronic camera apparatus for recording and reproducing moving object

A shutter for use in a television camera, including: a casing having a first wall having a first opening formed therethrough for allowing incident light from a lens of the television camera to pass through the first opening and a second wall opposingly disposed to the first wall and having a second opening aligned to the first opening for allowing the incident light to pass through the second opening into a body of the television camera; a first disc member supported within the casing to be rotatable about an axis thereof and in parallel with the first and the second walls, the first disc member having a first shutter hole formed therethrough; a second disc member supported within the casing to be rotatable about an axis thereof and in parallel with the first and the second walls, the second disc member having a second shutter hole formed therethrough, the first disc member and the second disc member being disposed to overlap at overlapping areas at peripheries thereof with a gap, the first and second shutter holes formed to be aligned to each other and to the first and second openings at the overlapping areas to define a shutter opening when the first and second disc members rotate; a rotating mechanism, mounted on the casing, for rotating the first and the second disc members in the same direction; and a controlling mechanism for controlling the rotating mechanism to thereby control the rotation of the first and the second disc members so that the forming of the shutter opening is synchronized with a field scanning of the television camera, whereby the incident light is allowed to pass through the first opening, the shutter opening and the second opening in synchronism with the field scanning of the television camera.
