A fingerprint easily erasable film formed by providing a resin layer on a substrate, in which surface of the resin layer is matted and which is formed so that the surface of the resin layer should show a wet tension (JIS-K 6768:1999) of 25 mN/m or higher. Preferably, the resin layer has a surface roughness of 0.2 to 2.0 &#x3bc;m in terms of the ten point mean roughness Rz (JIS-B 0601:1994). The resin layer preferably contains an ionizing radiation curable resin and a matting agent, more preferably, two kinds of matting agents having different average particle diameters. On the fingerprint easily erasable film having such a configuration, ingredients of fingerprint are unlikely to adhere, and even if ingredients of fingerprint adhere, the ingredients of fingerprint can be removed substantially completely or to such a degree that they cannot be visually observed by wiping with cloth or the like.

At least two or more plastic films are adhered via an adhesive layer or layers to produce a laminate plate having a total thickness of the plastic films of 250 to 700 &#x3bc;m, and then the laminate plate is subjected to die cutting to obtain a surface protection plate. There is provided an anti-Newton ring sheet having an excellent anti-sparkle property, which can prevent the generation of sparkles when it is used in a touch panel using a high-definition color display, and a touch panel using this anti-Newton ring sheet. The anti-Newton ring sheetof the present invention has an anti-Newton ring layercomprising ionizing radiation curable organic-inorganic hybrid resin (binder component) and fine particleson one surface of a transparent substrate, and preferably the mean diameter and the coefficient of variation of the diameter of the particleis not less than 0.5 &#x3bc;m and not more than 3.0 &#x3bc;m and not less than 20% and not more than 80%, respectively, and the thickness of the anti-Newton ring layeris preferably not less than 0.2 &#x3bc;m and not more than 3.5 &#x3bc;m.

The light diffusing bodyof the present invention comprises a transparent resin and spherical micro-particles having a different refractive index from that of the said transparent resin, wherein the relation between the maximum value (E) and the minimum value (E) of the effective scattering efficiency values (E) obtained for each center wavelength in the wavelength ranges of blue, green and red by dividing the sum of scattering cross-sections of all spherical micro-particles contained in the unit area of the aforementioned light diffusing bodyby the sum of geometrical cross-sections of all these spherical micro-particles satisfies E/E&#x2267;0.90.

In a transparent hard coat film, in which a transparent hard coat layer is formed on at least one surface of a transparent polymer film, the transparent hard coat layer is composed of at least an ionizing radiation curable organic-inorganic hybrid hard-coat agent and inorganic particles having a mean particle diameter of 1-10 &#x3bc;m. The organic-inorganic hybrid hard-coat agent preferably contains reactive silica. Such a transparent hard coat film of the present invention has well-balanced anti-glare effect and resolution and yet has hardness that is typically expressed as surface hardness.

There is provided a light diffusion sheet comprising a light diffusion layer formed on a transparent substrate and containing a binder resin and resin particles that impart an uneven surface, wherein the light diffusion sheet has a total light transmission of 70.0% or more, haze of 80.0% or more, and a distinctness of transmission image of 25.0% or more. This light diffusion sheet is high luminance in the front direction, is excellent in light-diffusing property, does not require use of an expensive prism sheet which is readily susceptible to surface damage, and does not require careful handling.

There is provided a light diffusion sheet comprising a light diffusion layer formed on a transparent substrate and containing a binder resin and resin particles that impart an uneven surface, wherein the uneven surface of the light diffusion layer exhibits an arithmetical mean deviation of 2.0 &mgr;m or more in three-dimensional surface roughness measurement and/or ten point height of irregularities of 10.0 &mgr;m or more in three-dimensional surface roughness measurement. An adhesive layer composed of at least an ionizing radiation curable resin binder, a thermoplastic resin binder and two or more matting agents having different average diameters is formed on a transparent polymer film to obtain a support film for a transparent conductive thin film. Alternatively, a transparent hard coat layer containing at least an ionizing radiation curable resin binder and,a matting agent having an average diameter of 1-15 &mgr;m, and an adhesive layer containing at least an ionizing radiation curable resin binder, a thermoplastic resin binder and a matting agent having an average diameter of 5-50 nm are formed on a transparent polymer film. The thus obtained support film is excellent in durability when the transparent conductive thin film is formed thereon and prevents occurrence of a Newton-ring, which is produced in a touch panel of the conventional liquid crystal display. The support film, when used in a touch panel of a color liquid crystal display, prevents glare of the color screen and is suitable for use in touch panels of both monochrome and color liquid crystal displays.

Support film for a transparent conductive thin film

An easy adhesion film for a transparent conductive thin film comprises a transparent polymer film and an easy adhesion layer formed on the transparent polymer film, wherein the easy adhesion layer comprises at least an ionizing radiation curable resin binder, a (meth)acrylate copolymer binder and polymethyl methacrylate resin particles. The easy adhesion film has high durability, transparency and anti-Newton ring property when provided with a transparent conductive thin film.
