The mounting system includes a mounting device having a holding member, a moving work device for collecting or loading a holding member, and a moving work management device. A component mounting system includes a component mounter group, a storage container, a loader, a host computer, and a production management computer. The host computer prepares jobs for each product based on a production plan for producing multiple types of products in which predetermined various types of components are mounted on a mounting target and sets a job in the jobs so prepared that satisfies a specified determination condition as a determined job. The production management computer shares the determined job with the host computer, makes a processing preparation for the determined job and thereafter causes the loader to unload and/or load component supply devices based on the results of the processing preparation for the determined job.

In a component supply unit arrangement determination method for a mounter, in which multiple component supply units are exchangeably arranged and which mounts a component on a board based on a job, as the component supply unit to be exchanged for the component supply unit to be newly arranged due to switching of multiple jobs whose execution order is determined, the component supply unit is selected such that a time interval from a job, in which the component supply unit is to be used last, to the switching is long, among the component supply units that are arranged before the switching and are not planned to be used in a job after the switching. Component supply unit arrangement determination method and component mounting system

A mounting system including a component mounter, a storage, and a unit exchange device includes a selection section that selects a combination of the specific component feeding unit and the related component feeding unit from the component feeding unit stored in the storage based on combination information indicating a combination of the characteristic rank of the specific component and a component type of the related component corresponding to the characteristic rank, and storage information including the component type, a position, and the characteristic rank of the specific component of the component feeding unit stored in the storage; and a control section that controls the unit exchange device to take out the combination of the specific component feeding unit and the related component feeding unit from the storage and to convey the combination to the component mounter.

Mounting system

A mounting control section of a mounting device causes a mounting section to pick up a component from a feeder at a position designated in mounting condition information. When component depletion of the feeder for which component depletion is predicted occurs, the mounting control section executes a spare component pickup process in which the mounting section is caused to pick up the component from the exchange feeder loaded to the spare loading section at a position not designated in the mounting condition information. Then, when component depletion of the feeder for which component depletion is predicted occurs, the moving control section collects the component depleted feeder in the accommodation section while moving and loading the exchange feeder, on which the spare component pickup process corresponding to the collected component depleted feeder is being performed, to the loading section from which the component depleted feeder was collected.

When a multiple-board printed panel is defined as a panel with multiple boards of electronic circuit board patterns on which multiple electronic components are to be mounted, a work order is set such that electronic components to be held by multiple component holding tools together in one go are electronic components planned to be mounted on one circuit pattern among the multiple circuit patterns. In a case in which one of the electronic circuit board patterns of the multiple electronic circuit board patterns is a defective circuit pattern, because it is not necessary to hold electronic components planned to be mounted on that defective electronic circuit pattern, it is possible to eliminate a back and forth movement between the defective circuit pattern and a supply device of the electronic components, thereby improving throughput when performing mounting work on a multiple-board substrate that includes a defective circuit pattern.

An optimization device of a component mounting line of the present invention includes a cycle time calculating section which calculates respective cycle times required for mounting components of component types which are allocated to each of the component mounting machines by the optimization process onto a single board, an excluded machine setting section which sets a specific portion of the component mounting machines to be excluded from further calculation processes, a balance efficiency calculating section which calculates a line balance efficiency indicating a degree to which the cycle times of the component mounting machines which are not excluded are equalized, and a balance efficiency display section which displays the line balance efficiency. Accordingly, the results of the optimization process which is carried out before starting production of the board are evaluated appropriately and the original device performance of the component mounting line can be utilized.

An electronic component mounting method for mounting a first board and a second board including, mounting a first set of electronic components on the first board allocated to first mounting heads; and mounting a second set of electronic components on the second board allocated to the second mounting heads and to the first mounting heads and the second mounting heads of the second lane dedicated mounters. By this, the mounting load is spread evenly across all the mounting heads, thus the idle time of mounting heads is reduced, improving the operating rate, meaning that panels are produced efficiently by the electronic component mounting method.

A managing method of an electronic component mounting system having a plurality of production lines, the method including: preferentially allocating a job group having the latest scheduled finish time among a plurality of job groups, to one of the plurality of production lines. The allocating includes (1) specifying the scheduled finish time with respect to all of the combinations between unallocated job groups among the plurality of job groups and the plurality of production lines, (2) specifying the earliest scheduled finish time from the scheduled finish time specified for each production line, and the production line thereof, with respect to each of the unallocated job groups, and (3) allocating the job group related to the latest scheduled finish time among the earliest scheduled finish time specified for each unallocated job group, to the production line thereof.
