The present invention provides a laminate excellent in abrasion resistance, high in hardness, and excellent in adhesion between a substrate and a primer layer and adhesion between an intermediate layer and a top coat layer. The laminate includes: a substrate; a primer layer disposed on the substrate, the primer layer containing inorganic particles (a1) having an average particle size of 3 &#x3bc;m or greater and a heat-resistant resin (a2), but not containing a fluororesin; an intermediate layer disposed on the primer layer and containing a fluororesin (b1) and a heat-resistant resin (b2); and a top coat layer disposed on the intermediate layer and containing a fluororesin (c1).

The present invention provides a coating composition that can provide a coating film excellent in adhesion to a substrate and also excellent in non-adhesiveness, hardness at high temperature, and abrasion resistance. The present invention relates to a coating composition including: non-melt-fabricable polytetrafluoroethylene; a fluorine-containing polymer other than the non-melt-fabricable polytetrafluoroethylene; and a heat-resistant resin other than the non-melt-fabricable polytetrafluoroethylene or the fluorine-containing polymer, the non-melt-fabricable polytetrafluoroethylene being contained in an amount of 10 to 60% by mass relative to the amount of the fluorine-containing polymer.

A coating composition including an amide group-containable macromolecule compound (A) having an amide group or to have an amide group and an anti-oxidizing material (B) capable of inhibiting oxidation of the amide group. The amide group-containable macromolecule compound (A) is an amide group-containing polymer (a1) having an amide group and an aromatic ring, and/or an amide group-containing-polymer precursor (a2) to convert into the amide group-containing polymer (a1) by baking at a time of coating with said coating composition. The present invention provides a resin aqueous dispersion composition comprising water and at least one kind of resin particle, wherein when a primary average particle of each resin particle is taken as a sphere of the same volume, a nonionic surfactant is present in the composition in an amount which occupies 75 to 95% of a theoretical void among resin particles of 26% when each resin particle is arranged in a close packed structure. The nonionic surfactant is a solvent which is substantially nonvolatile in a temperature range of up to 100&#xb0; C. and evaporates or thermally decomposes at a temperature lower than the thermal decomposition temperature of the resin particles. The resin aqueous dispersion composition can be coated thickly and can prevent development of mud crack.

The present invention relates to an aqueous dispersion composition of fluororesin for coating comprising (A) fluororesin particles, (B) a nitrogen-free high boiling point polyol having a boiling point of at least 100&#xb0; C. and containing at least 2 hydroxyl groups, (C) depolymerizable acrylic resin particles having a decomposition and vaporization temperature within a temperature range of up to the decomposition temperature of said fluororesin particles, (D) a nonionic surfactant, and (E) an aqueous medium, wherein the high boiling point polyol (B) and the depolymerizable acrylic resin particles (C) are respectively contained in an amount of 5 to 18 parts by mass and 5 to 25 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of fluororesin particles (A) and an oxidant and an amine-type solvent are not contained. This composition is an aqueous dispersion composition of fluororesin for coating, which has favorable storage stability, can be coated thickly, controls development of mud crack and can form a coating film in which cracking and coloring do not occur when baking. Also, the composition controls discharge of endocrine disrupter substances as much as possible.

A coating composition including an amide group-containable macromolecule compound (A) having an amide group or to have an amide group and an anti-oxidizing material (B) capable of inhibiting oxidation of the amide group. To provide an un-sintered polytetrafluoroethylene processed article which has an un-sintered polytetrafluoroethylene layer formed by coating and/or impregnating with an aqueous dispersion of PTFE and is characterized in that a content of alkyl phenols detected from the un-sintered PTFE layer is not more than 0.1 ppm. The present invention provides a fluoropolymer coating composition which comprises fine particles of a fluoropolymer, 0.1 to 300% by weight of a polyether type high molecular surfactant on the basis of a weight of the above-mentioned fine particles and a liquid carrier and is capable of coating thick and forming a coating film being excellent in abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and non-sticking property, and provides a coated article obtained by coating the above-mentioned composition as a top coat.
