An image formation system includes I storage units, an assignment unit that assigns to the storage units storage destinations of color component data forming a part of image data, J color component image formation units that form color component images of corresponding colors based on color component data stored in the storage units, and an image formation unit that forms an image of the image data based on the formed color component image, wherein the assignment unit includes a J-color assignment unit that assigns to the I storage units storage destinations of J sets of color component data forming a part of J-color image data, and an L-color assignment unit that assigns a storage destination of L sets of color component data forming a part of L-color image data to N storage units among the I storage units, and each of I, J, and N is a natural number greater than or equal to 2, L is a natural number greater than or equal to 1, L&#x3c;J, and L&#x3c;N&#x2266;I.

Image formation system, image formation program recording medium, and image formation method

The image forming system is provided with: a printer that superposes and transfers plural images formed by use of plural image forming materials to a medium; and a data processor that supplies data of the images to the printer. The data processor includes: a data generation unit that generates data of image components corresponding to the respective kinds of the image forming materials; a data forwarding unit that forwards the generated data to the printer; and an assigning unit that assigns the image components in accordance with the data amount of the forwarded data. The printer includes: an output controller that controls an image forming mechanism to form an image by use of the image forming materials; and a switch processing unit that transmits the data received from the data processor, to the output controller corresponding to the image components of the received data.

Image forming system, data processor and data processing method

When a user system requests an image processing apparatus to perform a color correction processing and an image processing, an authentication processing is performed between the user system and the image processing apparatus. The user system outputs drawing data and print options to the image processing apparatus, which then performs RIP processing of the drawing data, and an accounting processing for the RIP processing is performed. Subsequently, a print processing of the image data supplied by performing the RIP processing is performed on a printer. Charging for the print processing is conducted.

Image processing system and method

In order to obtain a desired print result, a color correction process may be performed on image data based on the characteristics of a printing device. Data called target profile (TP data) showing the characteristics of the printing device is used for the color correction process. When a user makes a request to an image processing device for image processing, it is judged whether TP data is required for the image processing or not. When TP data is required, image processing using the TP data is executed. Further, the fee for use of the TP data and the fee for the image processing are charged on the user of the requester.

When image synthesis using form data, for which a pass code has been set, or merge data, for which a password has been set, is completed, the synthesized data is encoded and held. Thereafter, a client terminal is notified by e-mail that image synthesis has been completed. Thereafter, when a request for output is inputted, collation of passwords is carried out. If the passwords match, decoding and printing-out of encoded synthesized data, or transmission of the encoded synthesized data is carried out.
