A liquid pressure control device includes a deformable part positioned in a deformed state between a housing and a case in an assembled state in which the housing and the case are assembled. When a first load is applied to the deformable part in a non-assembled state in which the case is separated further from the housing in a first direction than in the assembled state, the deformable part can place the housing and the case in a separation state in which a second end portion supported by a bottom wall is separated from a terminal in the first direction. When a second load greater than the first load is applied in the non-assembled state, the deformable part is deformed by the second load and can place the housing and the case in a contact state in which the second end portion and the terminal contact each other.

Liquid pressure control device and method for manufacturing same

A vehicle brake device includes a hydraulic pressure generating device, a valve device, a pump and an accumulation section forming an accumulation chamber connected to a fluid passage between the valve device and the hydraulic pressure generating device or to a master chamber. A dead band is set in which the change of force of the magnitude corresponding to the hydraulic pressure in the master chamber does not substantially act on a brake operating member. A characteristic representing the relation between the pressure and the brake fluid quantity in the accumulation chamber is set based on a characteristic representing the relation between the pressure and the brake fluid quantity in a wheel cylinder and the dead band so that, when brake fluid is flowing into and from the accumulation chamber, a force of the magnitude corresponding to the master chamber hydraulic pressure does not act on the brake operating member.

Vehicle brake device

A fluid pressure booster and a fluid pressure brake apparatus having the fluid pressure booster are provided. The fluid pressure booster includes an auxiliary fluid pressure source including a power-operated pump and a pressure accumulator, a pressure adjusting device which adjusts fluid pressure supplied from the auxiliary fluid pressure source to a value corresponding to an operating amount of a brake operation member by displacement of a spool valve and introduces the adjusted fluid pressure into a boost chamber, a boost piston which receives the fluid pressure introduced into the boost chamber to generate assist force and operates a master piston of a master cylinder by assisted force, and a damper chamber which communicates with one or both of the boost chamber and a pressure chamber of the master cylinder.

Fluid pressure booster and fluid pressure brake apparatus having the same

A hydraulic brake system is proposed which includes a hydraulic booster for boosting brake operation, and a circulation type pressure control unit. The hydraulic brake system further includes a hydraulic booster including an auxiliary hydraulic pressure source, a pressure regulator for adjusting the hydraulic pressure supplied therefrom to a value corresponding to an operating amount of a brake operating member and introducing the thus adjusted hydraulic pressure into a boost chamber, and a boost piston for actuating a master piston with a force boosted by an assisting force generated by the hydraulic pressure introduced into the boost chamber. The hydraulic booster further includes a hydraulic line bypassing the pressure regulator and extending from the boost chamber to the auxiliary hydraulic pressure, and a check valve provided in the hydraulic line and configured to allow only a discharge of hydraulic pressure from the boost chamber into the auxiliary hydraulic pressure source.
