A protector includes a plurality of lead-out openings through which electric cables are configured to be led out, and an electric cable attachment part which is provided in a projecting manner at an opening edge part of the lead-out opening and to which the electric cables are configured to be attached through a hinge part with flexibility. The electric cable attachment part is bent toward the lead-out opening by the hinge part, and a bent state thereof is configured to be held by a holding part.

Protector, connection module, and end linking member for connection module

An electrical wire guide including a plurality of link members that are lined up along one direction, and are coupled together so as to be rotatable relative to each other. The link members are respectively provided with: through holes that extend in an intersection direction intersecting a direction in which the link members are lined up; and lock protrusions that are each provided with a claw that is locked to a peripheral portion around the corresponding through hole and protrudes in the intersection direction. The lock protrusions of the plurality of link members protrude in the same direction. The link members are coupled together by the lock protrusions being locked to the through holes.

A wire harness () to be bridged between a slide door () and a vehicle body (BO) is inserted into a harness guide (). The harness guide () is coupled by a multitude of stepped links (). Each link () is composed of a first coupling portion () and a second coupling portion () connected to the first coupling portion () via a step. Coupling pins () projecting in a vertical direction on the second coupling portions () are rotatably inserted into insertion holes () in the first coupling portions () of adjacent stepped links (), whereby the entire harness guide () has a uniform inclination and the wire harness () inside is also arranged in a similar inclined posture. Thus, if the harness guide () is curved when opening or closing the slide door (), the wire harness () also is curved, but simultaneously twisted, relieving stress.

Sliding door wire harness routing structure

To downsize a large electrical connection box such as a junction block and to enable the mounting of a compact integrated fuse therein. Internal circuits are accommodated in a casing comprised of a lower casing 10 and an upper casing 11, and are divided into large current circuits, medium current circuits and small current circuits. The large current circuits are constructed by a busbar 18, the medium circuits by wires 16 and cramping terminals 17, and the small current circuits by a flexible printed circuit (FPC) 19. A fuse box 13 into which a compact integrated fuse 14 is fitted is arranged on the upper surface of the FPC 19, and upstream and downstream contact surfaces of narrowly and parallelly arranged fusible elements 34 of the fuse 14 are connected with the wires 16 and the FPC 19, respectively.

A circuit protecting device for an automotive wiring harness designed to make the dimensions of wires downstream from fuses smaller and minimize the number of circuits which will be brought into an inoperative state upon blowout of a fuse resulting from a short circuit which occurs in a wire by supplying protecting circuits for supplying power from a power source to loads with fuses provided in the circuits connected in one-to-one relationship with the loads so that, upon blowout of one fuse, only a power supply to the load connected with this fuse is cut off. The fuses are formed by a flat fuse 20 including a plurality of conductive fusible elements 21 arranged at specified intervals on the surface of an insulating plate 22.

Circuit protecting device for an automotive wiring harness

A storage box for vehicles having a box main body for the storage, a lid body supported by the box main body in such a manner that it can be opened and closed, and an inner lid disposed between the box main body and the lid body. With this arrangement of the storage box, it is possible to open and close the inner lid independently from the lid body. It is also possible to bring the lid body and the inner lid into engagement with each other in such a manner that they are movable relative to each other, so that the lid body and the inner lid can be opened and closed integrally. Thus, an inner lid is provided while eliminating any risk of adversely affecting the fitting of the lid body. The inner lid is also provided with at least one through-hole for receiving a container. A support member is rotatably mounted to the inner lid for supporting the bottom of the container.
