A fluid container for packing a product includes a check valve for each container member. A bonding structure of check-valves to a fluid container and a production apparatus of fluid container are disclosed in detail where the check valve is capable of reliably keeping the expansion of the fluid container without any fluid leakage after inflating the fluid container. As the check-valve is bonded to only one of thermoplastic container films, both films of the check-valve are fixed to one of the container films at a plurality of seal portions, thereby preventing the reverse flow by tightly closing the check valve. The plurality of seal portions in a flow pass of the fluid disrupt the fluid flow so as to add resistance to the fluid flow.

The present invention provides an air-filling cushioning material which can sufficiently inflate cells and, in addition, which can hold the crease of the fold when being formed into a three-dimensional configuration. An air-filling cushioning material, in which a plurality of cellshaving an air-fillable space are formed by adhering overlapped flexible sheetsat predetermined spots wherein one sheetis flat while the other sheetis molded beforehand into a configuration of the cellsin inflation at the position where the cellsare to be formed. Therefore, there is no such problem, as in the conventional case where the cells are formed by tucking the other sheet, the cells cannot inflate well. The cellsformed on the other sheetcan inflate sufficiently into a configuration as molded.

Cubic cushioning material and production method thereof

The compression storage bag includes a storage bag main body, which has an entrance-exit portion (or an opening portion) on one side, for putting in and taking out goods to be stored. The opening portion is made open-close free, by open-close means. The compression storage bag has a first non-return valve on the opposite side of the opening portion. This first non-return valve is provided with one side extending to the inside of the storage bag main body, and the other side extending to a path that connects communicatively with the exterior of the storage bag main body. Moreover, the compression storage bag has an outlet, which makes it possible for the air inside the storage bag main body to flow out through the first non-return valve and the path. In particular, a second non-return valve, which has an opening portion through which air is sucked out of the interior of the storage bag main body, is formed at a different place from the first non-return valve.

The present invention relates to a shut-off valve of limiting flow to a single direction, and a shut-off valve of removing air from the sack and charging the sack with air as well. The shut-off valve has an air passage of a flat and substantially cylindrical form in cross section, which is formed by opposed cladding sheets. The cladding sheet is provided with a valve body sheet which comprises a fixed part attached to the cladding sheet and flap portions with the fixed part placed in the central position therebetween, which flap portions are movable in a vertical direction. One flap portion serves to prevent air from flowing in one direction within the air passage by the close contact with cladding sheet, while the other flap portion serves to prevent air from flowing in the other direction by the close contact with the cladding sheetu The shut-off valve may perform a double function of removing air from the sack and charging the sack with air accordingly.

Shut-off valve

A compression sack constituted by non-breathable front and back sheets and having an opening formed in a part of the compression sack. The opening includes an access port for articles and air outlet, and closing means provided therein for tight closing and opening purposes. The access port and air outlet are separated by a separating member at which the front and back sheets are firmly joined together. The separating member extends from a side of the opening inwardly of the compression sack, thereby forming a deaeration passage between the air outlet and the inside of the compression sack. A spot seal is provided more inwardly of the sack than the end at the interior side of deaeration passage, and the separating member is bent at the end of the interior side of the deaeration passage in a direction of the deaeration passage.

A check-valved pouch has a main pouch body, and a check valve attached to the main pouch body. The main pouch body is formed of plastic film and defines an opening for receiving a substance. The check valve is formed of plastic film also, and includes a flat valve body defining an upper opening, with opposte sides and a lower end closed, and an inner passage for discharging gases toward the upper opening. A check piece formed of plastic film is disposed in an upper half of the valve body. The check valve further includes a porous filtering film disposed on one surface in a lower half of the valve body. The filtering film includes a filter surface, and a releasing film formed on the filter surface. The check valve is attached to the main pouch body, with the filtering film inserted into the main pouch body and the upper opening exposed to ambient air, whereby an interior of the main pouch body is communicable with an exterior through the filter surface, inner passage and upper opening.

A bag fabricated of plastic film and particularly suited for holding pulverulent or granular food products, such as rice, is provided with a check valve which is also fabricated of plastic film. The check valve includes a filter surface located in the fluid flow path of the check valve. The check valve allows egress of air or other fluid from the bag and prevents ingress of air into the bag, while the filter serves to retain the bag contents within the bag.
