A pressure detection apparatus includes a base plate including a first surface, a second surface, and an opening, a pressure sensor disposed on the first surface so as to cover the opening of the base plate and outputting an electric signal according to a pressure of measured fluid inside the opening, a lead terminal electrically connected to the pressure sensor, a housing holding the base plate and the lead terminal and including an exposed portion in which a portion of the lead terminal is exposed, and a capacitor protecting the pressure sensor. The housing includes a capacitor housing portion, the capacitor being electrically connected to the lead terminal inside the exposed portion, and a positioning portion that positions, inside the capacitor housing portion, the capacitor that has been mounted in the capacitor housing portion.

Pressure detection apparatus and electric hydraulic pump that houses pressure detection apparatus

A sensor case of pressure sensor device includes a sensor housing portion, a first terminal housing portion that extends from the sensor housing portion in a first direction, and a second terminal housing portion that extends from the sensor housing portion in a second direction. The first terminal housing portion includes a first upper-side opening that opens upward, and a first lower-side opening that opens downward. The second terminal housing portion includes a second upper-side opening that opens upward, and a second lower-side opening that opens downward. A first terminal includes a first exposed portion including an upper surface exposed to outside of the first terminal housing portion through the first upper-side opening and a lower surface exposed to outside of the first terminal housing portion through the first lower-side opening. A second terminal includes a second exposed portion including an upper surface exposed to outside of the second terminal housing portion through the second upper-side opening and a lower surface exposed to outside of the second terminal housing portion through the second lower-side opening. The first exposed portion includes a first lead wire connection portion to which a first lead wire is connected. The second exposed portion includes a second lead wire connection portion to which a second lead wire is connected.

Pressure sensor device and electrically powered pump

A pressure detection device includes a base plate having first and second principal surfaces and a through-hole in which a fluid to be measured flows. A pressure sensor arranged above the first principal surface to cover the through-hole outputs an electric signal corresponding to the pressure of the fluid. A housing includes a recessed portion and first and second capacitor holders. The recessed portion retains the base plate and first and second lead terminals electrically connected to the pressure sensor and allows a part of each of the lead terminals to be exposed. The capacitor holders each includes an outwardly opened recess and together hold a capacitor electrically connected to the lead terminals. Each of the capacitor holders obliquely protrudes from an outer shape of the housing to both sides when viewed in a plan view in a direction from the first principal surface to the second principal surface.

Pressure detection device with improved external noise measurement reduction

Provided are a pressure detection device having a fail-safe structure for minimizing leaking out of a fluid targeted for pressure detection, and a method for producing the same. A pressure detection device is provided with: a fluid inflow member having a flow path; a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the fluid that has flowed into the flow path; a base plate unit having a first resin section surrounding the pressure sensor; a lid section which is bonded to the first resin section so as to cover the pressure sensor from above, and forms a sealed space in the interior of which the pressure sensor is located; a terminal unit; and a resin cover section for bonding the fluid inflow member, the base plate unit, the lid section, and the terminal unit. The lid section is bonded to the first resin section and is pushed on from above by the resin cover section.

Pressure detection device and method for producing same

The present invention provides an inexpensive small-sized liquid level detector. A liquid level detectorincludes a float moving in accordance with variations in liquid level, a hard circuit board, resistorsandprovided on the circuit board, a first sliding pathmade of a plurality of electrodesprovided on the circuit boardand connected to the resistorsand, and a first contactcoming into contact with the first sliding path, and the liquid level detectoroutputs an electrical signal based on the resistances of the resistorsandwhich are varied by the first contactcoming into contact with at least one of the plurality of electrodesforming the first sliding pathin accordance with a variation of the float. A second sliding pathelectrically connected to the first sliding pathis provided on the circuit board, a second contactcoming into contact with the second sliding pathis provided, and each of the first and second contactsandis electrically connected to an external circuit.

Liquid level detector

Provided is a coil instrument which can maintain a compact configuration even when a rotary shaft at a pointer side is subjected to a deceleration rotation by way of gears. The coil instrument includes a rotor shaft having a rotor magnet and a first gear, a pointer shaft having a second gear connected with the first gear, a housing which pivotally supports the pointer shaft and the rotor shaft in parallel, and a pair of coils which are arranged such that coils opposedly face an outer peripheral surface of the rotor magnet where the second gear is not arranged and give a rotational force to the rotor magnet upon energization thereof.
