A bolt feeder includes: a rotating plate () arranged adjacent to a hopper () storing bolts (); one or more magnets () to attract the bolts (), from a back surface of the rotating plate (), onto a front surface of the rotating plate (); a selection block () having a gap space () through which one bolt in a predetermined orientation out of the bolts () attracted by the one or more magnets () is allowed to pass; a motor () to cause the one or more magnets () to rotate and move from the hopper () toward the selection block (); and a guide plate () extending upstream in a moving direction of the one or more magnets () from an entrance of the gap space (), and guiding the bolts () attracted by the one or more magnets () to the gap space ().

Bolt feeder

A bolt escapement device includes holding rails, a blade disposed downstream of the holding rails, and a chute disposed downstream of the blade. The blade includes: a blade body configured to reciprocate in a direction intersecting the holding rails to pass through a first position and a second position; a bolt passageway extending in the blade body in a direction acute to a moving direction of the blade body; and a closure portion provided on a side surface of the blade body. At least one of the holding rails and the chute is provided with bolt guides. When the blade body moves from the first position to the second position, a corner portion of the bolt passageway that is closer to the holding rails is inserted between a bolt having entered the bolt passageway and a subsequent bolt and the rail gap is closed by the closure portion.

Bolt escapement device

A compound microscope device allows simultaneous observation of one specimen by a transmission electron microscope and an optical microscope. The compound microscope deviceof the present invention has a transmission electron microscopeand an optical microscope. A specimenand a reflection mirrorare disposed on an electron optical axis C of an electron ray. The reflection mirroris inclined from the electron optical axis C toward the optical object lensand the specimen. Light from the specimen(fluorescent light, reflection light, and the like) is reflected by the reflection mirrorand enters into the optical object lens. The electron ray from the electron microscopepasses through a mounting center holeof the reflection mirror. This makes it possible to observe one specimen simultaneously by the electron microscopeand the optical microscope

A facsimile machine includes a printer unit for printing out data having a predetermined format, and an interface circuit for converting facsimile image data into recording data having a format in which the printer unit can input the recording data and for supplying the recording data to the printer unit. The printer unit includes a printing portion for printing recording data, and a data supply control circuit for supplying the recording data from the interface circuit to the printing portion at predetermined printing intervals.

A printed circuit for forming deflection coils used, for example, in a scanning electron microscope. The printed circuit permits some of scroll coil circuits to be connected with an external circuit with or without connecting them in series. There is also disclosed a printed circuit capable of forming deflection coils which are small in size but produce strong magnetic fields. A printed circuit according to the invention comprises a sheet on which the scroll coils and indicia are printed. When the sheet is wound into a cylinder, the scroll coils are arranged circumferentially.

An electron microscope is disclosed which permits one to observe a high-contrast TEM image at a high-resolution. The electron microscope according to this invention comprises an objective lens OL which forms a first diffraction image P.sub.1 at the back focal plane of the objective lens OL; a selected area diaphragm 12 located behind the objective lens OL; an objective minilens ML which is located between the objective lens OL and the selected area diaphragm 12, the minilens ML is excited in such a way that the minilens ML produces a second diffraction image P.sub.2 at the position of the selected area diaphragm 12, while the object plane of the minilens being located at the position of the first diffraction image P.sub.1 ; an intermediate lens IL.sub.1 located behind said selected area diaphragm 12 and excited in such a way that the object plane of the intermediate lens IL.sub.1 is located at the position of a TEM image produced by both said objective lens OL and minilens ML; and a lens system (IL.sub.2, PL) which magnifies a TEM image produced by said intermediate lens IL.sub.1 and projects the magnified TEM image onto a viewing screen 13.

A source facsimile machine has a function of ending a retransmission process when image data related to error-free frames cannot be received at a destination facsimile machine. The destination facsimile detects an error in each of lines of the frame and records the error-free lines. Hence, even when errors exist in the received frames, it is still possible to record the received image by recording the error-free lines. In other words, the detination facsimile can record the received image with a minimum dropout of image information caused by the errors in the received frames.

Disclosed is a variable capacitance type encoder for measuring the length of an object to be measured on the basis of the amount of a probe which is brought into contact with the object. The amount of the movement of the probe is detected by the variation of electrostatic capacity between a rotary disc which is secured to the shaft, e.g., threaded shaft of the probe, and fixed plates which are secured to a baseplate so as to be opposed to the rotary disc. Two fixed plates are opposed to the rotary disc, and at least one fixed plate is provided with first and second transmitting electrodes composed of a pluarlity of electrode elements to which voltages of different phases are applied and which are annularly arranged at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the fixed plate. The phase difference between the voltages which are applied to both transmitting electrodes is 180.degree.. On the other hand, the rotary disc is provided with first and second receiving electrodes for receiving signals of a common phase by electrostatic coupling with both transmitting electrodes. Each fixed plate is provided with an output electrode which electrostatically couples with the respective receiving electrode for fetching a signal through electrostatic coupling.

Variable capacitance type encoder

A digital analog converter which is especially suitable for use in converting a digital audio signal into an analog audio signal includes a unit pulse response signal generator for successively generating unit pulse response signals at a predetermined time interval, a digital data generator for generating digital data at the predetermined time interval, a multiplier for multiplying a unit pulse response signal generated at a certain time by a predetermined item of the digital data, and a mixer for producing an analog signal output by combining the unit pulse response signals that have been multiplied by the digital data.

Digital-analog converter

A variable capacitance type encoder for measuring the length of an object to be measured on the basis of detecting the amount of movement of a probe as a function of the variation of electrostatic capacity between a rotary disk which is secured to a shaft and a pair of fixed disks which are secured to a frame body so as to be opposed to the rotary disk. On at least one fixed disk is provided first and second transmitting electrodes composed of a plurality of electrode elements to which voltages of different phases are applied. The rotary disk is provided with first and second receiving electrodes for receiving signals of a common phase by electrostatic coupling with both transmitting electrodes. Each fixed disk is further provided with an output electrode which is electrostatically coupled with the respective receiving electrode.

In manufacturing a magnetic recording medium, a flow of iron vapor is formed in a nitrogen atmosphere and iron vapor particles in the flow of iron vapor are deposited on a non-magnetic substrate together with nitrogen particles to form an iron nitride film thereon. Before deposition on the non-magnetic substrate, the nitrogen particles are ionized by an ion beam generating means and the iron vapor particles are ionized by a high-frequency discharge.
